Disappointing!!!
Booked their Deluxe room which show Mountain View’s in the images BUT got a room overlooking a car park. Upon requesting a room change was told to get a better view would need to downgrade the room but unfortunately non where available. Room itself was clean and comfortable BUT don’t expect hot water after 7pm. Onto breakfast OMG, we have had better at a ‘Quality inn’ on the highway, it’s somewhat unbelievable to think a resort / hotel that is 4* deliveries a breakfast such as this. Also to top breakfast off it’s zero service I mean zero! Then upon paying you are expected to tip “for what” Hotel has no coffee facilities in reception or anywhere come to mention it, there was some coffee canisters on our floor ONE morning but empty. So we went to Walmart and bought a kettle and milk…. Now for the Pros, staff -valet- reception super helpful and polite and hotel was clean and it Snowed while there, That concludes the Pros.

In my 22 years of traveling domestically and internationally, I have never written a negative review. This will be my first and, hopefully, the last one.
I did like this about the resort.
Our condo was extremely comfortable and warm.
Fast Wi-Fi.
Comfortable beds and a large primary bathroom.
Negatives:
The Valet staff was indifferent and aloof.
Unfortunately, both elevators malfunctioned on our last day. Brandon who was the only employee working the front desk and valet department was extremely helpful. He provided excellent customer service.
The resort's location is very close to Beaver Creek village, which can be walked within 10 minutes.
Unfortunately, the ski way used to walk to the village has a poorly maintained area where you are sure to slip and fall. If you are an older visitor, please take great care. The area of concern is where the Interwine-Lower meets up with the Stacker-Lower.
I was forced to stay an extra night because of a Snowstorm on March 14, 2024. I was charged $1,900 for an additional night. I have two small children and did not want to take a chance on the I-70 highway. Consequently, I decided to stay an extra night. This price is ridiculous and is the epitome of price gouging.
I will never return to this Resort.

Stay was amazing and quiet, and we got a free upgrade. Only downside was a $30 per night resort charge that was mentioned by hotels.com but other than that it was a great experience

We loved our stay at the Pines Lodge. The hot tub was amazing as was the pool. The restaurant was closed down during out stay but we were able to easily walk to the village and dine there. Beautiful area! The staff was great too.

First time staying at a resort for work or pleasure. First time to the Eagle Valley area. Lovely accommodations. Great staff. Complimentary valet was a nice touch. My only qualm was not having a microwave in the room for my planned popcorn snacks, so a small qualm.

It is a great property, but this visit there was no dining available and lounge was closed. Apparently mid October many restaurants in Beaver Creek Village are closed awaiting winter weather. We drove for meals. Location was quiet & clean.

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. It was only a 9 minute walk from where we were staying to Beaver Creek center which had many shops and places to eat. The town is great for kids also. In the center is a wide open space with a ping pong table, bags, large area where kids could run around. The flowers all around the town center were beautiful.

I can’t say enough about this property. The staff went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. The food was wonderful and the waitstaff was extremely friendly. I stayed at this property during Oktoberfest and the walk to the village was less than 10 minutes. I booked another stay in November because it feels like home.

The staff was great. It was walking distance to the shops and festival. The view we had was beautiful. I would stay again and recommend to all of my friends and family.

This is a lovely location and serves its purpose for any time of year. We just felt that the rooms could be updated a little more. It feels like they were able to get half way through that, and then stopped. We had an AC on wheels rigged to a big pipe unit that was taped to the outside via a wooden plank that was taped with gaffer/electric tape through the 'terrace' door. So it was noisy and awkward and prevented us from opening the door. And then the TV didn't work when we just wanted to watch something. So, it felt like we had a clunker of a room (with an outstanding view) that was semi blocked by the awkward makeshift AC solution.

We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly, as we needed to bring our dog on this trip. We expected a typical "dog friendly" room that was less than awesome. But WOW were we surprised that we had such a beautiful, clean room. It was the best dog friendly hotel room we have ever stayed in. The entire hotel was so clean, updated, quiet, and we were very pleased about our stay. We will definitely stay again. This hotel does "pet friendly" in a luxurious way, and we are grateful to be considered valued customers, even with a dog. Also, on the website it indicates that with a short stay we wouldn't receive housekeeping. We actually received housekeeping services every day without asking - fresh towels, bed service, trash removed - everything clean and fresh each new day. It was more than perfect - we felt very taken care of.

The Pines Lodge at Beaver Creek in Avon was a stunner. The staff was so friendly, the accommodations were beautiful. I have a fragrance sensitivity and they even made arrangements to address that for me. It was a special 24 hours.
