Clean and easy breakfast. Short drive into town and various parks. We were able to find lots of free parking. Everyone was nice and friendly.

Our stay was excellent. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Breakfast included a made to order cheese omelette. The staff were all very welcoming and awesome. We will definitely stay here everytime we are in Santa Fe NM.

We were surprised about how awesome our stay was, given how budget friendly the room was.The room was spacious and updated (it wasn't the orange and brown color scheme shown in the photos).The breakfast was great (eggs, fresh waffles made with waffle iron, toast, cereal, yogurt, etc.). The staff were kind and very helpful. We also liked the low-key drama free vibe. We will definitely stay there again.

Perfect stay for our adventures in Sante Fe. The property met our expectations 100%. If you are looking for a good rate, comfortable bed, cleanliness, and safety, don't hesitate to book. The check-in was relatively easy and the accommodations were clean. When I entered the hotel room, I was hit with a cold blast! The room was 40 F and the windows were slightly open. When I turning on the heater, it blew out cold air for the first 15 minutes. I ended up doubling the bedspread and endured the night.

Room and bath: cleam, breakfast: ok with fresh fruit and protein [egg with cheese] and i eould like to mention Ms Ana, so kind and prepare the eggs with cheese.

Far exceeded my expectations. Room was large, comfortable, clean and well kept. Bed was so comfortable and linens were very nice. Staff was considerate and friendly. Breakfast was abundant and well done. Even the coffee was good!

This budget hotel is very nice. It's clean, comfortable and updated. We had a good night's sleep there. It would be good to know that there is no elevator for this 2 story hotel. Breakfast was simple, but a worker will gladly make you eggs or a cheese omelette.

For an older property, this place rocks. Updated rooms, very clean, efficient, plenty of electrical outlets (like on both sides of the king bed, which is most excellent!) Decent breakfast choices with a lady who makes omelets (cheese only, though....so don't be disappointed).
The hubs and I were only there one night, passing through, but it was such a delight! Stay here! You don't be disappointed.

Very clean and well kept for a low budget hotel. However, i found the bed very uncomfortable, the walls thin and noisy, and the breakfast lacking in any fruit or nuts/oatmeal options.

Had a large, clean room. Nice breakfast area. Especially happy that the room had wood/tile flooring, not nasty carpeting. Convenient to everything.

The price for the room was such a good value!! The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Had a good nights sleep. Felt like a new hotel. If it was remodeled, they did an outstanding job! DEFINITELY would stay here again without hesitation. Management and staff are to be commended!

Can’t recommend too highly. Have been staying in Santa Fe for decades and this was definitely one of the most pleasant times, equal to those at some of the highest-end hotels and resorts.

The property was very clean and tidy but, the atmosphere had no cheer or life to it.Bland color scheme thru-out. Not very warm and inviting. I was walking by the front desk when another customer asked if it was safe to stay here and I too wondered the same. Great hotel but, in the wrong neighborhood.
