It was wonderful we were down with our wrestling team and the staff was so patient with all the kids running around. I’m sorry to any other guest that may have been inconvenienced but my boys made memories they will remember a lifetime.

Hampton Inn was nice and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast was good for a free breakfast (plenty of options). The boys enjoyed the indoor pool. Plus its proximity to stores, restaurants and other conveniences was a bonus.
The only negative is there was definitely an order present on the first floor. Almost like someone has cleaned with a dirty mop.
They also didn't have to room I had originally reserved but we're able to accommodate with a room of the similar type.

The young that assisted us on our reservation, was pleasant kind and professional. Also gave us great recommendations for dining.

Overall, the hotel is quite nice. However, service is seriously lacking, especially when checking in. We had to have the linens change on the bed right away, which they took care of quickly, and the small refrigerator didn’t work and had to be replaced as well. Not such a big deal, but a little bit of a nuisance nonetheless. And one more thing, I travel with my dog and there’s always a slight fee for that which I expect. But here they charge an additional $50 nonrefundable fee. Seriously excessive, a complete rip off! My dog is cleaner than most people!

Location was great, but that was all. Bed extremely uncomfortable. Pillows seemed old and flat. Black lint all over bedding. Lobby was full of young people just hanging out, standing in front of the exit door and very loud. Dogs barking in the hallway all hours of the night.very unpleasant stay. Will not book here again!

Incredible hotel! Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. Staff is very kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to see my daughter. The hotel is also pet friendly. It was fun seeing all the pups. All around great hotel!

The room was nice and spacious, but our shower leaked all over the floor, The hotel was full, and there was trash littered in the hallways. The breakfast was OK; the potatoes were not cooked all the way through. What was really annoying was being constantly badgered about checking out Sunday morning; housekeeping staff had towels, bedding and carts all over the place and knocking trying to get us to check out so they could clean. Checkout is at 11; I shouldn't be continuously bothered with emails, texts and knocks before then. We checked out earlier than planned just to get some peace.

The hotel was easy to find and parking was easy. The hotel was clean and up to date, the hot breakfast was really a nice touch as was the welcome water bowl dishes for pets next to the front door. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful - would certainly stay there again!

The property was in a great location, just far enough off the main road to be very quiet and still feel safe. The rooms were huge and the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. I would highly recommend it for anyone traveling in the area.

Hotel was very clean. However, being on ground level, we found that the curtains did not pull all way down. therefore people walking to their cars could look in.

Overall, the hotel was a good place to stay for me and my son. However, soundproofing wasn't great as I woke up to the alarm sound from the adjacent room before 6 am.

There was only one chair in the room, which was at the desk.
The blackout shade was broken and could not be pulled down. This let the light in from the parking lot, and also left a gap where people could see into the room (1st floor).

Friendly, courteous staff. Good assortment of options is the dining and concessions areas. Clean, comfortable room including great pillows.
Only negatives were:1) the window shade would not close, so people could see into the room through the screen. 2) the only chair in the room was the one for the desk.

The staff at the Inn were friendly and responsive to our questions. The Hampton Inn welcomed our dogs and that was very appreciated. The breakfast was very good and got us back on the road.

My Husband and I came up on Friday. We live in Virginia however, we attend church in Salisbury, MD. We came up for service, and stayed over until Sunday. Outstanding customer service, from the front desk, janitorial staff, right on down to the Kitchen Staff. Our stay absolutely AWESOME! This was our second stay within three weeks, and we will be staying here again.
