Everyone from the front desk to the maintenance staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Every time we’ve stayed there the entire resort and rooms have been spotless and well appointed ( linens, kitchen necessities)!

We really enjoyed our stay! Suites were perfect for a family. Amenities are great. Wish the pool bar was open past 5pm. Will certainly look to stay here again when we are in the area.

The property and staff were great but I booked an ocean view and when I got to my room it was on the second floor which was NOT AN OCEAN IEW because the trees blocked my view. My friends that booked after me and paid way less had penthouse and floor 7. Needless to say I was not happy with my room and the gentleman helping me check in said it was a lottery. Which I understand but I was the first one of our group to check in so his excuse made NO SENSE. Lesson learned!

Rooms were clean and spacious, loved walking out to the beach, close to restaurants and shops, pool was spectacular and loved the DJ. Would go back again!

We really loved the condos, plenty of room, beautiful views, updated and comfortable beds. The only thing that we could have asked is for more umbrellas/shade at the pool but it was still a one of the top places to stay.

Great amenities…but several rules that seem to inhibit people from being carefree on a vacation. No drinks allowed near pool or hot tub, elevator was slow, and several spots of parking were blocked by construction materials.

We really enjoyed this property traveling with mom, dad, and two small kids. The value cannot be beat in the cocoa beach area. Although the building is a little bit older it is extremely well-kept and extremely clean and very pretty. The staff are friendly easy walk to the beach and having someone else set up your beach chair and umbrella was a huge plus for us.

A main reason I chose this hotel was because it had a hot tub. The 1st night the hot tub was chilly and after that it was out of order for the rest of the trip. We were really bummed out about that. Also, the staff was pretty grumpy and made it uncomfortable. Other than that the property was gorgeous! The pool is amazing and east beach access. The room was clean and huge!

The kitchen is very well equipped, it has two bathrooms and is really comfortable for 5 persons. The building looks recently renewed, and it has lots of amenities like gym, pool, cinema, and the best, direct access to the beach.

Easy check in, clean place, a little dated but good overall. Beds were a good but a tad firm for us. The beach access was great. Pool was clean and heated.

The property is clean and modern. Rooms were large and full of amenities for cooking. Staff were friendly and courteous. Restaurant on premises was low average for Mexican food. Salads were mostly chopped iceberg lettuce.

This resort was very lovely and we would definitely come back here again. Inside lobby was neat, colorful, and smelled wonderful. Our room was beautiful. However, the floors needed some cleaning. Disappointing that I had ordered an Ocean Front room and received Ocean view from the side of the balcony.

This place is very clean and secure. The staff is extremely helpfull and polite. We had a 2 room apartment that was furnished well for our 4 day stay. I would book this place again next time we are in Cocoa Beach.

This is an excellent property, well maintained, a wonderful pool, lots of activities, on the beach and close to shopping with a nice restaurant on-site. The best condo on Cocoa Beach and I've stayed at several through the years. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with our stay. Staff was welcoming and attentive. Amenities very nice on the property to keep you entertained. There is a supermarket close by which is great too, so that you can use your kitchen. Wish there were a few more shops, coffee houses, restaurants walking distance but that's not the resorts fault. Only negative I'd say was that the beds weren't too comfortable and pillows not great, and building is a bit old, but otherwise the stay was worth the value and I would recommend it for family weekends.

OMG!!! This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Beautiful view of the ocean, lots of room and closet space, we could have eaten off the floor (but we didnt). You have to stay here to understand. It was the best and will definitely stay here again

I was not expecting it to be so nice for the price I paid. My room was spacious and clean and the staff at the front desk, restaurant and even random staff were all nice to me. I had a great time and will definitely be staying here anytime I am in Cocoa Beach.

Wonderful resort! We stayed in a newly remodeled condo. Very clean, great pool area, restaurants and bar on site. Grocery store and other restaurants within walking distance. So many amenities and things to do! We definitely will be staying here again in the future. Read through the reviews so you know what to expect!

The sunrise is so beautiful. You are located around great restaurants. The grounds are really well kept up. The two bedroom apartments are big & beautiful.

This unit was on Expedia as unused time share. Very clean. Great condition and price for 2 bedroom ocean front condominium. Only problem was the pool area is being renovated but I guess will be done by 2023. Nice Mexican restaurant on site. Friendly staff at hotel and restaurant. Publix is walking distance.

Very clean property. Older building and older looking inside the condo but very well maintained. And very clean. Very easy process at checkin and check out. Friendly staff. Walking distance to grocery store.
Beach not very clean apparently because of season. A lot of floating sea weeds in the water and in the beach. Couldn’t swim in the water because I don’t like touching sea weeds. Water gets deep quickly too for family with young children.

This property is beautiful! I love the rooms, the pool, the hot tub, the restaurant ect. My only complaint is that I paid for an oceanfront room with a advertising picture of a beautiful ocean view & got a room technically "facing the ocean" but could not see the ocean at all due to the fact the room was on the 2nd floor & the palm trees blocked the view. Had I known this, I wouldn't have paid extra for an ocean view & would have instead booked a "partial ocean view" room which has a view from the side on the porch. I would have been better off to not upgrade in my case. Other than that, though, the resort is beautiful & I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Just proceed with caution if you pay extra for an oceanfront room that you might not actually have the true ocean view.
