It was honestly good other than the fact that I paid for a jacuzzi room and the jets didn’t work wnd becasue I didn’t say anything about it in the middle of my night with my bf they wouldn’t do anything about it I really would like another night with a jacuzzi that actually works 😔

The suite I booked was very cute and spacious, it was a very nice room but the pull out sofa had white pet hair all over it even though there were no pets allowed at this hotel. They didn’t have a mini vacuum or anything they would clean a sofa with at the hotel says the front desk attendant. Then the toilet did not flush we had to keep taking the top off the back of the toilet and jiggle the cord. :( I was told there wasn’t another suite I could be moved to and then I was given a lint roller for the sofa and with a lot of elbow grease it helped a little. I was also told there wasn’t a way to compensate me for the inconvenience I encounter while staying at there hotel because I booked through a 3rd party :( so, wasn’t able to be switched out of the room nor compensated for the inconveniences really stung.

The person above me had music loud from the time I arrived until i left. I called the front desk from 6-8 no answer I finally got up went down to desk told lady she said she would take care of it maybe she could not find the person but i find that hard because ahe knocked on the doors yesterday to find bad kids ao she could have knocked or even went up there to find the noise very disappointed

The TV's and phones did not work so we had to walk to the front desk via the outdoors (multiple entrances) to try to get our room swiched in sub zero temperature. Everything in the room was dusty and felt dirty, you can tell they have not done a deep clean in a while. Rooms have super dim lighting and location is sucluted making it feel unsafe/creepy. When addressing these conserns with Comfort Inn & Suites would not accomidate a new room or refund. Will never go back!

This was a 2 day mini vacation with the kids. we love going to this particular hotel location. unfortunatly or stay was not that good this time. The windows had cracks in the seal and the windows were all wet, which adds to the next issus of the mold, there was mod all on the walls and curtain and darkening blinds in the room. like i said in the begining, love this hotel but just a bad room this time.

Room had rice left on the table. Half roll of toilet paper in the whole room. Locked me out of my room after day 1 had to walk in the cold to go get my key to work. Parking lot filthy. Hallways dirty.

Although our stay was GREAT... it COULD have been AWESOME .... BUT!!! THE HOT TUB DID NOT WORK -THE FIREPLACE DID NOT WORK-THE PHONE IN THE BEDROOM DID NOT WORK-NO DRYER IN THE BATHROOM-ALL WERE TAKEN TO THE MGR *Verified unknowingly by the the person that checked me out*

Initially checking in things went okay. I was given “my” room key and went to said room only to find it was someone else’s room. Anything could have went completely wrong with that mishap and that’s just not safe for anybody involved. I was given another room but I didn’t feel safe at all thinking that they could give someone a key to my room as well. It also wasn’t the cleanest the jet tub was filthy I had to put in extra leg work to clean everything myself before use .. but my main issue honestly was the room mix up . Everything else was okay.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. The pool area could have been cleaner/better maintained. The fitness room was underwhelming but operational. It is a very convenient location for easy access to downtown Detroit.

When I arrived and gave them a card for incidentals they used my information and created a separate booking on accident. They then later charged my card $142 no show fee for a booking I never created or approved. Tried everything I could but they are refusing to give me my money back on that and the manager will not return my phone calls.

Room was terrible. Stained walls, adhesive residue on headboard, yellow stains on blanket, room smelled old and musty until we left the window open for an entire day to air it out. Toilet barely operational, bathtub clogged while showering. Overall, a regrettable experience. Breakfast was fine, pool was fine, but hot tub jets didn’t work and the water was warm-not hot.

Excellent location for Ford Field. Far enough away to avoid the high downtown prices. Close enough to get to the field in 15 minutes. The hotel overall is a very nice hotel. The room was great and quiet. The staff, top notch. Especially the gentleman that set the breakfast up earlier than scheduled so that we could get a breakfast in before we had to be a Ford Field by 7am.

Smoke smell in room, bugs in dining room and bedroom. Bug floating out of drain in tub when wife took her shower. Charge a extra $3.00 hotel fee, without being told. This was on top of the $28.00 charge for whatever. Expedia rated this dump 7.8 out of 10. Can’t trust anyone. This hole might be a 3. We'll probably have a to find a better travel provider. If you don't like my review. Then stop asking me to revise my review. This place sucks, what don't you understand.

Extremely disappointed. Rooms were smelly and unclean, with visable debri and dust everywhere. Rooms were also in desperate need of updating, with cracked walls, old tubs, and stained carpets.

Had a great stay for 2 nights. Went to attend Lions game. Perfect location for an affordable uber ride into town. Room was great just a few minor things that could use maintenance. Jacuzzi in room was perfect, pool and hot tub well kept. Good place to stay for couples and families with kids. Will probably stay again.

We got a jacuzzi room for date night on a Saturday. Upon walking in it smelled a little weird. We got in the hot tub for an hour and the steam made the smell immensely worse. We went to the bed area and I immediately got a migraine. It was mold and mildew. I called the front desk and they said they had no open rooms to move us to. We were told a manager would be in Sunday morning. At check out no manager was there. We were told we would be comped a room but no word yet

The person in the room before me left all kinds of food in the refrigerator, which makes me wonder how well the room was actually cleaned. The two young ladies that I spoke with while checking in/checking out where nice.

I’ve already filed my police report but I would like to speak to the manager about my refund for the night and about his front desk staff. I arrived today and within 40 min I had $470 stolen from my room. When I co fronted the front desk girl she was acting very shady and I Lori ex she put my in a room in the blind spot of the camera. She then called the cops and told them I have a firearm which I clearly did not but was still taken off the property for “trespassing” I need this issue resolved and my refund back for the night!

The room was not cleaned. There were Bobby-pins and broken hair ties on the carpet. The bed had fruit flies in it. There was a dead bug squished on the comforter. The light had many more fruit flies alive and dead. One pillow had something brown with hair on the case. Told the front desk and they said they would email me a makeup voucher. Nothing since our stay has been given. Very disappointed in the overall cleanness of our room and how nothing happened after. Do not stay here!
