The actual motel looks nothing like the pictures. The rooms are filthy, stains galore on the bedding and furniture, mold in the bathroom, mirrors were covered in handprints and fingerprints. The rooms are small, so small that two people can’t pass each other in front of the bed. There was no tv remote and when I inquired at the front desk; they gave me a remote that didn’t work and when I asked about that, they said they’d have to send maintenance down. They didn’t. We had a double queen room and we had one towel in the bathroom. Again I had to stop down at the front desk (because the phones didn’t work…they were “renovating”), the front desk lady argued that there was two and that was enough for my family of 4 for the entire weekend. Miraculously she found more when another guest overheard my request for more towels. I was charged twice for the same room for the entire weekend so I now have to dispute the charge on my end. The black out curtains on the window were broken. The guy checking me out was rude. The “breakfast” is cereal and toast. My in-laws were traveling with us. Their shower leaked so every time someone took a shower, they stepped out of the tub into puddles of water. Honestly, one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. We were in town for a state sport championship so all hotels near the venue were booked solid because I did try to find something else.

This truly was the worst stay I could ever imagine. The tub was DIRTY, the walls were dirty, the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, there was no remote for the tv, the phone didn’t work, the alarm didn’t work, there was a 2 towel per room limit with a 4 person stay and the coffee machine had no basket in it. I could keep writing complaints, all in all it was literally the worst stay of anywhere, EVER.

The room was ok but the towels were dingy looking and the bathroom was horrible. Never seen anything like this before, I will not be coming back to this hotel again.

For the cost, it was a great value.

New owners, many things need to be fixed, phone line unconnectable, toilet running, not so clean, has a lingering odor, dirty sheets. TV outdated. caulking.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was clean, had comfy beds, employees are friendly and helpful.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed by far. All around customer service was horrible, the room was disgusting and they messed up my reservation.

Never again. First thing I noticed was driving around the building. The one large parking lot was right next to the doors on the outside of the hotel. Not so much for the inside rooms. Not only did I NOT see a way to walk from the big parking lot (the small one only held 6 cars) through the hotel, it required a long walk to your room, hopefully on cleared sidewalks. Then when I got to the room, I closed the door and saw light coming from the bottom of the door. Where there's light, there's cold air. It was 7 degrees in the middle of winter and cold air was coming in the bottom of the door. No wonder the heat was on at 75. Without that, the room would have been freezing. I had to stuff a towel at the bottom of the door to keep the cold air out. Then I realized that after trudging through the snow to get to the room, there was no carpet or rug to put my now snow-covered shoes. So I put those on top of the towel at the door since everywhere else was going to leave puddles. When I went to the front desk to get a fork for my dinner, I informed the front desk who offered to move me, but I didn't feel like packing everything up again just to move elsewhere. I just dealt with it. And the next morning didn't get any better. Go to take a shower and the water only gets to about 60-70 degrees. Not nearly warm enough to take a shower. And the breakfast? It was whatever they picked up from WalMart the previous day. Great Values juices, etc. I grabbed 2 blueberry mini muffins and left.

It was very cheap and so I guess we shouldn’t complain much!

The room had a bugs and it was absolutely disgusting

This property is so disgusting I literally had to leave immediately and find a different hotel. The staff here is so horrible I couldn’t believe it. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this place at all cost.

There were rooms with the doors hanging open lights on, and the rooms were an absolute mess. It gave a very unsavory feeling to the establishment. The glass doors look like they had not been washed in three years. The continental breakfast, Supposedly ,that was served was very inadequate. There were three day old, mini muffins, probably from Walmart. Maybe four packets of oatmeal, nothing fresh. I will definitely never stay there again.

Hotel was a bit "overstated" in the hotel app details. Said it had a hot breakfast, pics showed (2) waffle makers and (2) warming pans for eggs and potatoes or bacon. There were none of these items present when we went for breakfast at 6:30. Hotel was an older hotel, room was a little dirty, only had 2 bath towels, heat was good, bed was comfortable, room appeared much larger in the listing pictures, in actuality was quite small. Was extremely quiet, that was a plus and was quite enjoyable, able to get a good night's sleep. For the advertised price I guess it's not out of line, you get what you pay for. With the high star rating and the pics I saw I was expecting more. Good surroundings, seemed like a safe, busy area.

When I booked, I specifically chose "NON-SMOKING" room. When I went inside the room, I could smell that the room was smoked in!!! Also when I went to the sink and flipped the light switch to "ON".....it didn't work. Either the light was blown or the switch was faulty. Housekeeping had to know this when they cleaned the room after the last guest stay so they either didn't report it or they did but nothing was done. The wall mounted hairdryer was hanging out of the wall!!!!!! And the bed was like laying on a brick. My entire body was extremely sore after a few hours!!! I would rather sleep outside on a park bench for the night before I stay at that place again!!! Book this hotel at your own risk. All this hotel is good for is if you wanna go there to have "A GOOD TIME" for a few hours.

Our first room was unacceptable. A disgusting spray of white something on the headboard and a ripped lampshade. Also very noisy on that side of the building by the road. We changed to a new room and it was better but not great. Not recommended.

Ice machines were out of order the entire stay. Food options for breakfast are not like the pictures advertised. Rooms were spacious and good for the rate. Bed/ pillows was surprisingly very comfy.

From the moment I walked in, I was disappointed. I called in advance to let them know I would be arriving late. The gal at the front desk, didn’t get off her personal cell phone, as she was talking to someone, and kept talking to the person and barely acknowledged me. She gave me my room keys, failed to give me my receipt, I had to ask for it. Then I got to the car and realized she didn’t give me my license back. I went in and asked for it. I walk with a walker so was really inconvenient for me. No apology or anything. She was not interested in talking on the phone to her friend…. The room was really rough looking, the tub was scuffed to where I wasn’t sure if it was stained, or just not scrubbed. The ac/heater where you set the temperature was broken, and overall I wasn’t pleased. Breakfast was horrible. The granola bars were expired, cereal was stale, coffee was not very good, milk tasted funny, and the juice tasted spoiled, and couldn’t find any water…My friends and I had stomach issues as a result. I was very disappointed. Wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time….

Amenities were minimal. No Kleenex , no cups for coffee, missing smoke alarms, tv remote didn’t work well and the fan on the heating/cooling unit squeaked. If all you need is a place to crash , the bed was comfortable enough and the price was right.

The room had a strange smell. The shower had a long piece of hair in it. There was I’m guessing dried up food on the wall. The chair by the desk was a chair you use outside for a patio. It was painted and the paint was scraped off on a lot of it. The base of the lamps were rusty. I went to check out and there wasn’t anybody at the desk. I waited 15 minutes and had to call and leave a message to tell them I was checking out.

The room was in much needed repair. The remote did not work and when I called the front desk they told me to use the buttons on the front of the TV but there were none. There was cigarette burns on the tub side. There was a black large mark in the bottem of the toilet bowl. Just to name a few things. I will never stay there again. If I had not already paid for the room on line I would not have stayed there.

We’re surprised Wyndham would put their name on a hotel this badly in need of updates, Lights rusted & broken, rug & sink old & sad, didn’t hazard the shower. That said room was reasonably clean, bed/ bedding good, frig & tv worked.

The bed felt like sleeping on the ground and it was a constant slight smell of weed the phone desk had a little bit of an attitude about people checking in early about them, paying the fee and if they really wanna pay it it was a hole in the wall with a washcloth or a towel stopped in it

Easy access, fast check in, reasonable price.

Location was good for us. The room could use a little Tlc but overall it was good.
