always stay here when i come to lima this time it was for my daughter's wedding. they help so much let me use carts to move stuff over. Breakfast was great. all the staff was friendly and helpful

Good location and close to fast food restaurants. Connected to theater so was able to stay out of rain when attending concert. Great breakfast.

The hotel was a little run down: carpet edges could be vacuumed better. The bathrooms need caulking around the bathtub edges. The paint around the a/c unit was peeling in the rooms. But the rooms had a fridge, microwave, safe, tv, wifi and were quite roomy which was a plus. Didn't hear any next door noise which was excellent BUT unfortunately the hotel is near a railway (which I didn't know) and being a light sleeper I was awakened by every train that came through the town during the night which was a bit disruptive. The rumbling wasn't the issue but the blasting of the "horn" was!!
The breakfast was very good and enjoyed that.
I would stay there again if it wasn't for the nightly trains!

We were greeted at the check-in desk by two young women who were friendly, engaging and helpful. The convenient location next to the convention center (including an inside walkway the whole way) is a great feature of this property.

We were placed in room 212 right by the elevators. Extremely noisy all night in hallway and room next door a woman was being assaulted for several hours. Lots and f head board banging and screaming. Called front desk and asked for police to be dispatched. Won’t stay at property again. Not safe environment.

Central location and comfortable bed but the TV was very outdated and many channels didn’t work and the housekeeper never came back after I asked to have our room cleaned. We ended up with too much trash and dirty towels everywhere.

The air conditioners in this hotel are outdated and have extrememly limited functionality. Breakfast had limited options, with the "hot food" being room temperature and the dry goods being stale. The room was clean and staff was friendly, but air and breakfast are worth looking for other hotel options.

The bathtub in the shower were dirty, and it just made the whole room feel dirty

Rooms were clean and rather spacious (1 king bed). Hot Breakfast was good too (bacon/eggs and sausage/grilled eggs, waffle machine). Only thing that could be better is the fitness center which has 4 machines cramped up, no free weights no bench. But for this price point it’s great.

It’s right downtown but still nice. Had places to eat nearby. The only complaint I have is a lot of hotels you stay at don’t make toilets tall enough for adults. They must get a discount on shorter toilets.

Luckily the parking was great. There's just not a lot around here. Most stores were empty or closed when we walkes around the town square.

The customer service was very nice exceptional. Unfortunately our room was very dusty Cobb webs every where, hair on the bathroom floor and leftover French fries by one of the beds.

The hotel was in a great location however the fire alarm fell down and then went off and the bathroom sink handle was broken. The staff was friendly though and apologized for the inconvenience.

Our stay at the Wingate by Wyndham in Lima was very good. We were in town for a concert at the Veteran's Memorial Civic Center (also very nice). Check in was a little slow, but our room was spacious and clean. Many of the nice places to eat close to our venue were closed on Monday nights, so finding dinner was complicated. All in all our experience was great! We would definitely stay there again.
