The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel is runed down and not very clean. The restaurant attached was SLOW and the staff was rude and messed up ALL of our ordered. Would not stay there again

The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We only had a short overnight stay before an early flight out.
We took the 4:00 am shuttle. It was free, on time. and the driver was very friendly and helpful.

There was a dirty washcloth inside the shower the sheets on the bed had hair on them and the door lock was messed up to where you could not lock it

Staff was friendly and attentive. We felt welcome and safe. Our pet was thrilled with the smells. Clean and easy access from the interstate. Will come again.

The bathtub would not drain shower head wouldn't work right the place was dirty. I wanted to pay cash and just leave my bank card for security reasons they wouldn't accept my cash I could pay cash when I checked out but they still were going to run my bank card for the payment and I wouldn't receive it back for about 3 to 4 days this was a short vacation with my grandson for the first time and the whole experience was horrible trying to get checked in for 2 and 1/2 hours after a 3-hour drive had a concert to go to that evening barely had time to eat then and get ready to go when I wanted to call Holiday inns phone number I was on hold for over 40 minutes went to the front desk and asked to speak with a manager and sat there for over 20 minutes waiting to speak to a manager had to ask the front desk clerk to go get her again with no help whatsoever felt so bad for my grandson cuz all our plans were ruined

The property looked beautiful on the outside and the lobby also. The hallways were dingy and had a musky smell to them. There were fleas in our room and the shuttle never showed up to get us from our event.

I have been to a lot of hotels but the staff at this particular hotel made it the best one yet, they were so sweet and very professional. Even with a rude client the front desk receptionist was so sweet and was quick to provide a helpful solution. I will definitely be coming back, absolutely loved the atmosphere!

I have no idea what the property is like. I you check your records I reserved the room on the 21st of June? I reserved it for the 22nd of June. Mwhyvwould you show a slender with the 21st blacked out as if the present? Then IMO move one day to the right then two for check in and out. Didn’t have any rooms for 22 June , 2023 so you switched it up on me. I would rather pay three times as much than to use Travelocity again. I have every intention of posting this anywhere I can. You gained what $50 maybe? Lost a customer.

Not impressed, the property is old & in parts are dirty. I could not even get a tea bag or pod, all they had was Green Tea & even then I had to go to the front desk & ask as none in the room. Parking is ok. The restaurant Elements is gross, service is bad, I ordered Maple Chili Chicken, the sauce was tobasco, non chili and certainly no maple, they said it was a new menu, but either way the food was below average. Breakfast was just as bad, they had no salsa for the breakfast burrito, & the waffle maker was broken, the pancakes were like eating gummy paste. My advice would be to find a different hotel.

1st room, deadbolt did not work & bad musky odor.
2nd room, seemed fine until 4:30am wake up, shower did not work, not enough water pressure, no blow dryer, coffee maker leaked all over desk and personal items.
I did politely let front desk gentleman know.

Dirty smoke filled room and one person working the front desk took 30 minutes to check in and then had to wait another 30 minutes because they didn't have rooms ready at 4:30 in the afternoon

Negatives-- Very much in need of renovations. Cracked floor tile in bathroom, stained carpeting and dirty dust ruffle on bed. Hallway smelled like Marijuana.
Positives- friendly staff and the purchased breakfast add on was great tasting. No shuffling through a busy breakfast buffet. Just order off the menu and head back to the room! No bedbugs (always the first thing we check when going into a hotel room)!
For the price paid, for only one night-- would stay again. An extended stay--- probably go elsewhere.

Room was not ADA was too far for a person with walker did not stay and did not register after seeing the room after waiting 2.5 hours to check in but my card was charged 2x for the room plus some $25 fee i did not sigh anything and am demanding those funds to be returned immediatly.
Paul - the desk person was a jerk who kept telling us it would just be a little longer then switched us to a room she couldn't walk to

Customer service was fine. Need some updates in the room. The fixtures in the bathroom were broken and soap dispenser needed to be replaced. I thought the room was clean until I saw a roach walk across the bed side table.

I did not like that my room was not clean no microwave no refrigerator when my sisters room was fully equipped. Front desk said that they were sorry that is all

We have stayed here before, normally they are well put together. This time they we're short staffed, so it made things a little backed up. But they handled it well. Just keep your customers informed so they know whats going on.

Property is super clean and front desk staff very friendly and was able to answer our questions. However, this property is using a “New System” & all the “bugs” have not been worked out. This resulted in me being double charged. The manager,Bill, was contacted immediately and he explained the above. Bill assured me my CC would be issued a credit in approx (3) days. Message was left with front desk for Mgr to return call. A few days later, left another message requesting return call. It’s been (7) days. No credit has been issued & Bill have yet to return call.

The shuttle van was nasty...no air conditioning in mid summer. When called to pick us up from the event, we were told we had to wait because airport has priority. We also paid our money why does 1 have priorty over the other. Shouldn't it be 1st come 1st serve? We stood there after the event for 1 hour waiting. The event was only 5 miles from the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Airport shuttle was easy. We enjoyed the pool. The restaurant has a limited menu but good and prices are reasonable. Definately recommended.

Used cleaning rags on floor of common area left overnight. Front desk shows signs of extreme wear/tear (luggage scratches). Desk and especially restaurant staff need training in hospitality. Overpriced for level of quality.
