When we got to the hotel the card reader wasn't working so she had I put my number in manually. Then when we went to our room there was cracked and chipped paint everywhere. I found several long hairs on the bed that didn't belong to my family. Then when we went swimming a lot of the tiles in the pool were rusty and just gross. Then the hot tub had bugs floating in it. After returning to our room I gave my daughter a bath the floor of the tub was fiilthy.
The only thing was was good about the stay was the comfort of the beds

I stay at this property a couple of times a year, it’s in a good location near the businesses that I visit as a sales rep and includes a free breakfast which is a bonus. I feel like this hotel is a good value. I enjoyed being able to hop on the treadmill last night to get some exercise in after a long day in meetings.

The staff was great. The room was fine. Unfortunately, there were girls hockey and gymnastics teams staying at the hotel, so they were everywhere. No extra pillows left. Hairdryer in room didn't work. Took a while for them to find another one.

We stay at this hotel because of weather. The desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean as was the whole hotel. The spa/hot tub was very comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was offer lots of choices, was clean, and comfortable. I would stay at this hotel on future trips to Rochester.

The location was not easy to get to. I reviewed the pictures on the web and was excited that they served oatmeal. Unfortunate, those were old pictures, and they don't serve hot oatmeal. Breakfast had very limited choices.

Either condition of pool was terrible mold and leaking from ceiling.toilets didn't flush in any of the rooms unless you did it from inside the toilet tank.at breakfast other visitors had same problem. Never stsy there again

Were bugs all over the place. I picked up 9 of them. When I got back from Doctor appointments they were still running around. There was also some ants in the bathroom.

The lobby area floor was very dirty and needed to be washed.
And our room had no Kleenex and 1/2 roll of Toilet paper as we entered our room.

The stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Rochester South MN was very comfortable.
The place is clean and staff is very cordial and helpful.
The hotel is on the route for the shuttle to Mayo Clinic, and that was very helpful.

Lots of small things needing repair. Curtains ripped. Window screen ripped. Was this a sign of a break in? No soap in the rolm. A few signs of equipment or pictures removed from walls but holes still there. Hard to believe this is a Radisson prop.

Needed shampoo, a blanket, and extra towels, which were cheerfully provided. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Liked the breakfast waffles and eggs. Breakfast items were refilled regularly. Extended family met out front where there were nice tables and chairs and even a gas fireplace.

After being on the road for 11 hours, it was an oasis! Comfortable, clean and breakfast was delicious! Pool and hot tub were an added plus for sore muscles!

The mattresses on the beds needed turning or replacing. We could hear the springs squeak and one side was lower than the other. We needed sleep before a Mauo Clinic visit and we unfortunately did not sleep well

Not only were we charged the full amount for our stay in one lump charge, but they also charged our account for each night individually. We checked in on Fri 4/28/23 and a week later we are still waiting for the extra pending charges to be removed from our account. When we questioned the front desk staff we were told "the system just automatically charges again". When we asked why we were told "well it's incase the first charge gets denied then it's still holding the money and the hotel still gets payment". How does this make sense if they are charging THE SAME CARD for all of the charges? So far multiple attempts to contact the management company have gone unanswered. We will NEVER stay at this property again, nor any property managed by Sand Hospitality.

The staff were very nice and helpful with check in as it was a booked weekend and were super busy. The hotel itself needs a lot of work with updating. We had ant traps in our bathroom and saw a couple ants in there as well.

It was one overnight stay from late evening to early morning. The breakfast was very good. There was very friendly staff at check-in and in the breakfast area. They did a great job interacting with and welcoming hotel guests.

I had booked a room with a jettub..I checked in.. she gave me the room key..walked in the room to find a couple sleeping in there..the were pretty upset.. went Back to the desk..she apologized..but said she didn't have any more rooms with jet tubs..so ya only reason I was there was for the jet tub..she gave me a free room.. didn't think that was enough but oh well

When I checkked in they ran my card for incidents perfectly normal. They also ran it for cost of rooom that was already paid. Then they falsely accused me of smoking in room. And charged me for it.
