The front desk attendent rufused to give us items that should have been available to us to prepare food for my family. Also, we were placed on top of a industrial washer machine which woke us at 3am in the morning out of our sleep. We thought it was another earthquake smh and it continued for a few hours

Clearly they didn’t clean the bathroom. There was a dead roach on its back on the sink. We were so disgusted we didn’t want to step foot in the shower. What an inconvenience! Old furniture and rusty stove. Not worth the almost $200 we paid. They have a lot of nerve overcharging for that dingy room in an OLD HOTEL.

It's not really a hotel with a kitchen. It's a hotel with a very very abbreviated kitchen, highly inadequate kitchen stuff, no gym, the breakfast is muffins in plastic wrap.

It was a good location and price for a weekend stay. Unfortunately, the mattress was super uncomfortable—very soft and difficult to sleep on.

There wasn't any cold water in the shower. And there wasn't any hot water in the bathroom sink nor kitchen sink. We were already settled so didnt want to move or complain- figured they wouldnt have anything else available since when requesting more pillows they said they didn't have any more due to being sold out. Also very very weird creepy lady was lurking the hall on our floor on our stay. She stood by her door pulled out her phone as if recording us as we walked out/in our room.

For the most part it was a decent hotel. Breakfast is more of a snack bar. We liked the little kitchen and the beds were honestly comfy. Bring your own shower gels. I rate the hotel a 3 if you’re looking for a quick one night stay to sleep well.

I discovered bed bugs in my bed and have to wait for the manager to come in to get a refund. No written documents could be given to me. Only a post-it note left for the manager. Totally unacceptable and the worker did not apologize or seemed to be concerned.

The first room I was offered there was urine in the washroom. I was disgusted and asked for a different room and the one I got had hair all over the blanket. Worse place to ever go - I will never return and strongly recommend against staying here.

The staff was nice. The property was not what would be expected from a hotel. There was no hot water for 3 days and we were told that there were a lot of people staying there, so it was expected. The outlets in the bathroom did not work. The person at front desk said that they would have it looked at - That never happened. To get new towels we were required to bring dirty towels down to front desk. Very disappointed and will never stay there again. Not sure about the Extended Stay brand.

Customer services is awful, they dont even say hello hyd ... One day my rom key wasn't open my room , the lady there at the front desk dont even say good evening neither so rude, and the employees no even say good morning so serious not friendly at all , need to focus a little bit more on Customer service . But at least the room was very nice and clean .

The only thing positive about this property was its location and the parking.
They have mentioned ‘ breakfast included’ but the breakfast only had granula bars,muffins and coffee(Is it a breakfast).
The bathroom had cockroaches.
The reception staff was rude.

There's another hotel with the exact same name about 2 mins away. The reservation doesn't make that very clear and it is easily confused. Other visitors were making the same mistake we did. An actual address on the confirmation email would probably solve that.
The water in the room was not very warm at all and ran out very quickly.
The room was also incredibly dry, I woke up feeling like I had inhaled some sand. Anyone with a respiratory condition could have easily struggled.
There is nothing in the area within walking distance, so if you wanted to have a few drinks at dinner, you'd need to get a taxi.
All in all though it was clean and quiet and served a purpose of having somewhere to sleep after going to MetLife Stadium for a game. Wouldn't want to spend more than a night there though.

Hi! I was at an event and didn’t get to the hotel property until after 11:30pm. I was unaware that after 11:00 I couldn’t check in. However, I was still charged for the room and had to find another local hotel to spend the night

The room was very small and the way too hot , the moment we walked in there was a smell in the room. But putting on the air conditioner to cool the room down did not help. At night if u went to bathroom you can smell cigarette smoke .. through the vents. It would be great to open a window to get some air but it was double Paine glass.
The continental breakfast was muffins and packets of oatmeal. Tea and coffee.
I was just not expecting this .. the staff was nice but the room really was a disappointment.

Some staff were very unfriendly and acted as if we were an inconvenience. Hallway needed to be vacuumed. Our room was clean.
We booked this thinking we could walk to the stadium. You can't walk to stadium or mall from here due to the interstate.

The hotel looks clean and the room was decent. Only complain is costumer service in the front desk, that lady was rude because we woke her up when we checked in? It was weird for me. 3 stars.

It was super good! The bed was comfy the blankets warm and one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever seen! They were super sweet to let me check in early so I can head over to my event 😁 You can ask them for cooking tools and they’ll bring it over and it’s smoke free which I love since I have asthma the location has no cigarette smell so it smells clean. The area that it’s in is super quiet and only 10 min away from the American dream mall and MetLife stadium so it’s not far. Definitely coming back next time I go for an event.

This was my second time staying here. It’s a beautiful facility with quiet rooms which is close to my job
But I was disappointed this time. When I returned to my room in the evening I saw a few men smoking outside the building and it was under my window. My room smelled of smoke and it continued through the night. When I woke my room as well as my clothing had the smiley smell
For the breakfast all that was left was a few granola bars
I do plan on returning to the hotel because over all it was a pleasant experience
