It smelled as if several dogs with skin issues had been living there for months. It was not pleasant.

Do not stay here!!!! One the pictures are very misleading.
Room filthy, front desk person rude, horrible smell in room, shower had not been cleaned well. Overall room just not clean. The bed was hard as a brick, pillows flat as a brick, blankets had stains and holes in them.
But the main reason for complaint. There was a literal crime that happened in the room next to us. My husband and i were scared for our life and could not leave. Police were back and forth after the incident all throughout the night. Zero sleep!!!
We went to front desk to ask for a refund and were told to contact Hotels.com bc we booked through them. After contacting hotels we were told that they have to get refund from the hotel to give back to us. They refused to.
If you value your safety dont stay here and if you do, bring wipes and lysol.
I guess trying to save a few dollars isnt worth it. Go ahead and spend a few more bucks for a better nights stay.
Oh also.. no breakfast like advertised.

The room was clean and it was very close to Busch Gardens, which was nice.
Two complaints: The hotel advertises breakfast but only provides coffee and juice.
We booked a non-smoking room, but when we entered it was evident that it was a smoking room with a "No smoking" table tent by the TV. Thank God I carry febreze in my car.

My only complaint is that the listing on Hotels.com said they had a continental breakfast. They do not.

The bed was nice, bathroom was clean, but the room had a bad smell which made all my stuff stink. I assume I smelled to from the room to.

No breakfast is available but it was advertised on your site that breakfast included. Blood stains and holes on bed sheet, dirty bathroom and towels.

We booked on Orbitz which noted Pet Friendly and Breakfast Included. Upon arrival we learned they no longer include breakfast and charged a pet fee. The manager waved the pet fee at check-in but then later charged our credit card. Bathroom was dirty with stains and the shower curtain was bent. Then the heater started rattling at night so loud we couldn’t sleep and just turned it off.

I stayed here before and thought it was ok. This time we had a 2 night stay. The second night we noticed roaches as we were going to bed. I had to pack up and find another place to stay. They said they would refund us one night. They would not refund the money I paid for my dog. I still have not received money back for the one night.

Check in process was easy. Front desk clerk was very nice. However, the room was absolutely atrocious. Water damage in bathroom. The tub was dirty and curtain was moldy and dingy. The bath curtain rod was completely broken in half. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There were stains on the sheets. Seriously spend a little more money and go somewhere else.

We got married an got the room for a family member so they wouldnt drive home after drinking but thry never checked in and the hotel wouldmt give us our money back. Kept our money an no ine stayed there.

First room wasn't even cleaned & ready, 2nd room the fridge was off had to pull it out & turn on the power cord that it was plugged into! Other than that, it was basically a bed & shower. .........

Service was quick and easy. The room was tidy but reeked of cigarette smoke. The bedding had cigarette burn marks on it including on the comforter and linens. We turned on the bathroom fan to air the smoky smell out. Other than that, the bedroom and bathroom were clean. There was warm water and working A/C. For how cheap it was ($60 per night), my partner and I were satisfied.

We came from Eastern NC to visit Bush Gardens. It was a good stay. And the park was right down the road from where we stayed so that was really nice.

Initial room had huge cochroach on bathroom floor. The A/C and air quality was awful. I asked for another room. The room was cleaner and the air was cleaner but the A/C unit was noisy. I could not sleep with it on so turned it off. The walls were paper thin. The floors above were shaking from the noise of the adjacent travelers. Very noisy.

Louis was excellent in trying to resolve a problem. Being close to Colonial Williamsburg was a bonus!

We were just there for the night in between theme parks, and the stay would have been perfect if not for finding a small cockroach inside the tissue box as one of us went to use it. That put a damper in the whole nice, as we were left wondering if there would be more.

They advertise free breakfast but the only thing served is coffee and juice. They were all very friendly and took care of any concerns immediately and were happy to answer any questions. It was nice having a big trash can outside the room as we are a family of 6 and had a lot of trash with all the food consumed by 4 children, especially with no breakfast being served.

The room small of smoke. So we went to another room. That room was not bad but at 12am in the morning we had a knock on our door, the person was going door to door selling smokes. That was disturbing.

The tub had hair in it. The shower curtain had black stains on a white curtain. Had bug white substance around entire unit.

I reserved 2 other hotels before this one and was just so lost after going to both and they were not stayable then this came on my screen decided to try ome more timw before having to call off trip and go all the way back home when we got there i was so relived clean g9od area and suitable for our small kids. Def would stay again my girls loved it

It wasn’t the greatest and pictures are very deceiving. We wouldn’t stay again. We did see a few roaches and I’m not sure if it was some kind of pesticide or something they spray on the grass or what but every time we took our dog out she would have a seizure so be careful with your fur babies

The staff for the most part was really nice! Gave us the towels and things we asked for. Canceled the second room upon arrival because we ended up only needing one. My biggest issue was maintenance and cleanliness. The pull out only had a flat sheet and blanket no pillows or fitted sheet ,so the sheet wouldn’t even stay on the bed. The bathroom had a moldy smell as soon as we walked in that continued throughout our stay and the ac above toilet was leaking soaked the toilet between uses and anything near it like our spare toilet paper roll. There was roaches and the chain on the door was broken! People around the area was loitering late at night and it s was pretty creepy. The people above us made lots of noise throughout the night and day.
