Poorly insulated walls that let sound in from outside the door, the building, upstairs and downstairs. The curtains were not blackout curtains that overlapped and let a lot of outdoor lighting in. Rooms were very poorly maintained and nothing was cleaned or updated

Average hotel, not bad and not amazing either. Beds and room were clean and overall the property was in neat condition. The microwave in the room was functional although it had rotary controls and one was missing! The bathroom could use some TLC. Water pressure from the shower was very minimal. The vanity/sink/mirror look old and lighting not very good. The space in the bathroom was great but just needed more to it to be quite par with the rest of the hotel’s overall pretty good allure.
Breakfast was free but sad tbh, very limited and you have to make your own waffles and toast. The hot water dispenser did not have clear looking water, couldn’t come to drink it based on how it looked.
The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff was pretty quiet.

It was surrounded by a variety of tourist services but was calm and quiet. The staff was perfect.

Bathroom was “not” nice. Mold & dirt in several areas. Drapes would not function. Door to room would not close & latch unless you pulled it hard.
Sad that this is the norm for a $150 room.

The facility needs updating … big room but no table and chairs. Staff was very friendly, breakfast staff was very efficient and made sure everything was freshened.

The lady that checked us in was very nice. Joked with us. Room clean and comfortable. Lobby decorated nicely for fall and Halloween. Loved the smell of baked cookies when we came in. Also cookies were pretty tasty.

If I had known that the pool, gym, and printer in the business room all didn’t work then I would have stayed elsewhere for the money.

Overall, the stay was good. The Wi-fi service was intermittent at times when I needed it. The breakfast was medium because the eggs were lacking, but I intentionally book this hotel because breakfast was included and that is good for a limited budget.

This property had delightful staff and comfy, clean beds. There is some construction around but it doesn’t really affect anything. The humidity inside the room was unusual but other than that the stay was nice. Breakfast was very convenient.

This Comfort Inn was a bargain and made a great place to stop overnight for my drive down to Florida. I was a little leery, because sometimes comfort inns are less than top notch that I found this not to be the case. The check in staff was excellent. the room was clean and quiet have not had breakfast yet, but will be going shortly. Will stay here again.

Staff was friendly. Pool and gym had maintenance issues and had no idea until we arrived. Usb plugs by bed did not work. Breakfast was very good.

The customer service was great. However, the room we reserved had a toilet that didn't function properly. We had to move to the room next door.
The next room's bathroom door did not close all the way, and would not lock. Also, it was difficult to open the mini fridge door.
Things like these should be checked prior to guests' arrival.

Staff were courteous and check in was easy. Only downside was there were a lot of noises from appliances, such as the refrigerator and air conditioner. I tried adjusting the settings so they wouldn't come on as frequently.
