The room was dirty. The property was not as pictured it was very dirty and definitely needed some cleaning up. We didn’t feel safe. The door secondary lock was broken off. Bed linens were dirty. Would not recommend staying there. Although the management refunded money when told we were not staying.

This property seemed to be under renovation. The staff were kind and professional. The bedding needed to be replaced. It had spots that were threadbare.The area was beautiful. GPS did not take us to the location. We had to continue on the road and turn towards the business district to find it.

Filthy. Plumbing virtually inoperable. Don't stay at this disgusting hotel.

Older hotel, clean, bed was comfy. The 2nd floor walkways were spongy and felt like they might fall through. The toilet had to be flushed repeatedly to get it to work.

The man who checked us in was very nice. The hotel was decent. I would stay there again. It was in walking distance to the the Main Street for shopping in Hardy. Right next door to Spring River Draft House & Grill which had good food.

A good breakfast, room was clean. The driveway outside needs to have more lights and a sign so you can see the driveway as you are crossing the bridge. It really looks like you can't turn left in front so you assume to go through the intersection, turn left to go to the motel but that doesn't work so you have to go to the top of the hill and come back,turn right to see the driveway.

Overall our stay was fine. We were just staying overnight while on a roadtrip. Our only complaint was that the wi-fi was not good. We were not able to work as the service was not good enough. It connected just fine, but not enough bandwidth for simple websites. Unfortunately we would not be able to stay here again because we do need to have wi-fi access to be able to work on our trips. Everything else was just as expected.

Hotel was dirty. They had sheets draped over the balcony rail in the lobby. Breakfast was a joke consisting of only sweets. The bathtub was disgusting. Room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non smoking.

Property was conveniently located. But, the maintenance on the building appeared to be poorly self done. At about 11 pm the lights for the exterior was turned off, making it dangerous to navigate the stairs.

Was not very clean especially the bathroom. Looked as if it had not been cleaned in months. Lighting on walk ways and stairs were extremely limited or no lighting all especially on the stairwells.

You are better off sleeping in your car! The rooms are horrible & disgusting! We had stayed there in the past and it was a little rough then but should have went back to the reviews. Rooms are in horrible shape they are dirty and disgusting! Sticky carpet, hard floors unswept, mold & mildew, rotting wood, walls cracked, toilet seat & toilet broken/gross.

Probably the worse hotel I’ve ever stay in! This hotel advertised an operating pool, upon arrival the pool was closed for what looks like years now. When I mentioned it as I checked in the woman working told me I could cancel the room, there was no remorse or even some sort of offer of compensation for the false advertising. I booked 2 rooms for our family vacation specifically for the pool. The parking lot has so many potholes and a dumpster with garbage all around the dumpster. Our room key cards constantly needed to be rekeyed, the towels were dingy, old and rough. Thank god we brought our own towels! In one of the rooms you had to plunge the toilet every time you flushed, in the other room it was every other time! I will post pictures of the shower and drain. One room had 2 refrigerators and 1 microwave but only one refrigerator worked. The other room had 2 microwaves and one refrigerator but only one microwave worked. The only reason we didn’t leave was all the other hotels were full and we were 18 hours from home. The only good thing I can think to say is the beds were comfortable.

The internet was spotty at best, the driveway need’s repaired. The breakfast had rules (1 water 1 yogurt, couldn’t take back to room)

Driveway up has next to no concrete left. Not the cleanest. Tv had only a few local channels. However, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Check-in clerk was disinterested but okay. The room was disgusting but I didn’t really have anyplace else to go. By disgusting, one of the chairs looked like someone urinated on it. Coffee stain on the bathroom countertop. They had more rules than available breakfast. The lobby appeared to have been split into half breakfast area and then half storage and laundry hanging area. Guests are told they’re not allowed to sit in the lobby outside of breakfast hours. I’ve stayed at literally thousands of hotels/motels in over 20 years of life on the road. This hotel is among the top five worst stays. And the cost was almost $100 for a disgusting night’s stay

The office was closed when I arrived, they had a after hours phone outside and no one answered, I sat outside trying to call for over an hour last night. I was traveling and knew it was going to be late so this is why I choose this hotel is because it states they are open 24 hours. So I paid for a room and had to sleep in my vehicle. They could have at least called if they was going to leave because they can clearly see my room had been reserved

The property isnt at all what is described on their website. It is nasty, no breakfast no pool, beds are from the 80s pillows are paper thin. The carpets felt sticky if you had socks on or barefoot. It was all around nasty

We stayed here since it was close to main street hardy and it said it had a pool. POOL was closed and from the looks of it hadnt been in service for a while. (Half way covered and water dark green). Think they were trying to renovate this location since there was piles of discarded materials on side ofbuilding. Employees were nice , bed was comfy.

We liked the price, but many were wrong with this hotel.

Nice clean easy access

Unkempt, trash in lobby and outside, pool derelict, parking lot full of pot holes. A very run down property. Not worth the price at all. Bathroom not clean, toilet wouldn't flush. Binder clip holding up the curtain in the room. Stay elsewhere!

This motel is in desperate need of an upgrade. The door to our room (outdoor facing room) had almost a two inch gap underneath that any insect or reptile could’ve crawled through, the bathroom was dirty and had little warm water, the mattresses sink in the middle and the walls of the room look they have not been painted since the 80’s. I know you “get what you pay for” but this is a really ridiculous excuse for a Days Inn and hard to believe that brand allows it’s name on such a place.

Damp in th room. Did not have the amenities as described no pool, cold cereal and donuts for breakfast. on three towels in room. Staff was polite and efficient.

The desk person was rude and condescending. The property, as a whole, was disgusting. The only clean thing was our bed and linens. Bathtub was dirty and shower curtain filthy. I refused to shower in it until it was cleaned. Probably one of the worst I’ve ever stayed at.

The front office staff was NOT friendly. Maybe the lady was having a bad day, but after trying to joke and talk with this woman, we gave up and just checked in. The cleaning woman was very nice and talked a bit with us. The room was horribly outdated. You could tell that wall items had been moved or exchanged, but it hadn't been painted in a LONG time. There were stains on the wall, the sheets had stains on them too. We woke up to BIG bugs in the room with us, such as house centipedes and black beetle type bugs. The shower was a mess, with the tub plug not even being in the bottom of the tub. It sat on the side of the tub. Overall, I will NEVER be staying in this hotel again. We were very disappointed with the place.

The woman at the front desk was very personable

The outside needs to be updated and the sleeping area was ok, the bathroom was in poor condition with mold on the baseboards, shower drain was busted out.

Room dirty, broken appliances, mold in shower.

This property is very wornout. Needs much maintenance.
