We came in a night early without a reservation. Although they didn’t have our reserved room for that night, they had one cleaned and us moved into our reservation the next morning by 9am. We were there with a large family group and the breakfasts were always great and stocked. Every person I encountered was pleasant and kind. The place has (mostly) been renovated and the rooms and beds are lovely. Thanks for a great trip!

They was doing construction inside the hotel while I was sleeping right above my room. The pull out couch smelled like marijuana. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. Overall stay was 2. But, The front desk lady was very nice. Only good thing about my stay

The staff here make this hotel a true gem. Every employee we encountered greeted us with a smile and warm welcome. Such a rarity these days. The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was very good! Will stay again

The check in was easy. Staff was friendly. But the room had problems. Bugs on walls & floor. Refrigerator was dirty. Tub had horrible rust stains. Water flow in toilet was very low & tissue clogging up quickly. Hot water takes a long time to get hot.

This was such a fabulous hotel! Charming in every way. We stayed with our son who took the loft bed and he loved it. Walkable to everything including transit in and out of town. Highly recommend !

I haven't stayed at a HI Express in many years, and I was pleasantly surprised. Room was spotless as was lobby, elevator, and public areas. Staff was ok, efficient but not warm or welcoming.

However, the soundproofing was terrible. We could hear everything in the next room through the bathroom vent. We were in Room 105. We were concerned that maybe you could also see thru the vent. Very uncomfortable!

Showers need longer curtains. Tons of water seeps out onto floor making it very dangerous. It’s only our 1st night, so hoping breakfast is good. Parking is definitely tight, we went to a movie, came back and only spot we had to wait for someone to leave.

Place was nice and clean the only issue that we had is that toilet was clogged we call front desk and inform them about it their respond was that they didn’t have anybody to come and clear it so we had 2 choices for us to go to front desk and get a plunger and clear our selfs or leave like that but they did t have any other rooms available

My flight was canceled at the last minute and wasn’t able to make my destination, they charged me full price, no understanding of my circumstances. They took advantage of me

Property was pretty run down. Our room had multiple maintenance issues. The door for the room wasn’t fully filling the opening and allowing light, noise, and even visibility into the room if you looked at the right angle. The shower tub was completely stained and dirty. The bathroom exhaust fan looked like it has never been cleaned yet alone it didn’t even work. It was evident that it hasn’t worked in awhile because the ceiling shows signs of moisture with the paint peeling and chipping. Overall, I’m glad it was only one night otherwise I would of just checked out and paid to go somewhere else

check in was very easy, room was very nice and clean, bed was comfortable and I liked the choice of firm or soft pillows especially since they were marked, the breakfast buffet was better than many I have seen at higher priced hotels and well managed by the staff member who tended to it. Great variety, hot food, very clean. My only gripe is that the water in the shower was too hot and the water in the sink was too cold for me to shave.

We were attending the US Whitewater Center with 9 grandkids ages 9-17 and this hotel met our needs exactly. The staff was kind, helpful, and accommodating. When we arrived, Expedia had only reserved one room instead of the three I had requested and the clerk on duty was able to correct Expedia’s mistake and make sure we had the rooms we needed. Breakfast was excellent, with hot and cold options and warm sweet rolls to die for.

Sadly I hate to leave a bad review because otherwise it’s a wonderful place with great staff. In between the hotel rooms in the bathroom there’s a space on the wall that looks like a vent. YOU SEE INTO THE NEXT ROOM. You can see the overhead light in their bathroom. This would allow the person in the next room to film or watch you showering/going to the bathroom.

The room was clean. Breakfast was great. The real star of this hotel was Yvette! She was up late for our 2am check in and such a delightful person. I'd go back just because of her.
