Bed was very hard and uncomfortable...carpet in hallways were very stained and hallways smelled of urine. Elevators were broken.

Very old, musty smelling and tattered carpet. Beds adequate.
Staff friendly.
The hotel needs a major renovation to bring it up to an acceptable standard.
I would not being staying there again.

We only needed to stay one night. For a clean comfortable night’s stay it was good! The only issue was the the staff that checked us in, NATASHA! She was LESS than hospitable! We saw in the comments that many people had the same experience with her. The next morning we had CARLOS who checked us out. He was great!!!!!! He was friendly and helpful. Natasha acted like she didn’t want to be there and she took it out on everyone I saw her check in, including us. We would stay again, we would just hope that she will be on vacation next time!

Our over all experience was good. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning, took advantage of the on-site washer and dryer and love the fluffy bed. We ended up staying a little longer than expected and the house keepers were happy to give us fresh linens and towels.

Front desk clerk queen latifa wanna—be was an absolute joke at check in trying to say they were 85% full and didn’t have any rooms left after I had booked the room 3 days prior. She had a terrible attitude. Then at check out another front desk clerk was asleep when we went for coffee at 8:00am. They told us at check in there would be doughnuts. That was not true. No doughnuts.

Dated, but very clean room. The hotel smelled like food; but once in my room, i didn't smell any of it. 97% rating. Very efficient check-in; great staff. I travelled alone while a loved one was in a nearby hospital- never felt unsafe. Comfortable mattress.

It was very dirty. Overall the hotel was run down and grungy. There were bodily fluid stains on the wall of the room. The bed sagged and was uncomfortable. The tv did not work. There were no outlets near the beds. We asked to be partially refunded because of the non-working tv. They refused, and instead moved us to a suite. It was trashed, had been occupied and not cleaned with literal trash everywhere and the AC unit ripped out of the wall and in the middle of the room. Were moved to a different suite and that was ok - still grungy like the rest of the hotel and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The breakfast was extremely limited, with no protein options. I’ll never stay here or book a microtel again.

This was our first stay there and we would not hesitate to book again. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of cleaning the room and that was so important to us. Keep up the good work!!!
Thanks also for providing so many choices for breakfast food. That sure was a plus.

The American flag is tattered and needs to be replaced on the flagpole. Another guest pointed this out to us. The shower curtain is a bit tattered also. The beds and linens were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Mud was tracked in at the coffee/breakfast area. I mentioned there were cakes of mud there, but the front desk guy never got a broom and guests continued to walk through the mud...

The property"s public areas werenot thoroughly clean, like inside the elevator and in the foyer. Also there were wear marks on the carpeting. The wifi and the TV service were very good.

I thought that the hotel was nice. My mom got a good night sleep and really enjoyed your bathtub. It was a little noisy, but I think that was related to the construction going on. You need to restock your vending machines because they had no drinks available.

When I walked into the place it had a dirty smell. The rooms smelled like they had been smoked in before. When I got up the next morning there were two COCKROACHES in my room. This was not a $175 a night room. I WILL NEVER stay at a Microtel again. I also didn't like mirrors on the wall behind the bed. Gave me a feeling of being watched.

We did not stay at this hotel!!! We checked in, went to our room and the key did not work. The employee began to change our room number because the initial room had a faulty key reader. Why would she assign a room knowing there is a faulty reader? That’s unsafe. Upon entering the second assigned room, we were disgusted with the room condition! Immediately we saw two bugs. The walls and window seal was dirty. The room had a smell of lingering musty smoke despite signage stating smoking was not allowed. We gathered up our things and left as we felt the hotel was unsafe and unsanitary. We had to proceed to book another hotel with very short notice and pay a premium price. I have never seen a Wyndham hotel in such poor condition. The advertisement of this hotel on hotels.com is misleading based on actual condition.

Got to the room late. Went for ice from a first floor room. No ice. ALL signs say ice on first and second floors. Went to second floor like signs says. No ice maker at all. Asked front desk. Ice on third floor. Could have told me on checkout. Story goes on, remote didn’t work. Open sockets with no cover plates - FIRE SOURCE! You should know better. Hotel sucks with all of the smokers right out front. Bad management. Hotels.com should be ashamed. I’m back to Marriott.

1. Cheapest hotel option in location I needed
2. I stayed in Room #318 which was right across from the ice machine on the 3rd floor. I had to listen to people getting buckets of ice until really late at night (enclose this loud machine!)
3. Leave cups for the bathroom
4. Leave more coffee options including decaf
5. Replace the mattress! It's shot.
6. Replace the showerhead in the shower. What's there is pathetic!

The building smelt of cigarette smoke. It is a non-smoking hotel but maybe the building used to allow smoking?
There was no hot water to make oatmeal or tea. Overall, there wasn't a great selection for breakfast.
Anyways, the location and staff were great.

The hallways and room smelled terrible, the comforter has stains on them, the walls needed patching and painting. The breakfast had waffles but no syrup, the breakfast was fair at best. I only stayed 2 nights and got charged for 3 even though I told the front desk I was leaving early. When I tried their online help the links were broke.

Pros: Air conditioner worked; mattress was comfortable; nice window seat; very attentive and kind morning desk person and breakfast attendant.
Cons: Room deadbolt didn't work; 3 cockroaches (2 in room, 1 in hallway outside of room, all dead at least but they were BIG); dampness on carpet (I wore shoes the whole time!) and bedspread -- probably from a spray to attempt to cover the bad odor); smelled like wet dog attempting to be covered up; dog nose prints all over inside of window (can't see out on one side); no entry light (there's a light switch but it goes to nothing).
