The place was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Very nice place. Beds were very hard though.

We stayed as a family and loved the morning breakfast! We appreciated the easy drive to the local national parks. The hairdryer, microwave and fridge were great. Our room was clean but outdated. The dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed, kind of comical, so we used washcloths to prop the whole dresser back. One bed kept sliding on the floor and unplugging the clock/light switch. And our toilet handle to flush stayed down and ran unless you pulled it back up. Just little things but not a deal breaker, had a nice stay! One disappointing factor, the hot tub was covered.

Everyone was so friendly

We had booked a 2 night stay between cruises and were able to check in a bit early. The room was ok…no cups or glasses in the bathroom, but found some ourselves in the breakfast area. We picked up takeout for supper and slept ok. After breakfast, we removed the do not disturb sign and went out around 11for the day. We returned around 5:30 to find that our room in the same condition as when we left. When I spoke to the attendant at the desk, he inquired whether I had asked for service. I told him, I wasn’t told that I needed to. His reply was that I hadn’t booked directly with Hampton Inn, and that is was the responsibility of Hotels.com to inform me and that the receptionist who checked didn’t have to tell me. I asked for garbage bags and was given a couple of ice bucket liner bags. There was no offer to have the room cleaned. The following morning before breakfast, I spoke with a different receptionist and mentioned the problem with the room and she apologized. Later, when I checked out, I assumed that my bill would be adjusted, but was told I would be paying the full amount. After asking her if this seemed fair and mentioning that I had been a long standing Hilton Honors member, she offered to take $20 off my bill (not even 10%) Eventually, I spoke with another individual who said they would check the housekeeping logs..my word against theirs! He later called me when I was at the airport to say one night would be refunded. This should have been done at the outset. COURTESY.

Overall Facility and room was very clean, liked the services, also compared to many other hotels - breakfast options were good.

Staying at Hampton Inn was quit, the worker were very hospitable. Tha service there was excellent. This place I try to visit every time I come to Tamarac Florida because of there hospitality. The only thing I can say that is ok but it can be better is their breakfast. It would be nice to have a grit’s sometime for breakfast. I didn’t even see the package for grits. Thanks

Nice very clean, nice staff. Good area. I would recommend this place. I only stayed for the day. Didn't spend the night tho. Didn't see or had the breakfast so i cannot comment on that. Other than that. Worth it. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE QUINTANA HOTEL THATS LOCATED NEAR THIS ONE. THERE ARE 2 OF THEM. EVEN IF THERE PRICES ARE CHEAPER, YOU'LL REGRET IT. THERE PRIVATE OWNED AND ARE TERRIBLE. I WARN YOU NOT TO GO THERE. Hope this really helps you.

I have tiny small complaints, it would really be handy to have washers and dryers on the property. The ac takes too long to click in but my sister would disagree. That's my personal issue. Other than that, always a great experience. Thank you

It was great. I marked down one star because I asked for pillows other than pillow, but they didn’t have any. Come on hotels, it’s time to stop making us sleep on dead bird feathers full of mites!

We had a great stay. Everything was well maintained and clean. Would definitely book here again.

My family and I were coming in late- after 10pm. It was fast and convenient for us to check in and receive a digital key through the Hilton rewards App. Overall stay for 2 nights was good. Thank you.

It was great. The only complaint I have which really has nothing to do with the hotel was that the guests on my floor were very unruly. There was loud banging and shouting and people running in the halls. This was between 1am and 2am and sporadically throughout the night. It would be nice to have sound proof rooms. Just a thought.

I was so Pleasantly surprised how NICE this hotel was for the price. I would give this hotel a 5 star rating!!!! It is conveniently located to the turnpike. Across the street is Fire Station - so extremely safe - And on other side is Dunkin Donuts, LOL - love Donuts. Staff was Friendly AND helpful with all my requests. I can't emphasize how much I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Very convienent and comforting. The rooms are clean and breakfast was hot and outstanding on this Saturday morning.

The way how the hotel is situated is very interesting and safe at first i was really thinking about it, but when i got there it was a big difference. Whenever I am traveling to Florida with my family I will be booking in again for my stay.
