You can tell this was a nice hotel at some point. At the surface it still looks nice, but details matter. When touch surfaces aren’t clean like table tops, remotes, curtains, sinks, etc. you can tell the attention isn’t there. Carpet and ceiling was stained. The second floor smelled like a cigarette. I’d recommend booking the holiday inn next door.

There was no one at the desk, so there was a slight delay checking in, but I was helped by a friendly staff member eventually. The room was great--clean and comfortable, but the tub drain was really slow. Breakfast was delicious. We had a good stay with those minor bumps.

We checked in and were given the wrong type of room…we booked a king bed with sofa bed and were put in a single queen room but the front desk clerk and her supervisor made it right very quickly. 👍
The room was spacious but the hotel was a bit noisy. Good location near the hwy and walk to fast foods restaurants. Free breakfast was good!

Property was well cared for, clean and up to date.
Nice breakfast. Employees were efficient and very welcoming at the front desk, breakfast area as well as housekeeping. Will definitely stay here again.

Carpet in room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since installed. Bugs and dirt in bathtub. Safety latch on door was broken-don’t want to think about how that happened. Grumpy evening clerk said computer system is so outdated hotel cannot split a bill between 2 credit cards. Morning clerk said they can do it, but will take 10 days to get credit. Get your stories straight! Fire alarm went off shortly after 5am. Upon evacuating we found out from other guests it was a false alarm. Hotel staff never said anything. Overall, service and cleanliness were subpar. Don’t stay here!

The room was clean and comfortable. We used the pool (very clean) in March. I thought it would be heated, but it was not. The little ones enjoyed it, though. Very nice lobby, and the lady at the desk was very welcoming and friendly. The only problem I had was that the room description said there was a microwave and mini fridge in the room, but there was only a fridge. There was a microwave available in the lobby, though, so it was just a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was included, but I called to find out the times, and just missed it (I should’ve asked the day before). I would stay again; great value.

The room was absolutely disgusting ! Stains all over the bed, nasty stuff all over the lampshade, could see dripping marks on the wall, bottom of the bed was all torn, had folded up tape to keep dressed from being wobbly. All around just nasty!!!!!!

The suite was very spacious,clean , and simply decorated. We both remarked how awesome it was. Bed was comfy, bathroom was sparkling clean. The breakfast hostess was exceptionally friendly and helpful. You could tell she likes her job!

Front desk people were great both checking in, replacing a room key, and checking out. Kitchen people? Saturday was fine. Sunday.......when it says "7:00" and things aren't ready til 7:15 that's problematic for those of us who needed to get down the road promptly.

The hotel was very nice and updated, staff very friendly. Room wasn’t the cleanest but ok, only real issue was the beds were not comfortable at all. Still not bad for the price!

No so good, when I came in to check in I waited 10 minutes and then called the hotel before I saw any employees. The computer system was down and I had to work between terminals. The breakfast was very underwhelming, no fresh fruit, not many choices.

When i booked online the total price was 110, when i got to the hotel and paid the total price was 110. But at 4:30am the hotel charged my card another $20. I asked the front desk what was this for. The lady told that my room was more expensive than it was listed and $20 they took from me in the middle of the night was to make up the difference

The staff were friendly and courteous. There was no coffee pot or microwave in the room. Bathroom was missing a stopper in the tub.

Great except the pillows are so thick I couldn’t use them. Who can sleep on a 12 inch thick pillow? Other than that, it was great.

Breakfast attendant was terrific and so was the front desk. The maid service who came to clean the room the next day drove me nuts though. Check-out is 11am and he started banging on the door at 10.

Paid for a suite there was no tv in the bedroom spoke with the front desk said she would put in a work order to bring a tv to the room but I had already disinfected the room and left to grab something to eat ... Tv never came and property manager was of no help
