Everything was fine, stayed for 3 nights, was surprised that our bed wasn't made up for the entire stay.

We went there for the Eclipse. The staff was friendly/helpful rooms were decent/clean. Breakfast was the standard continental. Close to Target/Walmart - recommend Charlestons for dinner about 1/2 mi away.

You can tell the building is aging a little. However, the bed & sheets were great, the room & bathroom were spacious and the parking lot looked really safe & well-lighted.

It was very nice overall. Location was close to the event we were attending. Had a couple of fast food places right across the parking lot for a quick dinner when we arrived, and breakfast was good as well!

This is a budget hotel that is owned/staffed by folks that are working hard to provide a pleasant stay. Great breakfast room with drinkable coffee and lots of bacon/ sausage (and yogurt/hard boiled eggs for GF folks) and fun “conveyer belt” MTO pancake machine. Front desk was helpful. Pool grater or something like that was broken when we arrived on a Thursday for a Grand Park tournament but was then fixed surprisingly by Saturday. Water in bathrooms was not super hot but a decent shower was possible. Convenient area with McDonalds within walking distance and Walmart across the street. Be aware that lots of families stay here and you can hear noise from the hall in the room but we had no trouble sleeping well (excellent blackout shades). Lobby was under a bit of construction but entire hotel was very clean.

Very noisy being very close to the stairs on the second floor and you can hear everything from next door (thin walls) and above. Had to turn on fan all night. Breakfast buffet was as you’d expect, nothing great and hot water not hot or working right. Scrambled eggs tasteless and cold crispy bacon. But convenient location and from check in clerk nice.

Stayed 3 nights and room was not cleaned once. No coffee in room, no clean towels, staff sitting in lobby on cell phone with friend as I was trying to check in

The room was not very clean (crumbs on couch, dirty shower floor). It was also very loud.

I had reserved/requested a mobility handicapped bathroom, but given a standard room. Upon request, they did provide a shower chair, but the size of the bathroom and the height of the sides of tub still made the shower inaccessible. Cleanliness was great, comfort of the beds and other seating within the room was also top quality.

Room had water damage at one point and was repaired not really well. The pool did not have towels and was not clean. People left towels and garbage around the pool and it wasn't picked up. Not what I was expecting based on the location and cost.

This is an older property, but recently revitalized. They didn't use the top shelf materials or the best craftsmen, but it looks nice and it's fresh and everything in our room worked. Our room was clean and the smelled clean. The staff is amazing; friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. We'll definitely stay there again. The location is great.

stayed three nights and they didn’t clean the room once. Came back one night and the television was on. The shower does not get hot. It’s only lukewarm.
Ran out of coffee and the free breakfast both days.
Would not recommend to a friend with all the other options in the area

I liked that they tailored our leave time when asked, one lamp didn't work, fridge was warm regardless of it being put on the coldest, walls are kinda thin, few fast food options and gas station in walking distance, shopping 2 minutes away by car. Tissues and toilet paper don't need to be 3 ply but an upgrade from what they have would be nice rather than Dove locked to the walls, I'd like my own individual use soaps and hand wash. Staff was great. Pretty much a basic run of the mill hotel stay for us.

There was a nasty piece of candy stuck on the elevator floor all weekend so obviously the elevator is not being cleaned very well. When you look out the window on the roof was a nasty dirty paint brush which made for a pretty view. And the outside patio furniture was trashed. You couldnt even sit on it. Plus nothing in the shower room to put your clean towels on. So when you get out of the shower just pick your towel off the floor to dry off with it? Come on. Put something in that shower room for poeple to put their towels on.

No sofa/chair in room, only 1 bath towel in room, toilet paper holder broken, no iron or ironing board, no hangers. Shower water pressure low, and shower head old, curtain too short and would not stay in tub, so floor got drenched. Elevator floor cracked and scratched up. 2 towels in pool area, dirty bin overflowing. Nobody available to deliver towels to room, we had to go down and get them. Over priced for lack of services. They said they recently renovated the rooms and the furniture hadn't come in yet. Why rent the rooms out when theyre not ready? Who wants to sit on the beds all evening when you're not sleeping?
