Nice clean hotel. Just wish they didn't charge so much for late check-out

My wife enjoy this hotel because it's easy to park at, easy to go to the casino and close to local concert venues like the Forge & a handful of restaurants.

Beautiful spacious room

I love the hotel and the staff are great. I was not happy with the food options and hours for access to restaurants. The people were very kind and attentive.

We enjoyed our stay. We went to the casino and to a concert at the Rialto. This place was perfect for an overnight getaway.

We had a midnight fire drill. Got down 4 flights before we heard it was a false alarm. So back to the room, but the alarm continued on for 10 more minutes. We had a hard time falling back to sleep. Staff was unsympathetic. They waved a 17.50. Big deal! We gambled, plus paid over $100 for the room.

Facility was clean, room seemed clean. Went to put a bottle of water in refrigerator and found someone’s leftovers. My biggest pet peeve is bathrooms. Someone needs to look at white and green build up on sink faucets, brown spots in corners of bathtub. Whom ever cleaned this room last needs to make sure they get the streaks off the mirror, looks like there was something on the towel they used.

The only downside is there is nothing to eat after midnight if you are staying on a Wednesday

The property was outdated and not very clean. The food at the reserve restaurant was not bad but over priced. There were some extra fees when we checked out . That were not mentioned when I booked and paid what I thought was the full balance . Surprise Surprise. We got there early . And we’re charged $15 extra to check in to a room that was ready. I would not recommend a stay there to anyone .

Stop on the way to vacation! I have not have more friendly front desk people in a very long time they were awesome

We only stayed one night but the room was clean and beds were comfortable. I do wish all hotels would get rid of the bath tubs and make all showers just walk in. I think that would be cleaner and more hygenic. So i didnt like the bathtub/shower and opted not to take a shower. I dont know why they freak me out but they do. That would be the only update i would suggest but i loved how spacious the room and bathroom was.

Caesars Harrahs hotel in Joliet nickels and dimes everything. There is a fee for early check-in, for late check-out and asks for amenity fee even if there was no amenity given or rendered. There was only one working elevator during the length of our stay. The room that we were first given was dirty and smelled moldy, with a rooftop going to the windows which questioned the safety of the room. This hotel was where the bride and groom blocked rooms so we ended staying there to attend the wedding. There were a lot of people waiting to use the elevators which resulted in long waits. We wanted to use the staircase but there was a big sign that it will alarm when tried to open. The restaurants have limited hours and limited food. The front desk staff was somewhat sympathetic but they said it was company policy. We will never stay in this hotel again.

We were only there one night. It was a good experience.

Beds were so stiff! Bed sheets were so scratchy and hot. Mattress had a plastic protective cover which made it even worse. Limited dining options. Pizza, burgers, and steak. I wouldn’t stay again.

Stayed here for a show at the Rialto Theater. It was a quick two block walk to the show. The room was a king, and was very spacious. It was also quiet given the street and river traffic out the window. The best the best thing was the bathroom. The tub was huge, great water pressure, and a lot of hot water. The stool was closed off in its own separate. We did pay $15 for early check in, as we showed up around 2:00 pm and check in is at 4:00 pm

Very nice hotel, nice room. No maid service. No breakfast service in the hotel. Was charged $17.40 per day hotel amenity fee. No idea what these amenities were. If I was aware of these charges, I may have booked a different hotel.

A little dated kinda of noisy worth price on a week day but very overpriced on the weekend.

Overall this was a nice place. I traveled for work, and didnt hit the casino. My room was clean and spacious with a nice view of the river. The staff members I encountered were pleasant.

We stayed here after a wedding. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and it was nice to be able to go to the casino if that is your thing after the wedding for a couple hours. The hotel was a bit confusing with the elevators getting around to the floors because certain elevators only went to certain floors and your key only allowed you to go to your floor so if you were traveling with guests on another floor, you couldn't meet at their room because you could not get off at their floor so that was a pain. You had to meet them in the lobby. To get to the skywalk to go to your car, you had to go down to the lobby and then take a different elevator or the escalator back up to the 3rd floor to go to the skywalk. Other than that we had no problems with our stay.

Everything was great the only problem is the setup for ADA leases a lot to be desired

There is no heat in my room! Hotel is full…no other room available. I asked for at the very least a space heater. None. Maintenance tried to fix the heat for two hours…nothing. At least they tried…shivering, asked for some extra blankets. Tried running the shower(old school trick)…didn’t work. It’s 1AM. Shoulda just went home. Quick trip has turned into an uncomfortable one. I’ve been to this hotel/casino before and have never had this issue. Not happy.

I was apprehensive about staying because of safety but it has a nice parking garage and walkway to the hotel and casino. The casino felt secure and I saw a lot of security guards. The staff was exceptional and very nice and helpful. It was a bit dated but it was clean. The rooms of the hotel were large and very nice. We actually won which made the experience better. It was a good time 😄

It was fine for what it was - a place to stay while attending a reunion. It's nothing special, but it was clean, the bathroom had lots of surface space.

Harrah's was an adequate hotel. Not having a restaurant was surprising. They had a bar & grill that only made hamburgers and hotdogs, limited beer and cocktails. It was very empty of guests as well as gamblers. One good thing, when the guests in a neighbor room had a ver loud prolonged argument, the security ity did come quickly and quieted them.

We always enjoy our stays here. Easy in and easy out. Nice size rooms, beds comfy. Clean, staff is attentive & friendly. Frig in room but no microwave. Dining options onsite but we are in and out thrpughout our stay & would like to reheat food we bring baxk with us

The room was large and clean, the hotel was perfectly adequate for a place to stay for a night or two. Sound definitely carries between rooms and a vacuum outside our door might as well have been inside. Not necessarily the safest area, but we didnt have any specific problems.
