The BEST Motel we have ever stayed at. 100% A+ - Cleanest, Friendliest, Most Comfortable, Best Breakfast I could go on but I think you understand what I'm saying.

Room was ok--clean and spacious. Bathroom door sticks. Cooler ran all night. Room key did not work when. I returned from being out for the day. Staff seemed very tired.

Place was amazing and so nice and the beds were so comfortable and the room was real clean and nice and the staff was amazing!!!

There was a pubic hair on the toilet when I entered the room. The room was supposed to be smoke free but clearly had been smoked in recently. The surroundings were very noisy. The door did not completely seal.

I booked a non smoking room. Room 122 has definitely been smoked in A LOT. It was only one night or I would have moved.

For a one night stay it was okay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was average.

The room was spotless and well-kept. Everything was fresh and comfortable. The bed gave us the best sleep on the whole four-state trip. Cleaning chemicals used by housekeepers was a little strong. We had to air out the room. And breakfast was just passable. But I would stay there again anytime I’m in the Scottsboro area.

The room was good,we had actually stayed in this same room before. I made the reservation in advance and sent a note stating needs to be on ground floor. Unable to climb stairs. We were booked on 2nd floor. It took him alittle while to find a room on ground floor with 2 beds. So checking took longer than usual.

On a trip with associates when on the second morning one of my associates got locked out of his room. He went to the front office to get manger to open door and she couldn't. He had an important meeting to get to and no time to spare. All she said was we don't have a maintenance man coming in and we would have to wait. Then she went back to the office and a man stopped by and said he could get us in the room. He kicked the door twice and it broke the door frame, and we were in. The manager came back and was mad that it was broken, we told what happened and she said the general manager was coming in to get a tool that they had made up to slide under the door to get it open. If this has happened before then they should either change to 30-year-old doors of teach the staff how to use the tool. Remember. 2 kicks and he was in. No security here. When we got back to the motel later that evening the young girl that was at the desk said he broke the door with a crowbar, which was a lie, and the manager wasn't even there when the other guest broke the door jamb with 2 kicks. he couldn't stay that night and they wouldn't refund for that night's stay and put a repair charge on his CC as well. He asked to speak the general manger, but he wouldn't take his call and we called Choice Hotels, and they were absolutely NO help!!

Rooms are refurbished. All conveniences. Great choice for us and reasonably priced.

I don’t know the desk lady’s name but she was tall and I believe worked the night shift. She was extremely nice and was very cleanliness conscious. She share multiple places to visit during our trip to Scottsboro. Wish I could remember her name. We will be back.

Close proximity to the lake and restaurants

Very fine place. Rooms clean and comfortable. Amenities a plenty. Clerk extremely efficient at check in. Very few places care about sustainability outside California. We have not found one in two weeks of traveling.

The check in process was absolutely horrific. We called prior to arriving for a business trip and they confirmed that we would be able to check in anytime before 7 AM. However, when we checked in at around 3, they had already canceled the room and charged an additional room fee for an additional stay. The front office lady was VERY rude and totally didn't care. She even had the nerve to say that they had limited rooms, even though she had just canceled the room we were supposed to stay in.

This was your basic passing through hotel. No frills but decent. Water pressure was low in shower but rooms were clean and staff was pleasant.

The non smoking room we where given smelled like cigarettes. The only other room available was not clean. It was obvious the carpet was not vacuumed, bathroom floor had hair and corners dirty. Tub didn't drain. After driving 11 hours towing a trailer we couldn't go on. Had to stay. Also noisy from people outside. Won't use Quality Inns again.

I have stayed multiple times and each time I have to ask for coffee and towels as they seem to forget to clean my room three out of a four day stay. This seems to happen every time I stay here.

Had issue with rv remote working but went to front desk and they changed out remote. Room was nice and cozy.
