Great location, clean hotel and friendly staff.

A lovely find located snuggly between Huntington & Seal Beaches right on PCH. Shopping & Dinning locations within 5 minutes(drive). The room we stayed in was recently renovated. Fresh paint, flooring, and a brand new bed(on the firmer side very comfy). From our room, you could actually see a sliver of the waves crashing onto the beach. A beautiful stay, we will most definitely be back.

Great location to hang and party in Sunset Beach

The property is very clean and must be newly renovated. It’s nothing fancy but for the price you can’t beat it . Most of all, it’s very clean and well kept. Would recommend to anyone! Special Thankyou to Ashni, for her great costumer service

I have been staying in Long Beach for weekends for many years. I’m happy to have found this place, it suits my needs really well between convenience, price and comfort.

For $100 a night don’t expect 4 or 5 stars but it is very clean and right between Seal and Huntington Beach. I would definitely stay here again when I come back. Staff was nice as well

The Mom was rude at checkin to me. She called her daughter and the daughter was just as rude. Made me feel like they wanted me to leave. Housekeeper was kind

Was an ok place to stay. No complaints. Would've been nice to have coffee pot in the room or at least available somewhere in the hotel. But it was a short walk to the Luv coffee shop north on PCH.

Comfy bed good shower.. late night access door or working in front Needs some tidy up ..exterior but room is what counts and it was stellar

The hotel is OLD. The remodel is only shower tile and flooring. Low quality furnishings. But reasonably clean, staff was nice. About what we expected for the price.

The motel is located on the Pacific Coast Highway where the traffic can be very loud. I asked the clerk to move from a front room to a back room away from the highway. Luckily there was a room available so the traffic noise wasn't too bad.

We get there clerk super rude didn’t know we couldn’t smoke vapes there so I asked to cancel and they were super rude about it and wouldn’t let us so plus the room we reserved was 1 bed she was giving us 2 cause she didn’t have the one I wanted someone else walks in and didn’t have a reservation and got a room with 1 bed they were talking about us in another language I had my translator on so we ended up walking out and still have to pay $274.00 don’t know who to talk to

This place was perfect for our 1 night stay. The only thing is that there are no elevators and we had to lug all of our luggage’s to the 3rd floor.

Had a good nights stay. Check in was easy and quick. Seems to family run and everyone was friendly and helpful.

This was the worst stay of my ENTIRE life. We checked in at 11pm. We were in the room for all of 5 mins and started hearing a women say she was going to kill someone and their kids, screaming, whaling. I called the front desk to let them know and they informed in that unless I knew exactly what room then there was nothing they could do for us. I called the cops MYSELF after that conversation cause I was scared for our lives. We then are about to finally lay down and out crawls worms from the bed. We immediately left and didn’t even stay the night…

Not fancy and not new but clean and adequately maintained. Our room even has a nice jetted tub not in the bathroom. No complaints.

I arrived for my one night stay in my hot tub room for $183 at around 8:30p on the 30th, I was tired so I didn’t use my hot tub that night planned to bright and early. I woke up at 6 filled the tub with bubbles and epsom salt started the water and NO HOT WATER. I kept trying for a while by 7am I called the office notifying them. It was a very hard conversation because they barely spoke English so after explaining a few times. She then she said “ok I will call maintenance and it will be fixed by 10” I told her but my checkout is at 11am. She just said “ok” not understanding what I was implying that that was an hr before check out. It was not ever fixed! At 11am I went to the office to ask for a refund or something and I was blown away at the lack of customer service and treatment I received. I was called a liar until I forced the lady to walk to the room and check which she finally did with another maintenance lady. When they confirmed I was not lying she then started saying I quote “how you spend the night and now want refund, why you no check the water before you sleep the night” ummm…I’m sorry I didn’t make sure I had hot water before I went to bed. I was told to wait around for 2 hrs to see what could be done. I asked for a manager and I was told “there was no manager I could talk to” “they is no manager for them to call”. Then as I said that can’t be, she said I can only call him at 1p and that he wouldn’t be physically there he only comes once a month.

We got in late and the staff was very accommodating. The room was very clean and cute. Beds were comfortable. Being right off PCH was nice

Proa: Nice rate. Close to beach and things to do. Staff was very nice. Housekeeping staff very nice as well. Cons: Not equipped for wheelchair or the physically handicap. Provide no elevator. No lobby or lobby amenities.

Everything was great. One nice addition, would be adding door chains for extra security for staff accidentally walking into your room.

Properly was clean close to the beach and downtown

We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Our room faced the street but once we closed the dual pane window it was quiet in the room. Friendly staff helped.

If you’re looking for a nice affordable & homely room to have for your family, look no further. We stayed here with 2 adults and 2 children. There were two queen sized beds and small amenities such as a table, coffee maker, micro and fridge (which helps if you’re coming from the beach with leftover snacks. The facility was fairly clean and we didn’t hear any of the other guests at all. The view even gave us a peek at the ocean between townhouses from the 3rd floor/320. The shower head was nice. We brought extra blankets but the beds did look clean. We will be staying here again when we visit Seal Beach, next time probably in the room with a jet tub.
