Perfect for two night stay. My only issue is the pool is cold and the outside temperature of the room where the pool is not a warm as it should be.

Bathrooms sink was very loose and i temporarily repaired it. Grouting in bathtub needs work. Great location, friendly receptionist and great ice machine. Close to nearby shopping.

Quality in in Brampton. Best part we’re the beds. Comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly too and AC unit could freeze the room. Overall, hotel was pretty clean too. Areas for improvement: Room had a bit of an odour. Just my room though. Others I visited did not. Bathroom was in rough shape. Lots of previous water damage (mostly fixed) and the bottom of the tub was pretty nasty. Free breakfast, also not great, but available. Even at the price of the hotel, could have been a step up

This hotel requires some work. The building is old and a touch run down. The bathtub needed a good cleaning. Pool & hot tub was nice. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

Room was fine and staff were friendly. There was hair in the shower.

The Quality Inn & Suites is a very attractive property. Breakfast was very good and the room was also very good. Lots of transportation in the area and plenty of available shopping.

This was one of the better Quality Inns we’ve stayed at. Total of 3 nights…the staff were amazing, very respectful and helpful. Rooms were clean, no dust in hidden areas, no hairs or lints in the bed. Only thing I would complain about is the breakfast options, there needs to me more variety, especially in the fruit area, the had only apples all 3 mornings, the pancake machine wasn’t working and the only other option was toast. Jackie did an excellent job with serving the guests. They have a nice size pool and a jacuzzi, helps to relax after touring all day….If you plan to stay in the area, it’s definitely a good spot to rest.

This unfortunately was not a good experience. I reserved 3 rooms, and wanted to pay at the property. We waited probably 10-15 minutes before someone was at the front desk to be able to check in. We wanted to pay separately for each room and I was charged for 2/3 rooms, even though when we were checked in, the third person handed the manager her ID and CC. Luckily I know the person who wasn’t charged on their card or I would be out that money and unable to recover it. It’s concerning that my card used to reserve the rooms, was able to be accessed to be charged when ‘pay at property’ was selected when reserving the room. My room wasn’t great. The carpets had stains everywhere, the first bed I went to sleep in had a bunch of long hair in it when I pulled the sheets back, and the bathroom was covered in mould. Lastly, the conjoining door was broken and a effortless push would have allowed someone else to enter my room. I had to move a table in front of it for my own comfort. It just wasn’t a pleasant experience unfortunately and there are areas for improvement.

It was close to the family I was visiting

We came to stay for our lacrosse tournament. The tournament was relocated so we booked a week in advance so the high price was somewhat expected. However, when we arrived after our game at about 9 PM Friday we waited by the front desk for at least 20 minutes before someone came to help us get checked in, when we got into our room the carpet and flooring was stained with multiple different colours, on top of this the AC unit in the room did not work at all and many other things were in rough condition, for the price would not stay here again

Tap at sink was leaking, sofa bed had no sheet on it, shower was dirty also mirrors, musty smell in room when you first walk in, no toilet paper when we got there, ceiling had a huge leak stain. Staff was friendly throughout the stay.

Breakfast was poor but the rest good 👍

Absolutely dirty and filty room. Mold in bath sink, water issues, toilet barely flushed after multiple flushes. I wouldn't stay at this property against and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Again, dirty and moldy room, yuck!

It is a quiet area nice pool jacuzzi and is to have free break fast

A really disappointing experience for the short stay of three days. In three days we changed 3 rooms, the air conditioning did not work at nights, there were bed bugs in the first of room. The front desk staff was friendly but expected us(the guests) to match their schedules of maintenance staff, housekeeping staff. I would not recommend staying at this location of Quality Inn & Suites

The breakfast person ( jackie)was delightful. Very friendly and approachable. I stayed in several choice properties and I enjoyed the sauna the pool. I definitely recommend.

The hotel was run down, with dirty floors, a dirty bathroom sink, and a musty smelling bathroom. The carpet in my initial room was soaking wet by the window. Thankfully I was able change rooms.

Clean and well maintained, room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable.

I liked that it was clean, nice staff.

It was priced right with plenty of amenities
