I liked that it was quiet and peaceful and close to the airport

Quiet & safe

Airport shuttle was quick and got us in time. There was no breakfast available and I chose this hotel so we had breakfast before our flight. Disappointing as we then had to purchase our breakfasts. I spent extra on the hotel so we would need to buy an expensive meal at the airport. Nothing was done to remedy the situation

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY WITH BABIES! The listing states family friendly and free cribs. THEY DO NOT HAVE CRIBS! I got here with my 10 month old and was told too bad, and I was not able to cancel to go to a different hotel. Also, when I went down for breakfast the juice machine was broken. They had one type of toast, one type of cereal and two oatmeal’s. They had no way to get clean drinking water in the entire hotel, except the taps in our room. I was told that by the front desk. I have a reservation here in a week, after my cruise, but I will be cancelling it, and giving my business to someone else that has the amenities they say they do.

Convenient for an overnight stay to and from Panama. Had free shuttle. Had what they called. Free breakfast but i could write a book about that

The morning, after my first night, I went to get coffee and a bagel. A large group had just left, and there was no coffee at all, nothing for breakfast, except a few packets of oatmeal, and it was a mess. I went to the front desk to ask when coffee would be replaced, and there was no one at the front desk. I went back to my room and called the front desk every 10 minutes for a half hour, and there was no answer. I came back to the front desk two more times and there was still no one there. There was still no coffee and breakfast had not been replenished even though it was still during the breakfast hours. I asked one of the guests who was walking around if they had seen anyone at the front desk. They said that there there was only one person working, and he had gone to drive the shuttle to the airport. He said the front desk was unattended for about an hour, but that the guy would be back soon. When I first went to my room, I wiped surfaces down and the room was dirty, but I was winning to overlook that. After the No coffee and no attendant for over an hour, I had to cancel the additional nights and check in elsewhere. I’m so glad I did.

I like that is close to the airport. I didn’t like the girl in the front desk. I didn’t understand a word of what she said, she had to repeat 4 times and looked in a hurry. She was very unprofessional. Also in the cell phone while doing my check in. There was a guy waiting for her and my check in was at 6pm. The front desk can be a lot more professional for a Wingate. Everything else was just perfect. I love it.

The shuttle took about 40 minutes to come to the airport pick up, but once we were on the van it was easy. The property is nice and next to a waffle house which is quite convenient. My room was clean, but the shower head was leaking with hardly any pressure in the bathroom door would easily get stuck on the tile due to not enough clearance when you open the door

It’s a great place close to the airport and they offer to pick up and drop off. The place is good, but you can see it’s has some renovations to do. There are scratches on walls that need to be fixed and some painting. But everything works and they have a good service. Bed I got close to the feet it felt like the springs were done because it would sink too much. But for the price it’s good

Good for price

This property is a simple investment for someone and just used as a revenue generator. No innkeeper interest in the guest’s stay. Just a vending machine that makes a monthly revenue. A great price, so use it accordingly, but don’t expect hospitality without a fee. Similar to Spirit Air, you will get exactly what you pay for and nothing more. Location great, price better.

For the price it worked for us. We only had a one night stay. Nobody at the front desk at night yet the front door was open. Towels were thin and small. Didn't have a hair dryer but called and brought one that sparked/smoked when it was turned on. They did bring another one and it did work. It looked like they were in the middle of doing some remodeling.

First room smelled like smoke, despite being non smoking. Second room had no TV remote, the phone to front desk was dead and the AC unit was intermittently rattling loudly. The questionable cleanliness and dated decor accentuated the plethora of things that were inconvenient or broken. Would not stay here again if it was free.

Probably one of the worst properties I have ever stayed at. I had to leave after one day out of 3. Room had odors (whole building) and pictures don’t match what it really looks like. Water doesn’t get hot, they don’t clean rooms if you’re there for number of days or replace towels. Staff/owner is rude and would not even assist with plastic ware and told me to get away from the area. Breakfast is a joke. A pancake machine that is unclean, molded bread, juice dispenser that appears mildewed, and they expect all guest to utilize a gallon of milk together in the world of diseases that coming from everywhere. Very unsanitary location. Told me I couldn’t check out until tomorrow morning. They lure guest in with shuttle options and only have two drivers and tell each guest that calls 15 minutes and it be hours. Don’t fall for it.

I enjoyed my stay, they even had a church service going on in the meeting room during my stay. The hotel room was nice and clean. The only issue I had was the water didn’t get hot enough, but I’d stay again.

The stay itself was fine. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast does leave a lot to be desired, which consisted of juice, toast and 2 types of cereal. Larry was wonderful and a wealth of information about the area, including places to eat. The property could certainly use some love (fresh paint, minor repairs) but for our two night stay certainly suited our needs. The shuttle service is also great, but you do need to book it in advance.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but the free breakfast was a major disappointment. Very limited!! Only a little bit of cereal, no bread for toast, no hot tea, no batter for the pancake machine, they even ran out of coffee. So pretty much the only thing left was milk and juice!!

Just need improve the breakfast
