Loved this hotel. Beds comfy, pool warm, restaurant on site was fantastic. Staff very kind and breakfast was very nice. I liked the organizer shelf unit in the room. Fridge and microwave were appreciated. Quiet too.
If you’re not feeling a restaurant meal the gas station across the street is like a grocery store equipped with hot food.
Only constructive criticism is that there was a large gap between the door and door jamb I could see hall way light coming in. It was near the left lower side of the door in 120.

All Staff were very friendly, especially front desk agent Caroline was super nice & helpful! Room was extremely clean, quiet, safe & breakfast had good variety in comparison to other hotels within the range. Also pet friendly at low pet fee !! Will stay here again in future visit .

Was nice, quiet, comfortable.
Rooms had been updated but not all the way. Example of this is bathroom wall tile was original but floor tile was new. Why they didn’t just replace the wall tile with the same as floor is beyond me. Attached restaurant is great. Hot tub was broken during our stay

Was really impressed with the cleanliness! Breakfasts were awesome with lots of delicious choices AND differed from each day. Waffles, breakfast burritos etc…. Very convenient to Duluth. Enjoyed the pool area and sauna, towels were placed on each chair which was an extra special touch.

The hot tub was out of order and I was told over the phone 3 days before my stay it was working fine. The pool was cold.
The breakfast was great and the staff were great especially Christine.

Is this property was super quaint inside. The rooms were beautifully decorated. I ruined one of the top sheets by accident and stained it and they did not charge. Wonderful staff!

We were a couple hours early for check-in but stopped to see if there were any options. The front desk manager did some room flipping and got us in. Much appreciated.

Love the property. Beautiful inside. Rooms were nice too. Only complaint would be the prices at the restaurant! The food was very expensive.

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. There was easy access to the parking and the breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel to others.

even though i was not wearing proper shoes or sox, i took a slid skid from the 6th step on the steps to the main floor of checkin area and broke my right ankle, 3 fractures, due to the slipperyness of the matted down carpet, and the steps being narrow toes hanging over the step each step down, i took slipped 6 steps, paramedics were called, surgery and i am in severe pain and out of work 2 months out. please check w/your managment regarding safe guarding this situation so no one else get injured.

Nice hotel. We loved that it had a nice restaurant attached to it. Great breakfast with lots of tables for guest. Great staff.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room and restaurant, lobby and breakfast area were clean updated.
The faucets did not shut off properly in our room #114 and the complimentary bottles were appreciated but too small for two people. We ran out of Kleenex and towels and the blankets were very thin.

Great! Walls are thin that you can hear neighbors in rooms with adjoining door. Clean, friendly, great property. Staff was great. Great stay with dogs.

Good stay, way too many chemicals in the pool, made my eyes water just sitting in the room. Definitely over priced, almost $300 for one night is ridiculous!!

Pros: clean, quiet, room smells good, full body mirror, separate vanity from toilet/shower, yummy breakfast.
Cons: bed was firm and squeaky, dirty hallway carpet.

Was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. We found skittles under the couch. Someone had left behind their suit coats. The room smelled strong of lysol, which is great, BUT I wondered if the room was cleaned or just surface sanitized. I was not impressed. When I told front desk about the room, they seemed to not care.
