Breakfast has room for improvement. Stayed an extra day and housekeeping never came in.

Nice hotel !

The toilet was unflushed when arrived in the room, dirty boot marks in the floor of the bathroom, the public washroom had urine dried to the seat and was out of toilet paper. Beds were clean but garbage beside night stand on the floor.

This hotel was rated at 8.8. How I will never know! They rig their own ratings perhaps? It boasted a hot tub on the site we used and there was definitely no such thing offered. The beds were hard. The pillows and comforter clean but in need of replacing. Very outdated and not what we consider to our standards. Walking in to a group of what looked like staffs friends hanging out and oogling us in the entrance made us quite uncomfortable. Had we known what we know now we definitely would not stay here as there looked to be a few much nicer places in town.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, and offered terrific hospitality.

The beds were like rocks! Very hard and uncomfortable. The smell in the lobby wasn’t nice as it was ethnic smell and very strong.

This hotel is such a bargain! The room was in excellent condition and clean. And they provide a full buffet breakfast with eggs, meat, a waffle maker, etc. They have nice Dove soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner (not the cheap stuff that most hotels have). I think the only downside was that the Internet was slow. But I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

It was clean and easy

I had booked the hotel for one night but at the last minute I booked for another night the night before. I arrived the first night just after 10 pm and the hot tub was locked up with a sign saying it closed at 10 pm. The bathroom fans were very loud that I opted not to turn on the light so I would not have to listen to it howl. It was a good thing the weather was decent as I had to turn off the heaters since the whined all night. The next day after work all I was looking forward to was the hot tub. Is that not why you stay in a hotel? I went back to the hotel to find it closed. They said it had been closed for months. I went to my room and found out I had neighbors. The walls were so paper thin I could hear everything they were saying. At that point I asked for my money back as they do advertise a hot tub on hotels.com. They agreed to refund me which I am still waiting for. If you have no other choice this is an acceptable hotel but if you want to get a decent nights sleep, then go anywhere else.

Staff was very kind and accommodating! Any request for extra towels etc was promptly filled! Grandkids and I really enjoyed our 6 night stay!!

Rooms smell like smoke, we were assigned the wrong room at 1am and walked into someone else’s room

The bathroom in our room was not clean. We arrived at 2:30 in the morning and our keys didn’t work. We were exhausted so that was frustrating. The lady at the desk responded right away and got us i to our room though. The breakfast in the morning left little to be desired. Very few choices, no hot dishes, the juice machine was out of order so nothing to drink unless you wanted something hot.

Hotel was clean and in good repair. It had no data charging ports in the room so that was unfortunate. The breakfast area was clean. Staff was friendly.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast is very basic with few options. The price was right.

The girl at check in was very accommodating and helped me with my luggage and this morning the man at the front desk was also friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Lakeview is always a great place to stay. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are just fine. The location is great, along Highway 43. If want a beer, walk across the parking lot to the Road House -- great prices on draft.

This is a place I stay at frequently for work. We are always treated like old friends when we come in. The rooms are clean and quiet. It has everything I need

I loved the staff they were so nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was nice however the mattress was quite hard but still had a good sleep. Even though the hotel is renovating i never heard a sound. Was all in all a good stay.

Enjoyed my stay at the Lakeview Inns and Suites. It was Clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable for me

I have no idea how this place had 9.0 rating for cleanliness on here. The carpet was probably last vacuumed when they bought the mattresses back in 1998, and the room was definitely smelly. The traffic outside was super noisy and the people staying in the room above us were the loudest walkers known to man. The staff we had for check in and check out were lovely though.

This booking is was for my parents. They said it was clean, quiet, and would stay again.

Stayed here by myself on a business trip. Staff was excellent and the room was clean. I had a great sleep and the shower was lovely except for the drain was a little bit slow. I had a really good sleep. Price was perfect! I will be back!

We had a crazy week trying to move, these guys were absolutely amazing. From printing rental agreements to allowing us to have our larger dogs there, the rooms were clean, the staff friendly and amazing and there is no doubt in my mind I would book here again. thank you so much!! p.s free breakfast too!
