Comfortable beds and GREAT shower!!

Comfortable bed, great shower, but striking plate was missing, making the door difficult to close. Carpet very stained in hallways. It was a good value for the price because the important things like the bed and the shower were very nice.

Service was decent, beds were comfy, room was spacious. But the place was run down. The carpet in front if the room was stained. The walls had tears in the room and in the hallway.

Great check in service and nice hotel I would recommend them

It was good for a one night stay. Our room had a funny smell to it and there was hair in the refrigerator but the beds were comfy The breakfast was good but the apple and orange juice were not.

Nasty walls, bed sheets and restrooms.

Very attentive housekeeping. Possibly the ugliest reception area i have ever seen. Good bed. Good linnens & towels. Some repairs needs in the bathroom. Breakfast needed attention. The staff tried her best, but it was too busy. She needed help.

Rooms still had hair on the beds. Toilet problems. Doors don’t shut all the way without slamming them. Had friends and family at this same place and each room had the same issues. Toilet paper in my ex husband’s room had clearly been wet and they stuck it on the roll anyway. It was only half of the rill like it had falling into something. Staff was calling rooms before check out time to tell people it was time to check out already. Had a knock at the door before 1030 when check out is at 11am. She hadn’t waited even 3 seconds before entering our room where I had children sleeping still. Management did absolutely nothing but tell me he had already talked to her about it but she was still standing in the hall way 3 doors down from my room. All other house keeping staff was standing in the hallway of the 3rd floor gossiping.

Very clean for a little older hotel. Perfect for what we needed and responsible cost. Breakfast was good

It was an okay place to shower and sleep and that’s mainly what we needed. The Sunday breakfast was closed a little before 9:30. The door had to be slammed when you went outside or it wouldn’t close. Carpet was frayed in areas and there was dirt in areas like by the elevators. Maybe they didn’t have enough workers. Housekeeping workers were real hard workers it seemed. Overall. It was okay but not great. We had stayed there some years ago and it was nicer so we were disappointed.

The service desk was unprofessional and the room was not very clean.

Loved staying here, it was clean and comfortable and loved the indoor pool with pool towels

My room was in semi disrepair. Closet doors to big for their frame; dirty bathroom floor; carpet filthy; carpet wall base coming off; furnishings loosing veneer. Overall I thought the room was trashy - won't stay at a Quality Inn again - I'll spend more money to get a better room.

The pool was a nasty green color and unusable!!! The lady in the breakfast area was very rude.

Front desk and breakfast areas were nice and clean but the room was not. Everything was stained and dirty feeling to the touch. Curtains, lamp switch, floors, baseboards, etc. It needed a thorough and deep cleaning everywhere. Would not stay there again. Staff seemed nice.

No house keeping even after we asked to clean our room no clean towels room had an odor

This hotel was a decent value. Everything is dated and only minimally clean. There are better hotels in the area but they come at a price. Overall, just ok for a short stay.

Not super clean and kind of run down. Also not overly welcoming to my friend and their service dog.

Checking in was not a problem. The room was very cold when we entered, air conditioner was at 60 degrees. After turning it up, we found out why the room smelled musty. Later that evening we noticed the bathroom sink was clogged. We called to the desk asking for a plunger. About an hour later someone brought up a plunger and gave it to US. With no offer to unclog it for us. We were unable to unclog it. Called to the front desk and told them. They said they would send housekeeping up in the morning. In all fairness, being road weary we did not ask nor were we offered another room. We stayed one night and left.

Looks to be an older property, certainly not fresh and new (odd smell, stains on carpet, etc.) I was expecting more at the price point. Staff was friendly enough, nothing really special about the stay.

Property was a little dated could use some tlc and would be a very good stay was quiet and convenient for travelers

I came here on a business trip and needed somewhere to rest between days at the event. I work very long hours and get back from events late at night. I was at this hotel for 2 days and when I first arrived, I checked in without issue, but the old moldy smell of the hotel was evident. There were various stains on the hallway carpet that weren't a huge issue, but visible. My main issue was both mornings after very late nights at the hotel, cleaning ladies came into my room unannounced at 8am. The morning of our check out, we weren't scheduled to leave until 11am, and a woman unlocked the door and pushed it open without saying anything. I was jarred awake thinking someone was breaking into my room, but luckily, the safety lock was on so they could not come in. I looked to see who it was, to only find a woman in plain clothes - no uniform - and thought someone else had checked into our room before we checked out. I went to call the front desk to address the issue and the phone wasn't even plugged in, but on the nightstand as pure decoration. Then, upon walking to the front desk, I find that same woman talking to the lady at the front desk getting more key cards for rooms to clean. I was going to speak to the front desk woman regarding the issue of her barging into our room, only for her to stand right next to me at the desk and stare at me. How am I supposed to comfortably address an issue with the person staring at me? The room was fine. But the customer service, not.
