The hotel was in a good location to get to downtown and to our son’s college(Lindenwood). The room was a decent size however could us some updating as could the lobby. The employees were ok. Nothing really good or bad to say about the employees. The breakfast could use some additional items it really didn’t have many choices so we went to the near by Allin diner. The biggest disadvantage to the hotel is its proximity to the highway. There was constant road noise day and night. The hotel itself was quiet but the road noise keep us up and therefore we will not be staying there again if we visit.

Hotel is in a great location, not a far drive to restaurants, shopping, etc. Highway side has a good view vs the backside which are apartments. Hotel is clean and our room was updated and nice. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast has a good selection to choose from. Nice indoor pool and staff is friendly. Matt was very helpful when we checked in at almost 8pm with getting me the room we requested without complaints...except that I am a Cubs fan! :) LOL Overall I would def stay here again

The staff were very good and friendly. Unfortunately for us our window had a spotlight right outside and made it very bright outside and there were only blinds not full curtains that could help. Asked front desk and they did attempt to put a box over it which limited the light (except at the taped seam).
There was plenty of breakfast and it was decent. Not great but I have had much worse. It was great that they offered it very early in the morning as well.
The room was a good size and was able to fit our family of 6 comfortably.

Room was very nice. Garden tub with jets would have been used if I had more time in room...and they looked a little cleaner. That was really the only part of the room that seemed dated.

The stay was fine. Except
i paid 13 or 14.99 to pay at hotel. Iget a call the day before at noon. Saying i had pay now. As card i had on file wasnt valid. Said wouldnt chsrge and it was on my card is less than 3 minutes. I need my extra refunded. The hotel wasnice clean. I have never had that happen and we travel a lot

While owners tried to update, it is old. Our sheets were dirty when we got here. Beds are not comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location but a little awkward to find. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the room was clean and sizable. We loved the heat lamps in the bathroom. The downside was that the bed was very uncomfortable and we woke up with back aches. We probably won’t stay again because a restful night’s sleep is so important. It’s also notable that we stayed on the evening after a snow/ice storm, and the only area that was salted/shoveled was the 3 feet directly in front of the entrance. This made the sidewalks and parking lot rather treacherous.

Rooms were clean but older. Bed was uncomfortable! I felt like you could feel the springs in the bed and mattress dipped in the middle.

The ceiling on our first room was leaking right onto the bed. They moved us to a second room, that already had people in it. Then moved us to a third room, which was fine. The staff was apologetic, but that's about it.

I didn’t get a room due to buck passing between Expedia and comfort in was charged for room I did not get and am fighting to get refunded, do not trust them.

Elevator didn’t work. The bed wasn’t level. It sloped down toward the head. Mini fridge also wasn't level. Room smelled and they tried to use something to overcome the smell which made it worse. You couldn’t open the side door from the inside. It only outside from the outside.

The coffee keurig wasn’t cleaned out. There was an old dirty coffee pod left in it

Decent place to stay. Area is safe, but noisy due to the highway right next door. No staff were available to check us out, and we had to call repeatedly after leaving to complete the process.

A room that kept the guest in mind when designed, separate work area and a sitting area a couch with 2 ottomans this was a big comfort after making a very long drive, indoor pool plus a very large free breakfast make this the place to stay for families as well ,
Dislikes: were very few Wifi in room with PC use was spotty phone worked fine, also I think they should install grab bars in the shower/tub area this could be a big slip and fall area. The TV coverage is great the only problem is there is no channel guide so seeing what is on is hit or miss channel surfing is the only thing you can do
