For the most part. It was clean. There was a big sticky spot in front of the bathroom on the carpet. The toilet chain kept coming off. The mattresses could be updated. However. For the price and the great staff, it was good. Staff was wonderful and since we book hotels to just sleep. Would stay here again

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff was nice, but the hotel could have used updating. The hallways were a little beat up, and the breakfast was just so-so, but it was clean. The shower was hot and there were plenty of towels.

Check in was super simple. Everything I needed for a night or two. Only bummer was loud kids next to my room, but not like the hotel planned that. Great experience!

Great location for ND game the shuttle service was nice surprise. Fair price decent accommodations helpful staff, safe area near campus. Some minor issues temperamental elevator, remotes not working, leaking faucet, missing iron and nonfunctional rom safe. Minor for busy weekend would stay again.

Stayed for 2 nights, and there was no hot water to shower. The dead bolt did not work. Our phone in the room didn’t work to call front desk. Terrible for the price. Sad they had a lot of people and were not prepared. They didn’t clean or replace towels.

Great location. Wonderful room with two levels and a staircase. The person who checked me in to the hotel clearly did not know what they were doing. It took way to long for a reservation that was made ahead of time and paid for through a 3rd party just to get my key to the room. Is there not some way for people who make a reservation, pay for the room, who can give you all kinds of the information about me ahead of arrival just have a key waiting for them? I do not need to stand, answer many questions and wait 15 minutes for someone to hand me a key. Is there not some better way?

The dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. There was other peoples things in our room. Trash still in the room. There was a hair brush and hat at the end of the bed. Water bottles and restaurants trash under the bed. The breakfast was behind bare with very little to offer and no spoons. I was beyond discusted and grossed out with the stay. Then after complaining about the room and getting no feedback but we will look, there was a couple smoking pot and fighting at the exit door. It was not a good situation.

Property is in need of a total renovation. While it worked, $1000/night for a notre dame game was ridiculous. Again, it worked but the hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. Nice and welcoming staff and decent hot breakfast. Not the place the pics show. Sorry.

We stayed here for two nights for a Notre Dame game and this hotel is in a ok spot but not really walkable. It’s an older hotel and my review might be skewed due to the fact that we paid over $900 for the two nights due to it being a game weekend. This is a nice hotel with very friendly hardworking staff and if I had paid $200 for my two nights, it would have been a great review. It’s older and the carpet had a musty smell. Breakfast was very nice with hot items not usually found in the free breakfast. Free parking but because it’s 3 miles from the stadium, we did have to pay to park in the St. Mary university lot. If I went back for another game, I’d try to stay closer but with the limited hotel choices, this is still a solid choice. All in all… a good stay and a great weekend.

After staying at this property for at least 15 yrs, this was the worst experience ever. Began with a $20 charge for arriving 25 minutes early, for check-in (we sat in the empty lobby for 30 minutes then checked in) ; then room keys did not work, had to go back to front desk; sofa bed did not have linens, then when we went to retrieve at front desk there were no sheets but "4" pillow cases and a single size blanket for a queen-size sleeper; a second trip for linens resulted in three sheets and four more pillow cases: requested housekeeping service 24-hrs in advanced as instructed by front desk, but when we returned after being out all day, nothing was done. Did not service the room period. We even cleared all surfaces as instructed. Breakfast offerings on Fri morning did not offer yogurt, Hard boiled eggs, and past refrigerated items. They did reappear for Sat morning. We stayed for three nights Sept 4-17, 2023. The TV had bad resolution, no channel guide identifiers and is obviously very old. The mattress is extremely worn, lumpy and a bit uncomfortable. All In All, major updates needed across the board before I would consider staying there again.

The overall condition of the hotel was horrible, very dirty. I didn’t feel comfortable having the breakfast there even though it was included on the stay giving the facts that it looked unsanitary.

The hotel is well located a d easy to get to Nortre Dame. Excellent pricing compared to other hotels in proximity. Breakfast is provided and is adequate.

Breakfast was bad…undercooked sausage, strange eggs, filthy around waffle maker. Good news is that you can walk to Dunkin’, just outside the hotel. Our room was dirty…someone else’s candy wrappers in the nightstand, hair in the sink. Cleaning spray still in the bathroom so I don’t think they finished cleaning. Liked the room layout though.
