All the sheets had stains on them that were there before we laid down for bed. The shower had no pressure and never got hot enough! I was supposed to have the 2 double beds and pull out couch but when I arrived on Thursday only got the 2 double bed room.

Neither pool or hot tub was open due to a crack in tub. Should adjust on their description.

We felt that overall the hotel needed some updates but also a deep clean. Even the walls in the roon were dirty i cant imagine the areas that are not visible (carpet etc). The room also had a musty smell to it and some of the towels as well.

Is a good choice for the price.

Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay. The carpet is filthy throughout, everything is old and worn out, sofa very uncomfortable and filthy. The TV is tiny, the bath exhaust fan was black, hair on the tub, big unsightly gaps in the caulking. The ONLY thing nice was the bath vanity as it looks new. Continental “Breakfast” a joke. No cream, no lids for coffee cups, no yogurt. The woman at the desk. Stephanie who was very sweet and helpful tried to get the TV working but couldn’t so she moved us to another room.

I left after 2 hours. Didnt want to stay in fear of what id catch from just the smells. Im not going to beat you down with everything thats wrong. You already wasted my time and money. I work all day to earn the money to pay you over a hundred dollars to not even want to sit on the bed

Excellent shower… friendly staff.

The room and the hallways smelled like a cigarette lounge, when our room smelled that way I went to the phone to call…. Phone did not work, lock on the door was broken. Breakfast @ 9 am ( closes at 10) had one bagel and some dried up egg circles. Would never recommend this place even to my enemy!

Hotel needs a major upgrade

The beds are always comfortable and theyhave a selection of pillows. The breakfast was good as usual. I find the bathrooms small and the sink was on the outside of the actual bathroom. The water pressure was non existent in the sink, but great in the shower

Pool wasn't open and expedia didn't post it on the website. Whole reason we chose this place

The worst hotel we have stayed at

It is a very nice hotel, the bathroom is small, and the shower is odd like a spaceship. The hotel workers were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you were shopping at the outlets in Hagerstown.

I book this stay based.on them having a pool and hot tub It needed to have these components. It hasnt had the pool or hot tub up in months. Very very upset i paid for this stay and its not open

This place is a mess. It needs paint, the pool was not working, it stunk of cigarettes and pot. I was not happy at all. We found out the pool was out of order when my son came back to the room to tell us. I walked in and out several times without a hello. Just low end. So very disappointed. Will never stay at one of these properties again.

1. Have you night time staff worry more about taking care of guests then talking to the person out front. 2. Not have spiders all over my room killed 6. Killed 2 of them on me while I was sleeping. 3. Not have my room infested with ants. 4. Not have condoms floating in the hot tub. 5. Have the manager put the 5,000 points on my IHG account or comp my room like she said she was going to.

The property is very out dated. Very dirty carpet and rooms smelled very bad. Lots of other small items that are easy to fix but are ignored.

stayed one night as we split our drive into two legs. nice town...no complaints about the hotel, though the pool was closed, carpet definitely not the cleanest...reasonable price

Its frustrating to see "we have a pool" on expedia, only to get to the location and find that the pool has been closed, and appatently closed for weeks. It feels like a "bait and switch" by the hotel chain. The same for maid service. All info indicated there was daily maid service, but i got none until the 4th day of my 5 day stay. Its more "covid cop-out" Common areas of the hotel were hot, it felt like the ac was off or broken, which is not good in 90 degree water. Hallway carpet was dirty and stained. Upon checkin, My room had a childs small plastic toy left in the shower, in a location that should have been seen by the cleaning staff. When i checked in, no one mentioned breakfast times, and there was zero info in my room. Also, no info about wifi given at front desk or on keycard. For the price. Ill stay elsewhere next time.

I booked the hotel because my children wanted to swim. There was no indication that the pool had been broken for a while.
