Booked at part of a longer trip, we were less than impressed. We had booked two rooms last year and had plumbing issues in one room which was handled poorly by staff and management. (we were handed a plunger and told "good luck") This year we gave the property a second chance and they missed the mark!
The check in was smooth and the clerk was pleasant. Once upstairs, while making up a sofa bed for a grandchild, I discovered trash and used Q-tip under the sofa. I usually check rooms with a black light and found no major issues other than the need for a good cleaning.
My wife discovered the shower would not turn off completely and the floor in the bathroom was wet and slippery. We used a towel to mop it up and turned off the shower.
The noise level was excessive. I know it's hard to select guests who have manners, but the wall are paper thin.
The breakfast was less than memorable and the tables and floor had spills and and messes that needed attention. Staff seemed not to notice any of it.
As I said, we gave the property a second chance and they missed the mark! I will not recommend or stay here again.

The manager is very respectable I think that he deserves a promotion and is nothing that I didn't need and he didn't handle

The room was dingy. The halls were extremely loud. The breakfast. There aren’t enough words. The waffle machine and the juice machines were broken. The gravy was gelatinous. The biscuits were like a rocks. The coffee smelled off and the yogurt had been expired for 5 weeks!!!
Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. I never write hotel reviews but I had to let others know about this one.
The only positive note is that the bed was at least comfortable.

This hotel was 3rd option for 4 rooms. 1st room was bad, known bad, yet given out. Tells a lot about the premisis! Had to change then that room had ants.
Room 2 beep noises all night. Room 3 hot, bed poor. Room 4 ok.

My problem was at check in, Hotels.com didn't send a confirmation number therefore Comfort Inns didn't have a reservation booking for me although I showed the clerk my email showing that I had a booked reservation. Fortunately for me the hotel had a room available for my stay.

The room had a smell, the hallway and elevator had a funny smell. There were home look like homeless peole hanging out close to the property and people hanging up in front of the front door drinking alcohol and smoking like it was a club.

The deadbolt on the door doesn't work and the tv was on in the room when we came in which was weird. Otherwise, it's really nice.

Check in was easy, and attendant friendly. Room is nice and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning. The room was a bit cooler than I like. I pinned the drapes together to block the air from blowing on me early in the morning. Otherwise everything was great.

Hotel was nasty and the worker told us good luck because she hopes our room is clean. She said there is no telling what we may see in there. It stinks in there. I tried to stay away from the hotel as long as possible because it was not up to par.

The problem was with this app only! As far as the actual visit the hotel was not able to take. Your app made it impossible to make changes. I will not be using this app again. I will tell all of my family and friends not to use this app. Thanks for nothing

It's like any other motel, if people would step back and look how clean or dirty there own home is before judging another place. But all N all this place was up to par. Breakfast was spot on, biscuit and gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles and hot coffee. All someone would expect home, right....

The night clears is the only reason there was a green like. This place wasn’t a “you get what you pay for” type room. It was disgusting. It looked as though someone was just there. Tv was on, bed unmade, towels used, smelled of stale, infested intimate encounters, someone had ignorantly used the bathroom and not flushed. It was disgusting. We did NOT stay.

When we got there it took awhile due to the card I booked with she said wasn’t on file, but a number of a card I didn’t have. Don’t feel like it was her fault but just took awhile. We went to the room stayed over night and when we woke up our drinks were covered in ants. I had to get a ant out of my moms hair. We went for the breakfast it was right before 9 am, breakfast over at 930. There was no eggs, no biscuits no gravy only sausage Patties and nothing else brought out. It was 100 plus degrees in there. No napkins. Nothing was stocked.

Loved having two queen beds and a pull out sofa.

We rented two rooms. Both rooms were dirty. Sticky syrup on the headboard of one bed. Both rooms had ants and both rooms had heavy ammonia smell. We had to move out of one room due to the smell being so overwhelming.

The first room was ant infested. They were on the beds, the TV, the desk..the toilet seat was very loose, the trash hadn’t been emptied and the smoke alarm was chirping. I was given a new room and there was a dirty spoon and a earphone gummy on the window sill, the towels was blood stained and the sink was stopped up so it wouldn’t drain. The breakfast eggs were burnt brown. The pool was dirty and full of bugs and had no towels outside.

After check in found out the TV did not work. Might have been a cable tv issue. Called desk, they came up played with tv just like i did. Said they would return but never did. No TV.

Booked a suite and was disappointed when arriving to find said “suite” roughly the same size as a normal room cramped with 2 queen beds and a double pull out with no room to move. Upon arrival we asked the front desk for extra towels seeing as we had 5 guest and was told they didn’t have any clean and to come back down in the morning and get some. Went down next morning around 630 and was told still no towels. We also had to ask for covers to go on the pullout since they weren’t located in the room. To make it even worse got up in the middle of the night to find 3 little roaches running across the bathroom floor. Informed the staff of that as well and they didn’t seem to mind, just said we will make note of it. The parking area and grounds around the hotel was nasty with peoples junk in trash all over. Supposed to have had free breakfast that started at 630, so we went down at 7 to find hardly any breakfast left and coffee machines that were down. Staff was no help what so ever and didn’t even bother to apologize. We will not be staying nor will we ever recommend.

Breakfast was horrible and out of a lot of items. They were out of towels. Because they don’t do housekeeping on a daily basis we had to go get our own toilet paper
