This was one of the worst hotels I have ever booked through hotels.com. I wish I could have moved to another hotel. The elevator didn't work, and we had a traveler that was on a walker. They finally moved them to the first floor after we threw a fit. They first told us there were no rooms left on the first floor. They never informed us when we booked that the elevator was under repair. The hotel is old and in desperate need of an upgrade. I will never stay here again.

There weren't many available options for our last minute gateway to the beach, if this is your case just don't choose this place is really bad. By entering the lobby you can tell this is not an option to spend the night. This property doesn't have maintenance at all😵💫 dirty hallways, the elevator was smelly and with buttons missing in the control panel, shady and dark spaces, it's
Advertised as a non smoking hotel but our room got this strong smell to smoke. The TV it's never been dusted, the curtain torned and the AC got cables picking out

There is no ventilation in the hotel, the A/C unit was not working properly, the room was never completely cool

the hotel reeks of smoke and drugs, we were given a room in which you could suffocate from the smoke, but we went to the staff (we met a very nice woman) and they changed our room, but it is still very dirty and not pleasant to be here

I was rushed out my room because I didn’t have my room booked in time and it was going on 11 o’clock. I was forced to pack up or go across the street.

It was doable but had my wife been there by herself she wouldnt have felt safe. The first room they put us in the light bulbs were out in all the light fixtures except 1. Then when we were moved to a new room which was a struggle the elevator was broken. All of our stuff I had to carry down the stairs and there were people smoking and drinking in the stairway. I notified the staff and was told we will see what they could do about it but it would be the folowing day. In the end they did nothing. There was a landscaping company that rented alot of the rooms for its employees and they all would get loud and drink all night.... had i know about all of this before hand I would've chosen somplace else.

The ice machine was broken and was told it’s too expensive to repair, the floors were dirty, the breakfast is basically some old granola bars and muffins on a shelf with coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Which I didn’t expect much so no big deal. The luggage cart had one broken wheel and the biggest issue I had was that I am terrible allergic to pets and there were so much dog hair floating around the floor it triggered my asthma. Looking under the beds there was so much dirt debris in dog hair it looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The place overall is not bad for the price but it just lacks some much needed attention to cleaning and basic maintenance

Definitely was not good , roaches all in the room, dirty sheets with hair in them, towels had black spots , ac stopped working in the middle of the night, mold in the ac , I do have pictures and will be contacting corporate and better business bureau also pics were not of the hotel rooms got there and it was false advertisement

Amazing price point for a clean comfortable nonsmoking hotel room with kitchenette very close to the beach. They did NOT charge an upfront damage deposit! Everything worked well except I could not get closed captions on the tv; otherwise, good cable and Wi-Fi.

I stayed here on my first and last days of my trip. Same trash and sticky floors in the common areas. Stayed 5 days apart. Smells like smoke and weed. Never anyone at the front desk. Always have to call for someone to come from the back. Common areas and hallways are extremely dirty. Room setup with tv and couch in both my room were bad. Couldn't watch tv without sitting at a 90deg angle towards the tv. By far one of the worst hotels ive been too in 20 years

They gave away my reserved room upon arrival and gave me non-king size bed room. Light switch didn't work for lights in the room. Ice machine didn't work. Breakfast was a joke. Mini packaged muffins and coffee. Bed was comfortable yet lean. Overall, for a 1 night stay, its okay. Any longer, hell nah.

It was useful for a 2 night stay. Could’ve been cleaner. Hair in the bathroom was the main thing, although I didn’t let them know or complain.

It was an okay place. Not even close to Good (6.0) but it was fair (4.0) at best. Seems to have a few homeless around the property that would not fair well for many types of people who like to have a proper, clean, and well-maintained hotel experience but this is not that type of hotel, it’s a working man’s and a fell-on-hard-times place. I give it 3.5 out of 10 possible stars!

We decided to stay at this property based on location and price. It is located within a mile of the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. The hotel itself does not have many extras so if you want a luxurious hotel experience this is not it. The amenities are pretty basic but the staff was friendly and always willing to assist us during our 3-night stay.

As we entered the building it stunk. Our room stunk as well. There were sand all over the floor. My child absolutely loves to be in a pool,it was closed because it wasn’t up to state requirements…… very disappointing to say the least. We deserve some of our money back.

The room was not good at all. 302 an the refrigerator wasn’t working the housekeeper told us to hold till the next an he would bring in a new on I said ok.the floors were nasty, dead bugs in the windows. Sink ran water all the 3 days we were there. The toilet water smell like poop. The housekeeper didn’t come an fix anything.

Worst experience ever! Let’s just say from the general manager to the clerk it was horrible service all the way around resulting in not staying at the property due to dirty rooms and poor customer service. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT STAYING HERE!

The hotel is a little run down but what was ridiculous was the breakfast muffins and protein bar is not breakfast included! I could have stayed closer to the action for the same price but chose this for the breakfast included! A joke

The 2 older ladies that work there were very friendly and ready to help but the younger people weren't quite as helpful. The room definitely could have been cleaner as well as the carpets and trash can area by the elevator. Location was pretty good though.

We had a good time on our stay. The only issues was the pool was out of order the whole time we was there. Also there was someone smoking pot in the hotel and had the floor we was on smelling for at least 30 minutes.

Hotels.com this is the second time i have booked through you and i am truly dissappointed. 220.00 and didnt have what we needed when we checked in, had to take a room with 2 full beds not queen which was reserved. Room was disgusting, no coffee maker unless you call the desk clerk, floor had all kind of dirt, walked on towels. Pool was closed and disgusting, bedframe cut my leg cause it stuck out past mattress. Etc...

this is by far the worst place i have stayed in my whole life! when we got into the room the floors were so dirty, the little kitchenette very dirty with stains all over. the hallway had a repulsive smell, i even saw a men piing there in the morning. the breakfast they say is included have nothing to do with a proper continental breakfast served in regular places, it's just coffee and creamer some oatmeal and bars, no juice no eggs no nothing! they also advertise for pool, but it's closed and dirty. i was very disappointed about this stay, i will never go back again to this specific extended stay or any other location. please do not go there.

I liked the fat that the property was pet friendly and affordable!! However, the lobby smelled like garbage, the pool was very dirty, air conditioning on floor 2 not working and extended wait at customer services desk because no staff was attending the service desk?

The stay was ok for the buck also it was convenient to everything we had planned however the beds could’ve been more comfortable and the ac unit could’ve been more useful overall a satisfactory result.
