No hot water for shower. The room got up to 90 degrees couldn't turn heat off.

Room was clean and quiet.
temperature control was not good and I let front desk know.....I was told that during renovations some of the thermostats were wired backwards.

The building was cold from the temperature of the room, the ice cold water in the pool and the fact that there was not hot water for a shower. My daughter turned purple because of how cold the pool was and when she tried to warm up by taking a shower, she froze even more.

I called and asked ahead of time asked if they had a hot tub and pool they said yes but failed to mention the hot tub was drained and not working and the pool was freezin we asked them to turn the heat up on the pool so the next day it would be warm they assured me it would be the next day / night it was still freezing. One of the reasons to stay there was because of hot tub and pool, very disappointed. No tv guide to show channels had to flip through all of them. Went to get their chocolate milk to take to room it was froze solid..alot of little things that i could of enjoyed..

Stayed is a supposedly updated/remodeled room. They should fire whomever is remodeling the rooms. Huge bathroom with NO power outlets!! 1 towel hanger, which is being used to hang the hair dryer (which you can't use in the bathroom) Water saving feature in the shower is a travesty!! Push a button, then wait for the water to heat up, then it shuts off, push the button again then begin to shower then shuts off, push button again ..etc etc.
1 set of outlets by the bed.. only 1 set!! Lighting does't cover the room ! 2 lights are lighting the top of an amoire/ closet..!!
Great people and area.. but would chose another hotel if traveling to Helena, Mt again.

The property was clean and very quiet. I was not notified upon check-in that the hot tub was out of order. Our TV was stuck on Spanish and everytime we changed it to English it would play English language for a little bit then mute or go back to Spanish. No bath tub in our room just a shower.

Our reservation was lost. It took over an hour to get a room. Reserved accessible room. Did not get one. Room on 3rd floor. Key would not on door. Room temp was 58° when we entered. Turned up to 68°. Returned after 6 hrs. Room temp was 60°. Called desk. Complained about temp. Employee brought a missing tv remote and said he fixed furnace. 2 hrs. Later temp only at 61°. Complained to front desk, no one came to fix. We turned off furnace blowing cold air. Opened door...warmer in hall. One cold night! Next morning, noticed water leaking around tub. We had not bathed or showered. We informed front desk. We will file formal complaint with manager. We paid over $100 for a miserable night.

Manager Phil went above in helping with printer, cleaning outside, moving rooms when hvac didnt work. Property is under renovation, upgrades. Hvac - no heat in room, key cards - kept demagnetizing, fitness room (construction "dust"). Also switching to Fairfield in near future when standards are met. Will be nice when done. Will stay again.

Door keys would not work repeatedly we may st have had 6-8 keys finally every time we left and came back we just got a new key. First night heat wouldn’t work finally got a different room, had to change rooms then couldn’t turn heat down, had to open window, morning coffee was bad. Won’t stay here again

THERE WERE SUGER ANTS , IN THE BATHROOM SO THEY MOVED ME , THE SECOND ROOM THE TUB DID NOT DRAIN , WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN UNTIL THINGS ARE CLEANED UP AND WORKING

The fire alarm went off at 2 am. Went on for a long time. Ruined our sleep. Room was nice and new mostly clean except the tissue with dried blood on it. Breakfast the second day was better. Quite limited options

Front desk women were awful. Slow, inconsiderate, clueless as to their registration online, etc. Room 300 wasn't cleaned before my stay. Toilet was dirty, etc.

Room was dirty. Either they didn’t vacuum or they need a new one. Long black hairs in the shower. Bathroom sink and tile were dirty as well. Breakfast was not good either. They had a stainless container for eggs and meat but when opened it was empty. The only hot option was a waffle.

The hotel was beautiful but there are definitely some maintenance issues. Our room could not close the bathroom door, the plug in the bathroom sink could not be shut and although the thermostat was set at 50 the room never got cooler than 79 unless we left the window open. The hot tub had not been cleaned for awhile there was debris floating in it.

Shower didn’t work properly almost no hot water, no bathroom fan. Fridge was left open so was not working. Little to no breakfast options apparently they ran out the day before. Had to use garbage bag to get ice. Booked a room with jetted tub then at check in was told they no longer available but that is that is an expedia issue not really hotel

We never recived clean towels the second day. Garbage not emptied. No maintenance to room at all. Sippy cup in drawer from previous occupants.

It appeared the hotel had just been redone from the pictures on Expedia and the actual appearance. It made for a great surprise.

The are finishing up a major remodel and then they will become a Fairfield by Marriott. Unfortunately this will probably cause a huge price increase. This hotel has been a good value for the money in the past. The future is uncertain. The remodel looks really nice and they are almost done.

The hotel was going through a remodel, so some of the areas of the hotel were not complete or still needed work done. Our room was very nice and the bed was very comfy and the shower was nice as well. Unfortunately they gave us 3 pillows for two people but that wasn't too bad, because I got two pillows hehe.

Property was under reconstruction which we didnt know ahead of time. No chairs, AC didnt work. Had to ask twice for bedding. Pool and hot tub were dirty. Breakfast was limited and coffee ice cold.

This property was under construction and they stopped offering rooms that allowed pets, but because we booked online and the online site said that they still had rooms that allowed pets, they accommodated us and didn’t send us away. The staff was wonderful the rooms were new and beautiful, and the restaurant next-door was good. We were very happy with our stay here

Staff tried their best, they were kind and tried to help. Construction project caused a lot of issues, no laundry, no ice, no cable, wifi in and out, AC went out.

Room is clean and renovated, staff is friendly and helpful but renovations aren’t finished so there isn’t wifi or cable in our room.

They should include the information that there is significant construction at the facility. The room televisions did not have a signal, but the TV in the lobby was working????? Fitness machines in construction area and not plugged in. The facility will be wonderful in the future, but Expedia and Facility should inform travelers of the current conditions.
