Everything was very good. I do wish they had a handicap bar in the Tub/shower.

Entrance to hotel was under construction, given a room on the first floor was good but the furniture looks like it has seen better days-scratched by pets. We have a puppy but would not let him do that. Now I know why the price was less expensive.

Every time I and see my friend's on the weekends. I stay at the comfort inn. The front desk staff treats me very good and they are very friendly. All of the rooms that I have stayed in are very clean. I would a 100% recommend staying at the comfort inn in Richfield ut.

Our stay was good. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Even though the freeway was close by we never heard one thing. The only negative was doors closing by rude guests. Also I would like to be advised if I’m staying in a pet friendly room

Staff and breakfast were great. Good spot to stop right off the interstate to get some sleep in a comfortable and clean room. The room could maybe use a little updating, but that could have been because I was in a pet friendly room.

Was VERY impressed. Book this on a whim on our way to Denver. The front desk young lady was super friendly, personable, kind and offered us hot cookies! She made us feel very welcomed and made check in a breeze. Hot tub was a very nice plus and it was clean. Big comfortable bed and room! Pet friendly! Love!

While the motel is an older facility with no elevator to rooms on the second floor, it was maintained adequately. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

The room was clean and comfortable. Just a basic Comfort Inn, not bad or exceptional. We just stopped for one night on our way home to Wyoming. We had no troubles.

Everything was good. The only complaint is that it was really easy to hear all the other people staying. I.e. the room was not very soundproof.

The hotel was old, and it was just poorly maintained. 3 of 4 lightbulbs were out, and the shower filled up with water because the drain was clogged. The hotel had an overall dirty feel. Not great guys. Not great.

Air conditioner needs a little work to quiet it down. Not a fan of comforters on the bed. To hot then to cold.

Quick efficient check in. Accessible room available as requested. Easy access from freeway. Excellent breakfast choices offered for a hotel. A couple of minor repairs needed in the room--nothing major. Nice area around building for pets, and the room rate was $70 less that Holiday Inn Express on the other end of town.

The hotel was not even close to being full. They put us up on the 3rd floor, I asked for a room on the first floor as I am 82 years old and have a hard time walking and the guy at the counter said that was all they had. I am an unhappy senior citizen

I would never stay here again. The floor was wet. There was used toilet paper in the toilet. The beds are hard as rocks. The pillows are lumpy.

Our furniture was a little battered, looks like it had been around for too long. Tiniest bathroom it think i ahve ever been in. Breakfast was terrible, everything cold and, when an item was gone, not replenished. But clean room, comfortable and the front desk help was great.

I like everything about this property, the bedding, TV channel lineup, ease of adjustment of the thermostat, and the breakfast was perfect!

The most important thing to us is a comfortable bed. These beds were that. It was nice to have an elevator too The room were clean and roomy.
