Clean, spacious, easy location off interstate. Good breakfast

Good hotel

It was a nice clean room and the bathroom was clean with lots of clean washcloths and towels. It was more than we expected!

Got to the hotel and the tv remote was. Missing the back cove and was sticky to the touch along with not controlling the Tv. Called that night and told them if they could just get it fixed by the next morning that would be ok as we would be at a LAX game nearby. Got back and Walked down to front desk with the same broke remote front desk staff sails they wil have to move us to another room because of the remote. The also said the can

It appeared I was put in a handicap room. Toilet was too high and TV had some setting that described what was going on in the show.

Rooms are a good size and clean

Check in was fine. Area kinda of run down. GPS sends you to a Fairfield Inn a couple blocks over. Both hotels say it’s common occurrence, but neither hotel seemed interested in doing anything about it

The staff was very friendly and the bed was comfortable

The staff here was amazing. I regret not getting the young lady at the fronts name so I could compliment her. We checked in on Saturday evening and the young lady at the front desk was amazing! Room was clean and comfortable. We were a family of 5 and the room we got had plenty of space. Would highly recommend this stay!!

It was great the check in person was so friendly and efficient! The room was clean and nice we slept so good we missed breakfast!! Cracker Barrel was close so it was fine!Lots for places to eat and very easy close drive to the convention center which was our destination.We would stay again!!

Had to change rooms due to pet hair being all over the room. Wont stay at a pet friendly hotel again.

Bed was good. Room was poorly maintained. three holes in the wall where a picture had been removed and not replaced. Bathroom door should be a pocket door not a full sized door opening into the room. Very clumsy.

It is easy access from the highway. The breakfast served in the morning is great! It is hot breakfast with eggs, sausage or bacon in certain days. Pancakes, juice, coffee, etc. It starts your morning pretty good! I would definitely recommend this place.

Stayed here before that is why we came back again.

Had to ask for things multiple times that weren’t in the room. Pillows towels. Which is fine. Not that big of a deal but when I went to ask for the pillow I was told they didn’t have any more pillows and seemed really annoyed we asked. So they denied having any so one of our guests had to sleep without one. Pretty upset I paid $200 and couldn’t even get a pillow. Breakfast was good and the lady in there was so friendly. Very close to a lot of food places stores etc. other than the issues with being able to be fully covered on pillows blankets for our guests we had to sleep without which I think is crazy for a hotel. Surely there was one extra pillow.

Bad area. Depended on the Holiday Inn Express name that it would be a nice area.

Friendly and helpful staff. A/C a bit noisy. The bathroom and hallway smell was close to a senior living place (lots of bleach)

The staff are great. But the cleanliness was not good. The floors around the edges of the tiles were dirty. The toilet and bathtub were dirty so they gave me another room. The beds are comfortable. There were plenty of outlets to plug in chargers. They have nice Keurig coffee makers. The breakfast was pretty good.

Front counter staff was awesome. Clean room and nice area.

Easy find a parking spot.The property was clean and no problem in parking my car.

The main restroom toilet was dirty, but the rooms and other community areas (dining, pool, etc) were clean.

Very peaceful and quiet area around the hotel. Staff was super friendly and it was very clean in the rooms. Couldn’t ask for a better place!

Everyone was so nice and the beds were so comfy and they did a great job with cleaning the rooms

Overall very good.
