Great Stay

Lobby smelled vry strongly of smoke and Lysol. Credit card system down, had to pay via PayPal at check-in. Room was very dirty and disheveled. Toilet tank missing lid, desk chair with broken arm, holes in walls covered in spackle and not painted. Every surface was sticky. Walls all scuffed. Went to front desk and asked for a refund. Clerk told me it would have to be done online, but he couldn’t direct me how or where. PayPal directs me back to Oyo, they have a phone number to call, but it just rings busy. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had no remote control for the tv the room was cold all nite after I changed the temperature no trash can

I will never stay here again the hotel was nasty. The bathroom had a giant hole in the ceiling. The ceiling had what looked like mold. It was horrible!

It appeared to me that this was a once upscale motel that has been recently purchased and is being renovated. Just my opinion with no actual knowledge. The refrigerator, microwave and TV were all unplugged, the TV cable also unattached, and I had to go to the desk to get a remote. THE STAFF WERE ALL VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. The room was a large one, with a desk and 'couch, in addition to the bed. Water pressure was not the best, for a shower, but was enough to get the job done.

This hotel is terrible. Has roaches, mold and is just in horrible condition. I literally checked in then won’t to the room then left the property. Complete false advertisement

Hotel is very dirt, water all over the floor by the ice machine and I almost fell. No hot water to shower, tv did not work and the room smelt awful. The entire building needs a deep deep cleaning - it’s filthy.

The property was not as pictured. Also they canceled my room without my knowledge and gave it to someone else. When I arrive they said I would need to rebook and ensured I’d receive my refund. However, the refund amount was much less than the amount I paid. It seems as if they only did it to double charge me. Do not stay here.

We arrived, looked at the room and immediately went back to the front desk and requested to leave/refund. Photos tell it all. They said they had not checked us in yet and to contact hotels.com to issue the refund. However, hotels.com told me they were unable to get in contact with the property and there was nothing they could do unless I contacted the property and got approval from them directly. So I contacted them and the property manager said there were "no such damages" but I have photo proof. So now I am in process of disputing this. Do not waste your time or money.

Hotel is not in a safe area, had someone approach us in the parking lot and we ended up not staying here. Fighting with Expedia to refund our $

It was nasty and no breakfast none whatsoever

Booked through hotels.com. It’s a Laquita even though stated under another name. These photos are clearly from years ago when the hotel was CLEAN. Completely disgusting, pool was empty, lobby smelled of freshly smoked marijuana. Reservation was cancelled PRIOR to my arrival but the money was still removed from my account. I’m fighting to get it back now. When I got there the clear was very friendly but unable to help me. I had driven for 8+ hours and no where to stay. He offered to let me see the rooms due to a no refund policy and against my better judgement, I agreed. The first room key he gave me went to a room that was occupied! I opened the door with my child by my side to find someone in their bed. Thankfully I wasn’t attacked (had this been my room and someone walked in that’s exactly what my reaction would have been. So I returned to the desk and he was very confused as to why someone was in that room. He gives me two more room keys to try. 1st rooms smelled, had ashes all over the “cleaned” tables, 2nd had no odor was decently cleaned yet had black mold all over the place.

Booked online, arrived and was told that I couldn’t check in due to the internet being down. The guy was very rude… OAN I’m glad the internet was down because the property wasn’t what I was expecting.

Substandard. Facilities not well kept. Water damage everywhere. Cigarette smoke odor in the elevator and hallways. Rooms not clean. No room service in three days.

Shower, phone, or air didn’t work. We had to shower in the room next door and sleep in the room that was assigned. It was just a mess.

this was the worst property that I have ever stayed at. I checked out after 1 night (a night that I should not have stayed) and it appears that I was charged for the second night. I told the manager that I was leaving and was there anything that I needed to do to checkout. She stated no, I should have known better. I drove to the Dury Hotel and booked a couple of nights. It was like night and day. Please take this hotel off of your list of hotels. if I were to give this hotel a number it would be less than zero.

The property was terrible. We did not stay. After seeing the room we immediately checked out. I wish I could upload the photos I took to show the manager and Expedia. No one would stay there.

I never take time to write reviews but I had to. I reserved a room for 2 beds. Once arrived she said they were all gone and all she had was kings. That’s the point of reserving so that save it for you. The room they put us in had the large jacuzzi in the room, it was orange and rusty all in bottom. Stains and tears all over the floors. There was a teal colored couch that had stains in it I wouldn’t even let my kid sit in. When I pulled back the blanket a spider ran across the sheet. And I was done. We left! Absolutely unsafe for someone’s health to be in there. The photos online are nothing even close to what the rooms look like.

The room itself was adequate for my need. But, the window curtains was torn from their fixtures. The exterior lights and morning sun poured greatly into room. With that said, the quarters was fine.

They were accomodating when needed to change rooms. Close to food options ans laundry mat facility and fuel station. Also best rate in Jackson.

I can’t find my booking

Got 2 rooms. One room door wouldn’t open. The receptionist told me it was the key and made me try 3 times then finally put us in another room. Then the phone didn’t work. Called down to the front desk on my cell (I was already dressed for bed) and asked how to program the remote since it wasn’t working. I was told that there was nothing they could do and do I want my money back. I said I wanted a room that had stuff that worked and was told they couldn’t help us. In short. Don’t stay here

Mold in bathroom. Bath tub was falling apart. Stains on sheets. Fire alarms kept sounding off. Def needs maintenance.

Decently clean room, could've been better. Comfy bed, nice working a/c, very quiet, overall good experience but could have been cleaned a little better in the bathroom. The bottom of the tub was black, and there were candy rappers on the floor.

Check in was not efficient. We got to our room and it was dirty. Toilet and shower looked like it had not been cleaned. There were multiple holes in the wall of our room. Not what we expected from a La Quinta.

The hotel is awful, I checked and the front desk clerk was nice. Once I made it to my room, It stink so bad I couldn’t breathe! I asked to be transferred and she made it happen BUT the second room wasn’t no better, The room felt wet and muggy front he air conditioner. The floor was damped the bed covers was damped. The next morning check out isn’t until 11am or 12 I believe, But anyhow the housekeeper was banging on my door at 10 asking me am I checking out!!! I hated that place and will never stay again!

Tv fell off of wall when we arrived to room and room was not as clean as it should have been especially since it’s such an important time to keep things clean.

I can not review the hotel, booked through app. Arrived and hotel was full, tried booking other hotels in area and app wouldnt allow me. Had to sleep in car with my child.
