Upon arrival, front desk staff was not terrible but not very welcoming. Spoke very quietly when relaying info regarding stay. Hallways leading to 2nd floor room were carpeted and could use a vacuum. Room was ok. Floor in room was hardwood and not cleaned well at all. Specs of dirt, wrappers under bed and 2 rubber hair bands in bathroom but otherwise, okay. Pillowcase on one of the beds looked like it was picked up off floor after changing bc there was a black dust stain on one of pillows. Coffee at breakfast bar was luke warm. Poured coffee then waited on my mom to come down and still no one at front desk to let them know we were checking out so magnetic keys were left on desk. Overall Id say it was ok if you are just looking for a place to sleep, otherwise, stay somewhere else for the price of this place. I have stayed at them Hampton Inn in Fruitland and regret not staying there after paying the deposit fee and room fee (deposit fee should be reimbursed but still waiting on that refund). Rooms at Hampton Inn in Fruitland were much cleaner, common areas much cleaner, staff a lot more engaging and food there was much more to be desired than at the Microtel.

I reserved a room through a third party, but when I arrived, the hotel standard was to add another $100 to the bill as a hold. So I had to allow them to add it to my room bill or I wouldn’t be able to get a room. Very confusing and misleading. The front desk person told me verbally that the money will be back on my card as soon as I checked out. But, the paperwork I had to sign said 5-6 business days. It was a Friday evening, so I won’t really get my money back until the following week.

The hotel is a mini version of a hotel. The condition of the hotel was satisfactory. The room was fine but the toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall.

Nice clean updated bathroom. Beds were clean and comfortable.

No real complaints. The room was clean minus the dead flies that could’ve been clean or taken care of during the cleaning of the room.

My Stay Was Great! I’ve been thru the ringer with hotels lately & Microtel was definitely the best I’ve stayed with.

The woman at the reception desk was very friendly which set a tone for the stay.

The only good thing about the Microtel was the biscuits on the breakfast buffet.

We are in the room right next to the lobby. It sounds like there is a party in the lobby, kids running up and down the hallway. As well, the ice machine is next to our room and we can here it when someone gets ice.

We stayed 2 nights and our room was not cleaned. They removed our dirty towels, removed our trash from the trash can, never gave us clean towels, and never gave us a new bag for the trash can and did not make our bed or clean our room. Had to go to the office late our 2nd day to get clean towels and mention that our room was never cleaned or restocked. Staff was apologetic but it was too late to have serviced.

Front desk worker had the best customer service.

Very thin walls......could hear anything and everything if people were being loud in the room...breakfast was nice but walls are so thin

They say early check in is available, when we got there, they wouldn’t accommodate. They said not enough housekeeping. It was very inconvenient since we needed to be showered and dressed for an important ceremony at Salisbury university. We needed to find a place to get ready for our event.

It was a quick stop on the way home but check in went well very friendly slept well in comfy bed

Clean and safe with a nice complimentary breakfast. We could hear sounds from the hallway quite cleary but it wasnt a huge deal.

The staff were kind and helpful. But I don't plan to stay at this location again.

Really good and great breakfast

Hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of the furnishings and the cleanliness of the room. The problem was noise. We could clearly hear folks in the next room who were partying when we arrived at 10 pm (the staff immediately gave us a new room and told us they would remind the partiers of quiet time), and then in another room, we could hear every footstep on the floor above us. And every voice and door from the hallway. An otherwise nice hotel, and the hot breakfast was better than usual as well.

This is our second stay. Megan who checked us in last week was awesome . We had a few concerns and her customer service was top notch! Tonight Renee was at the front desk. She was absolutely delightful. Very helpful in helping us find a restaurant that delivered. The cleaning staff helped me with my luggage as my husband has a handicap. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable. Overall a positive experience.

Our check in worker was just lovely and accommodating!!

The only problem I had was that the hot and cold water were reversed in the shower. I will definitely stay in this hotel again if I need to it was clean it was comfortable and I felt safe.

Upon entering our room, there was a used wash rag hanging on the shower door from previous guest. Place is dirty and I paid 225.00 to stay in a hotel like this. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed one night 9/9-9/10. Check-in was uneventful & front desk attendant was neither friendly or rude. Queen room was small, but bed comfortable & tv worked. Positives - ac was cold & shower hot with good pressure Negatives - the mirror in bathroom was broken, mystery stains on bathroom wall & the biggest of all - THERE WAS FOOD IN THE REFRIGERATOR FROM A PREVIOUS GUEST Once I saw that, I was suspect of anything else being clean in the room.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Stayed for two nights and I had everything I needed, as well as a nice breakfast.

Staff was very helpful, but carpets in hallway and room floor was quite dirty. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Do not recommend for a family or someone with littles as they only have showers, no tub. Also the rooms are very small, no closets as well.

Lisa, at the front desk, was very friendly and efficient. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Clean. Not much to do in Salisbury so the price seemed high for the location. It is close to the Arthur Perdue stadium, which was nice since that is why we stayed there.

The property was convenient to the venue we visited during our trip.
