Good. The card-key machine being out of order was a little strange.

I was totally surprised by this Mainstay Suites. I don’t think I ever stayed at this brand of hotel. I found it wonderful. It’s got a kitchen with full refrigerator, burners and appliances available at the desk at no extra charge. Free coffee. WiFi worked well.

This hotel was just what my friend and I needed. We were in town for homecoming and weren’t planning on staying the night. The cold and rain changed our plans. The room was nice and clean, the beds were super comfortable. Check-in/out was quick and easy. We did miss the breakfast bag unfortunately.

Nice kitchenette if you want to prepare food. Lots of TV channels. But our room smelled odd not sure if what the smell was and the door stuck so it was hard to open and you had to make sure you pushed it shut.

Signing in was convenient, amicable and organized. Closeness to Emporia was a bonus. The room had all the amenities needed if we wanted to cook.

1st room toilet overflowed He quickly got us another room but not with sit down tub shower, 2nd room tv did not work, 3rd room had to shut air off due to noise. We stayed in that room and reported in morning at check out. I also sent an email to Hotels Choice corporate about the issue. First time we had this many issues. The night cleok did what he could for us by changing rooms. I don’t know who checks rooms before putting someone in them.

Decent hotel, good amenities, interstate is noisy and the AC unit in room 210 sounds like a plane engine while running.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The hotel also charged $50/pet which wasn’t disclosed anywhere until time of payment. We had two well behaved, clean dogs with us so the price felt extreme and unnecessary. It was not worth the stay.

Room was very clean and neat. I didn’t realize it was an extended stay until I saw the mini kitchen.
Would say the the straight back wooden chair was very uncomfortable. It actually hurt my back to sit on it.
Also you should put a sign on the wall to use the thermostat to control the HVAC. Took me awhile to realize the control was there just didn’t see it for a hike.

This was a nice place to stop over on a road trip. Price was fair and the place had good linens and bedding. Friendly staff. Would stay again!

Very clean well kept property. Definitely a win for the price. Our room had a nice little furnisjed kitchen and full size refrigerator.

This hotel is everything that a hotel should be: clean, comfortable, cheery with friendly staff and an outstanding price. I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels and this hotel was great!

Went to Emporia for the Glass Blown Open and had a great time. Hotel was clean and comfortable and I will stay there again without hesitation.

Staffs are friendly. Room is clean. Bathroom is clean. The pressure of water is excellent. The stove works fine. Breakfast is muffins, apples, juice, coffee.

Nice front desk staff. Comfortable room with mini kitchen. Breakfast is "grab and go." Bottled juice, muffins in plastic packages, apples, bananas, small bags of peanuts.

Very comfortable beds with luxurious pillows and bedding. Quiet and restful. We stayed two nights, a Friday and Saturday and remarkably very quiet.

A little scary. The lock on our door didn’t work. Could just push the door open. We didn’t go to the manager as it was 11:30pm. We could only use the bar across the top. Even bolt lock didn’t work.
Seems the using hotels.com the places are giving out rooms that aren’t in the best locations. Happened once in another state previously.
