The bathroom could of used a coat a fresh paint. Didn't feel to safe down in the parking area. No pool towels available poolside. Staff never said a word to me, not at the desk, pool, or at breakfast. I knew it was going to be noisy by the freeway, but we needed a place to stay.

They were super busy due to a basketball tournament in town I think, guests coming in were rude to the receptionist and she kept her cool. The rooms are clean and was upgraded due to my room not being ready yet which was nice. Was right next to the highway but the dual windows made it so you could not hear anything. Overall good experience and would stay again.

The rooms weren’t that clean, the bath tub had hair in it when I checked in, the bathroom and room walls had stuff wiped on them, lamp shade was stained, headboards weren’t wiped clean, the bed frames were ripped and had something crusty on one, and just didn’t feel clean walking in. The people were very polite working there but the whole place just didn’t feel clean and the windows were cracked in the pool room.

After refusing us the room we had prepaid for and claiming it was hotel policy to do so they then put us in a room that was small and crowded with well worn furniture and a smoke alarm wrapped in plastic sheeting that I’m pretty sure is a safety and code violation. This was our 2nd stay here in six months and the 1st stay was a much better experience. I’m only guessing there has been a change in management at this location after we stayed here last time.

Our stay was a great stay. We are a repeat customer. And as always the service and staff were very personable and professional. The rates were reasonable. We will continue to be a repeat customer.

when we are there, room has strong smell, door key system was not working, so either one person have to staying in the room or ask the staff to open the room for you, do not provide bottle water, breakfast was terrible, by 7am food almost gone!

I had a really nice stay! My room was very quiet and really comfortable for me. I definitely will be back to this hotel when I come back to Oregon!

It is a good and quiet place to stay over a night or two. It has remodeled bathroom and floors. New and very comfortable mattress. I would come again and again.

Smell in bed sheets and towels

The hotel lobby and room were very unhygienic. There were only two very thin sheets on the bed. The water in the room smelled like chlorine and made your hair smell like chlorine after a shower. It looked like they haven’t vacuumed the room in weeks. The bathtub was very dirty and had lots of hair in it when we got there. The breakfast was very limited, they only had a few options and most of them ran out and they never restocked.

The photos are a bit deceiving as the room was partially remodeled, dirty walls, mismatched/patched ceiling. They advertised free breakfast and the chairs are up on the tables by 9am when I walked out of the room. Most food items are gone and there are no signs of replenishment. Disappointed.

The front desk employee was very nice and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was not great. The elevator floor was worn down.. I couldn’t tell if the floor was peeling but it looked like paint was spilled on it and never cleaned up. The bathroom in the room had rust all over the door frame, there was hair on the bathroom floor when we first got there. The hallway carpet was pretty filthy.. had visible dirt and stains all over and is lifting. The key to the room we got hardly ever worked, we had to get a new key within 2 hours of our stay. The pool was dirty and the hot tub jets didn’t work very well. If I was in a serious pinch and had nowhere else to stay, I would return but otherwise… probably not.

Hotel is older in need of definite remodeling. Lobby and hallways had a distinct weird odor. Needs some updating. Room had yellow spots on the wall, hall carpets and some stains. Staff was friendly though, breakfast was decent. Wifi worked fine. Ok for price but would pay a little more to stay elsewhere

Expedia said they would let the hotel know we needed handicap accessible shower and never did. My 6'4" boyfriend had to attempt to bathe in the tub that was far too small for him to take a bath in.

The place was clean. It was quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The shower curtain was too short and water from the shower leaked out onto the floor.The tile in the bathroom is white and when water from the shower leaked out onto the floor, you couldn't see the puddle. This a big safety hazard. I slipped and injured my elbow badly.

I didn’t expect above and beyond from this property but it was definitely a little too dirty for me. Walking in to the facility it smelled. My room was dirty. There were a lot of stains on the walls, the bathroom was dirty, our towels were thrown underneath the sink, the carpets were dirty, the extra outlets connected to the lamps on the desktop didn’t not work. I’ve stayed here for a night a few years back and I didn’t remember it being this bad. I probably won’t stay here again.

We brought our dog and cleaned up after but apparently no one else does. Pooh piles in dog area and in creepy field on the opposite side. Sad picnic table with broken umbrella . Nice and quiet tho.

First impression when we walked into the room was filthy the bed skirts were stained with who knows what and we requested a different room which had hairs in the bed and on the pillows.

Checking in to the hotel was really easy. When we got to our room it smelled bad. There were ants in the bathroom and only one towel for us. Whoever cleaned did a terrible job. There is a lot better hotels for about the same price. I would pay more for a better place
