Staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was excellent with many food choices. We asked for early check in, which was cheerfully granted. If in Branson again, this will be our first choice for accommodations.

The pool and hot tub were great although the pool could have been warmer. The breakfast was good but could have been better. The lights on the property were very pretty.

The hotel was in a great location. It was off the strip but close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is available by request daily but if you didn’t want it, the process to get new towels or other supplies was simple. The pool and hot tub were great and open until midnight which was a real plus after seeing an evening show. The hot breakfast was good. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, and a meat every morning we were there. There was also a waffle maker with plain or flavored waffles and other items like cereal, muffins, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Appreciate all the amenities. Loved their pool, hot tub, sauna, hot cocoa /cider/coffee bar and continental breakfast! Great time and would stay again.

All employees were very friendly, and out going, and even thou they were extremely busy they all had smiles on and were willing to help you.

First time staying here. I'll be back. The rooms were wonderful and quiet. Comfortable beds and pillows. Had amenities like a sauna, indoor pool, game room and sauna. Breakfast was good with many offerings. Coffee, Hot Chocolate and Cider 24 hours in the lobby.

We stayed in 302. Bathroom floor needs cleaning plus the 5 small ,small pillows were terrible. Would have liked king size pillows for our king size bed. The other pillows were like sofa pillows. No comfort. Need extra blanket in room.

There were many options for breakfast. You could get breakfast until 10 and that was great. You didn't have to rush in the morning.

We had amazing stay! The hotel is in the perfect spot right off the strip. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. Nice decent breakfast - biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc. will bookmark this as our go to hotel!

The staff are so friendly and helpful! Very accommodating! They pay attention to details. Love to make conversation! The breakfast is very good! The rooms, grounds and pool area are clean and kept in order it is in a good location and not far from the things we had planned! The grounds and lobby were decorated for Christmas with a fire in the lobby, it was cozy! I will definitely stay again!

Our room was clean, comfortable. We appreciated the microwave (heated up leftovers!) as well as the mini fridge, it kept my green tea good and cold! Grandsons (2 & 5) got worn out playing in the pool every evening, their mom and I (Nana) took turns playing with them and relaxing in the hot tub! I can't comment on the breakfast as we ate out every morning, we don't have a "Bob Evans" anywhere near us so we splurged on breakfast! Overall, we had a great stay! The staff were friendly, helpful, even printed out tickets for me! The other patrons staying were relaxed and very friendly as well! We will definitely be returning!!

This was a good location - everything in Branson at this time of year was easy to get to - probably a different story in high season. The hotel decor is older but we had everything we needed plus a convenient laundry area. Staff was really nice and helpful. We ordered all our show tixs thru them. Breakfast was fine.

There are virtually no EV chargers in Branson so I felt ELATED to find a nice hotel in the middle of town with a very functional Tesla charger - they had 2 and also a non-Tesla charger. Staff was very nice; wonderful stay - even had a running track!

The hotel was a great location. Quiet and accommodating. Brandy and the gift shop was fantastic at booking shows for us. We look forward to our next visit.

This was a family trip with five people. The property is perfectly placed close to everything and still quiet. The property is beautifully decorated and very friendly staff. The indoor pool and hot tub was extremely nice. The kids loved the game room.
