Room was small but comfy actually just right for my son and I. Facing the traffic but my son loves to look at cars so I can't complain. It was quite and a nice little getaway for the night I will revisit.

They don’t replace towels when staying more than one day. On the floor of bathroom was wet in some location as soon as get in the first day.

Quiet, clean, spacious, well equipped. Shower maybe needs an update. AC or heating were effective. Very convenient place if you have a car, but an easy 15 minute walk to businesses on San Pablo. Also easy connection to BART, as the bus stops right on the corner at the Inn.

Decent place for price. Stayed here after an Audra McDonald concert so we didn’t have to drive home to Sacramento at midnight.

The place was OK, Wasn't any place to get a meal, but the gas station a block away. The mattress was Old. & kind of soft.

We stayed for two nights, it was very clean, the water from the shower came out a lot and warm. Although the fwy is next door, you can sleep. And the parking lot was close to our bedroom.

When I called I was told they accept small dogs. I arrived early around 11:00 am. I asked if it would be possible to check in before 3:00 pm. I was told no and at that time the front desk person saw my dog. When 3:00 came, and I was in the process of checking in, that is when he told me dogs were not allowed. Customer service is awful. You get differeng information depending on who you talk to.

I used to stay days here and always came back mostly due to great customer service from the owners cleanliness and comfort wasnt always the best but they took 15$ deposit because of towels missing i knew i shouldnt said something about there only being 3 towels because i didnt think they were petty 😔 the guy at the counter/the owner was rude im very disappointed

Parking is good but a small lot. The front desk is very friendly and will always work to provide you comfort. It my go to spot when im in the bay visiting family and friends very close to freeway and food also in the next exit.

This place is a dump. Room was really dirty and there’s not even enough water pressure to brush your teeth.
And at $85 a night they don’t even have coffee in the morning. I will never stay at an Americas. Best value inn again.

My parents were the ones staying here and they were happy about it! We were looking for something convenient and they felt safe and satisfied. They mentioned that the place was clean and that the bed was comfortable.

Stayed one night while visiting family in Richmond. Great for the overnight stay as we just needed a place to sleep. Bed was comfortable and ac worked great, and the man who checked us in was friendly.

I've NEVER had this happen in ~20 years of traveling - the staff did NOT let me friend check into our room! I had made the reservation for two people but I was late by a couple hours while my friend had already arrived at the motel. The staff insisted that I myself personally show up with my ID, and forbade my friend from checking in.
I spoke on the phone with the staff, begging them to let my friend check in. "No".
What the heck.
The motel room was quite satisfactory, aside from the constant siren noise.
But the staff gets zero stars.
