I didn’t even stay the night because the room wasn’t clean at all.

This place is a dump, we will never stay here again. We were booked and paid for 2 nights non-refundable and we left early morning after one night. Not enough room here to write down all the issues at this hotel. Super 8’s have been very disappointing compared to the pictures on their websites.

I booked this room for my husband for a business trip. He sent me the attached photos and I can't believe a hotel would even put people in a room this disgusting! I can't believe we paid $120 for a room that looks like it should be condemned! Shame on you Super 8! We will never, ever book a Super 8 for his business travel again!

I checked in at about 9PM. When i entered the room i saw that the carpet was ripped and had not been vacuumed in some time. There was no telephone. The sheets were very wrinkled. The walls had gouges. The bathroom floor was rust stained. The chair had no covering on the frame. There were roaches and spiders. Only 3 hangers. I would have checked out immediately but there were no rooms available anywhere because of Spring Break so I just sucked it up, but I will NEVER AGAIN stay at a Super 8. Give me enough time to think about it and I am sure that there are several other things that I have forgotten. This was really bad news.

There was no stay. They refused to rent a room to me. There was no record of my registration according to them. I had to find other accommodations.

The door was bent like someone had kicked it. Drawings on the walls and furniture. The lock pretty much came off at one point. And under the AC there was a hole you could literally see outside.

This could have been the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. And it was $150 a night! The property was run down and under construction. There were contractors making noise all night. The ac was really loud. The bathroom was disgusting. The tv remote didn’t work. The WiFi was out. Super 8 and Wyndham should be ashamed of having this property in their portfolio.

Not clean at all. Rot in the floor where I tripped getting out of bed. No bathroom door. Blood stains on the lamp shade. Dirty tub and sheets. Worry I have seen in a long time

This is one of the worst hotels that I've ever stayed in.
When I booked the room, I asked for a non smoking room with two queen beds. When we arrived to check in we were told that the only non-smoking room available was one with one King Bed for 2 adults and one child.
The table tops were dirty, the floors were covered in semen stains and the shower diverter did not work. I barely got a trickle of water out of the shower head. The toilet seat wobbles because there is missing leveling feet on one side. This is a run down motel in a bad part of town. Thats why they don't show outside of the motel in the pictures.

I originally picked this hotel because others did not have breakfast. The lady said it was just a muffin. Secondly, the floor was carpet which was sticky and disgusting. It was

The room was absolutely awful in every sense of the word. To the point where we didn't even stay until check out the following morning. There was a hole in the floor covered up by carpet (which I almost fell through) there were leafes and debry all over the floor. There where holes in the wall! The door to enter the room was previously pried open., leaving open airways in the door. And the bathroom/ vanity area is a sight nobody should ever see in a hotel room. I personally think I should be refunded my money for that stay, but the front office was not willing to do anything about it or address the issue. Attached are the photos of the problems i saw with the room. Please make this right! As I am a loyal Hotels.com member and OneKey Blue member as well.

This was a terrible stay. The carpet was dirty. The tub was brownish. There was a roach crawling on the floor. The bed linens had something on them. Thank goodness I brought my own blankets. The walls had patched up work done. Overall, this wasn’t worth over $100 per night that we paid, but it was a last minute booking. Just terrible inside and out.

And it was nasty and dirty I went to the front desk and ask for a refund and he was very nasty and rude I didn’t even spend more than 5 min the room I’m disgusted and expect a full refund back

Stay away. The bathtub had a hole in it covered with a floor mat. I felt like i cluld fall in at any moment while taking a shower. Very old and stinky carpet. I satyed in the same price range hotels during this visit and this was by far the worse. They say they have breakfast and all they had was coffee and nothing else.

Staff were nice. Mold in bathroom on ceiling and floor caulking. Doors dirty, hand prints. Floor under built in table not swept. Charge for staying after 11 their check out time.

Housekeeping service was outstanding. My room was cleaned thoroughly every day with fresh towels and complete floor vacuuming. Better than any hotel I've stayed at in the last 5 years. Hotel is showing its age and needs updating.

The receptionist (with hijab) is selective and unfriendly. They should entertain the needs of the guests/customers and let them use the restroom.

They wanted to complain about my dog being there and wanted to charge me a few for my dog while i kept quite about i left food in the microwave amd got attacked by roaches and had to go to the hospital with 6 kids from being ate up by bed bugs and i have pictures to prove it and they now put me on the do not rent list and the sad part we are a homeless family of 8 due to our house flooding and it was suppose to be free breakfast but they never had anything and then on top of it we couldnt get our room because they have a 25 dollar cash despoit fee for linens isnt that included in renting the room

Took 40 minutes to check in. The 5 customers in front of me all had issues. That place needs to be bulldozed. Bed spread and under cover had holes in them. I was tired so i slept on the sheet in my clothes. I wouldnt step in the shower so I washed in the sink. The street was one room away it's a drag strip. Glad I was alone my wife would've lost it.
