Check in was easy. Front desk courteous. Main halls aged. Room was an efficiency. Not needed. Kitchenette filthy, outside of refrigerator spattered with rust/stains. Queen bed, linens too small for bed. Mattress felt like cardboard. In general dingy.

My car was broken i to overnight in their parking area. Signs posted outside about not being responsible for loss or damage. But the staff attitude very poor. "You can call the police". Not once did they even offer basics in order to clean up all the broken glass or any other helpful gesture.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. For an extended stay hotel there was not a spoon, bowl,coffemaker or hair conditioner to be found. The only amenities here was shampoo and soap. I have stayed in way less expensive hotels, even motels that paid more attention to their guests needs.

June went above and beyond to ensure our customer questions were answered and that we could resolve our communication, even 24 hours after our stay!! Exceptional customer service and care! Very rare and very appreciated!!

Quick check in process. June at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms could use some updating but overall a nice, clean hotel.

check in was horrible was 5 minutes early and clerk wont let me check-in then told us she will wave the early check in fee and was rude rooms were dirty and dusty individuals handing around in the parking lot all hours of the night property was poorly lite

I felt mislead about the free breakfast. I was happy to be on the first floor with my dog. I was shocked that after spending $240 on a hotel room I had no access to ice. I was told I could fill my ice trays in my freezer, but that didn't help me on an overnight stay.

Unpleasant experience. This property is old and outdated and dirty looking. Absolutely not worth the money.

This room was a disappointment. Compared with the previous night about 100 miles away, this room cost the same but was in worse condition. It had a stale cooking smell. The carpet is frayed, the paint chipped in places, the heater wouldn’t work right. The outlet in the bathroom doesn’t work so the wall-mounted hair dryer didn’t work. They brought portable hairdryer that worked as long as you held the plug in the outlet. The grab and go breakfast had three options - chocolate mini muffins, granola bars, and instant oatmeal packages. There were no bowls or milk, though. Staff was nice and helpful but the hotel leaves a lot to be desired.

Needed a wheelchair accessible room and shower. This was a friendly and accessible venue.

The floor was sticky and slippery like it had a coating on it. The fridge was rusty on the front and the stove top was disgusting. The tv remote did not work. The bathroom sink was clogged and slow to drain. The light next to one bed didn’t work. The beds were fine and we were only there for one night but you definitely get what you pay for.

Needed a wheelchair accessible room. It was close to the front and easy in and out. Shower was roll-in. Staff friendly.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Rooms need updating. No lobby to meet people. No dishes or flatware in the kitchenette.

We liked Kevin. Doors opened the wrong way on fridge and bathroom. No housekeeping during our stay. Told we had to change our own linens. No seating outside at all.

No ice, no breakfast, first room smelled of cigarettes, needs a serious update.

Was disappointed there was no hairdryer in the room. The shampoo was the tiniest I’ve ever seen and there was no conditioner. Was too tired to ask for it.

I was really disappointed in this property. It was very dirty - the rooms, in particular, looked like they hadn't been cleaned. Also, the rooms were very very loud with children running down the hallways at 11PM at night. The entire third floor smelled strongly of weed. The gentleman at the front desk from Liverpool was VERY professional, very welcoming and a true delight.

The carpet seemed old and dirty. The front desk was very rude and the overall cleanliness is poor.

I would advise to make sure you stay on the third floor. Very noisy on the second.

The hotel was just okay. The room was clean enough and did not smell terrible like some cheap hotels do. But, nothing impressive about it, either. The toiletries were horrible or missing. The breakfast bar was pathetic. As long as you don't expect too much, it's a good and safe hotel.

The property is well maintained!

While my Expedia reservation was clearly for two rooms, the hotel told me there was only one room reserved in their system. I could have a second room at a higher walk-in rate. When I complained and showed a printout of my reservation of two rooms at a stated rate, the receptionist gave me a lot of attitude about how that was not his responsibility, and, if I wasn’t happy, he would just tell me there were no rooms available at all. I was going to question this fellow whether he realized his business is extending hospitality, not threatening customers at midnight that he’d deny them any rooms. But, as the fellow clearly was inadequate, I gave up and we paid a higher rate for a second room. A very unpleasant check-in experience!

First room I had toilet didn’t flush. Worked when I checked in but next morning did not flush. I told clerk at the front desk. She called an employee over that was standing by the desk and asked why that room was given out. Evidently there’s a problem with it and it should not have been given to me. She asked me if I wanted to switch rooms. seriously?? Was I supposed to stay in the room with no toilet? She switched me to another room on a different floor. Extremely noisy, extremely dirty first room (313) was ok other than toilet. The bed, however, felt like you were sleeping on a slab of concrete. Ended up sleeping in the chair. Second room (227) was horrible. HVAC units outside. Can’t turn off the heat. Window doesn’t close completely. The “free” breakfast was a choice of a dried up muffin or a granola bar. No milk for the coffee - either powdered creamer or chemical laden, already sweetened creamers. Save your money and stay at a real establishment. Also seems to be a lot of long term residents. One of them got a delivery yesterday from Walmart … about 25 bags of stuff.

Great for one night.
