Room did not look clean requested another room

Just NASTY IT SMELLS TERRIBLE I DID NOT LAY ON THE BED OR NOTHING BEST THING WAS NO REQUIRED DEPOSIT THE WORSE HOTEL I EVER BEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!

Affordable, homily the refrigerator was a normal size and stove microwave with a little island. They where clean .The stuff where helpful and pleasant

Not the quality place that I was expecting.

This is the second time I stayed there. It is something wrong with the water. First time no hot water or pressure. This time no hot water had to take a cold shower.

I do not recommend this place at all.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Although the hotel is very dated, the room was very comfortable. It has a full refrigerator and 2 burners for cooking in. You do have to ask for cooking supplies if you want to cook. .There are several restaurants within walking distant as well as a movie theater and shopping available in Pinecrest shopping center. Other restaurants are a short drive away. It is 5 minutes away from Ahuja Hospital.

My wife and I was ask what was the purpose of us staying here. What the HELL is it anybody's business. We are NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN. And we are going to tell ALL of our friends not to EVER stay here.

The room was clean and had plenty of room. Our only complaint is that the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We did not sleep well and both my husband and I are suffering with back/shoulder pain today. The mattress is less than 6 inches deep and it don't believe there were box springs underneath. Everything else was great. The staff was friendly.

Booked a King room. When we got there, they only had a queen room left that was handicap friendly. They gave us a $25 discount. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Went to get a shower in the morning and it only had a hand held shower head and nowhere to hook it on the wall to actually shower. That was difficult to say the least.

On Saturday September 23 2023 we Paid for our room in advance and when we got there they had no rooms available. We were in town for a wedding and had to find another hotel that accepted dogs so this took another hour. If it weren’t for the housekeeper ( I think her name was Shantay) who helped us get another hotel. Spoke with the manager (Matt) 3 days before requesting a room on the first floor. He never mentioned any problems with are reservation. Will never stay at an extended stay again.

No kitchen utensils, plates, and cups but the room was clean

Room wasn’t clean. Used washcloth and soap in shower. Hair on pillows and bedding. Food on the floor.

The lobby smelled horrible, that should have been the first clue. Place is old and you can tell. Bed was sinking in the middle. Could hear the people above us walking and doors slamming. Like most people I tried to save a few dollars and wish I would have stayed somewhere else. It was dirty and I did not feel safe.

Better room service I paid over one hundred for service that wasn't great

Relatively spacious and quiet. A few areas were worn or threadbare but the room's amenities were satisfactory. The water took a few moments to heat up but stayed warm throughout the shower. Would likely stay again if in the area.

The bed was very comfortable. The sink had multiple cigarette burns around it but everything was clean in the bathroom. No ice in the ice cube trays in the freezer so I had to wait for a couple hours. I would stay there again because Valerie is a treasure. Her smiling face and conversation early in the morning made my day better.

Friendly staff

Horrible experience. The entire premises smelled like marajuana — inside and out. The neighbors a cross the hall were loud and kept my husband up all night. When checking in and out the clerk were not helpful, they need customer service training.

The biggest con of this hotel was the bad stench in our room. Ironically, the front desk said it would be a $200 fine if we lit a candle or burned incense. We had a diffuser and it didn’t even touch the smell. Luckily, we were able to open the window a little bit so that saved us. We could smell marijuana throughout the hallway. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It was convenient to have a big refrigerator and sink in the room. No pool or gym available. For breakfast you could grab a packaged muffin or granola bar. The front desk woman was nice and suggested the top floor so it would be much quieter, which it was. Unfortunately, I will not be staying in this hotel again.

Rooms look like it hasn’t been updated in years. My room was not clean too sheet had stains on it pillow and sheets had hair on it two lights didn’t work tv remote had food stains on it it was body hair in the sink the toilet was not clean bathroom fooor was not swept and the room stunk. Also the older lady working the night shift last night was very disrespectful and rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing her because she was on the company’s phone about a personal matter regarding her cell phone and was gonna ignore me standing there she started to walk away then came back and said yes what do you need in a rude tone like I was bothering her as if she’s not at work and it’s not her job to tend to guest and proceeded to say she has an emergency as if that gives her the right to ignore me then proceed to be rude. So basically I’ll never book here again nor would I ever recommend this nasty unprofessional property. Only thing I have nice to say was the lady who checked me in was very nice and helpful
