Main areas of hotel are nice but the room I had was very small, dated and not very clean. Dirt all over doors in bathroom.

One of the most comfortable Ramada Inn’s I ever stayed at. Shuttle was a bit challenging, but we got it figured out. The hotel was in good shape, and the Ambiance at the restaurant/bar was awesome. Shout out to Edgar the bartender

Worst stay ever, not even good for a one night stay. I needed a place close to the Airport, but this place is horrible. Very loud at night, there's no respect for privacy at all. This is a 2 starts hotel/motel.

Rooms are moldy with nasty old carpet, rough furniture, tv is dish only no apps, hallway was loud all night, alarm went off at 6am. Front desk and housekeeping were very nice and friendly. Good check in experience.

The hotel is very clean and the beds are very comfy. There is an excellent bar/restaurant attached to the hotel. But the breakfast buffet was TERRIBLE!!!? The food was ice cold! Do not waste your money!

What a find arrived at 2am they cam to pick us. We got upgraded to a massive room with with 2 king beds .

Hotel is really basic, bordering on unliveable. We arrived at 11pm and were given a room on the ground floor. The room smelt really bad, very musty. No toiletries in the bathroom. Found two cockroaches in the bathroom in the morning. Would suggest staying elsewhere.

Very noisy place, i heard every single minute banging the door from different rooms. The linen didn’t change, garbage from previous occupant still visible. The floor was messy. Room has odor

Disappointed about check-in... we were put on an "early check-in list" at 10am, after getting off a cruise. After checking with the front desk a number of times we were told, "about 15 more minutes", "around1:00", "you're next in line". FINALLY, after waiting 5 hours, we got into our room at 2:50. Beds are comfy!

Great stay for night before a cruise. Arrived after midnight, shuttle was waiting. Driver was great and Julio at the front desk was kind and helpful. Beds are super comfy! Overall, the hotel can use some updating.

Everything was nice and cleaned. Would have been nice if they offered to help me get my luggage to my room. Even with my mobility issues and oxygen tank, I ended up having carry in my heavy suitcases up steps even after requesting a ground level and confirmed it at check it. Otherwise it was an okay stay

Location to airport was great. Had booked for cruise port shuttle but they don't start till 10am and that was our check in time. Ended up using an uber which was cheaper than the shuttle for 3 people. Was very loud with main road noise and planes so did not sleep well. Only full size beds. Room was small but do able, no fridge or microwave.

This is a good basic hotel which is convenient for the airport and there is an airport shuttle. The place is reasonably clean and the room comfortable with a good shower. The only problem was lack of lifts.

I booked it for my brother and he called to tell me he was very happy with his room, that it was quite comfortable and the proximity to the airport was huge plus. soo all good.

Bare bones hotel… good shower and comfortable bed. No elevator. Usual hotel breakfast…. Buffet eggs etc cost an extra $12 each!

The hotel is dated. Not in the best neighborhood but very clean. The beds were comfortable and for one night I would do it again. The front desk staff and the shuttle drive to the airport were super helpful and friendly. If you are looking for cheaper accommodations and don’t require luxury in Miami. Not awful.

The only good thing about this hotel was that the day we had to go back to the airport, the shuttle run on time. The layout is like a labyrinth and no elevator to the second floor. Really not apt for elder people. Also, the staff were very rude, unattentive and close to useless. Don't really like to be so negative but they really need to do something about their customer service.

Loved my experience, staff were nice i love the closeness to the airport. The access to a rental car and airport shuttle are excellent! I will definitely be staying here next time im in Miami!

This stay was for a cruise. The hotel shuttle picked us up from airport and it was NOT a long wait. The gentleman told me exactly where to stand for shuttle. He was very personable. The room was comfortable and clean. Give me great customer service and hot water and im good. Checked back in after cruise and still had the best customer service. Yes i would stay again.

We just stayed one night close to the airport so we didn’t see much to evaluate. The restaurant there, Old Tom’s Tavern and Sports Bar was excellent. Our room was on the main thoroughfare so it was a bit noisy.

The room is small, the bathroom is very small. No refrigerator or microwave in the room, and no elevator. The stairways are small if someone is coming down at the same time you are going up, you have to wait. The bathroom door needed a good cleaning.

The hotel is a dump. The place is dirty, tired and patched together with mismatched bathroom tiles, paint and wallpaper. The floor is so dirty that if you drop your damp white towel on the floor, you will see how dirty the floor is. Wear shower shoes as the floor in the washroom is not even and the tiles installed for the shower floor are not meant for a shower. They’re dangerous!!

I was unhappy with our stay here. The room quite dated, fine. We were given an upstairs room with no elevator in spite of the fact I had book an accessible room because I have mobility issues. This left my husband to have to carry all our luggage up two flights of stairs with no assistance offered or given. The window has no curtain, only like a sheer panel. So the lights come through all night. Finally, the walls are so thin you can hear conversations from adjoining rooms! Avoid this hotel!

Kind of an older run down hotel but clean. Non-smoking but old bedside table in the room had ? cigarette burns on it. Carpet was a little worn and a couple of stains. Very tiny bathroom. Overall okay for an overnight stay to catch it early morning flight. Food at the attached restaurant was reasonably good and reasonably priced but the restaurant and bar was incredibly noisy. Neighborhood basically a street full of airport hotels. Seemed a little sketchy to take a walk and nearby restaurant I considered had a pile of clothes in a basket out in front on the sidewalk, and was a little unnerving so returned to the hotel. Price was okay given the convenience might pick a different place in the area next time. Airport shuttle was incredibly convenient and very regular.

The hotel manager was very helpful with my questions. I wanted an early check-in, an it was accomodating. The food in the sports bar inside the hotel was good and the service was exceptional.
The free shuttle to the airport runs every hour on the hour.

It was a little difficult connecting to notify of our location at airport for shuttle pick up at 10pm when we were tired, but it all worked out and the hotel was clean, comfortable and peaceful for a quick night sleep.

The Hotel was normal. However they charged 50 dollar deposit and on checkout the said they would credit it back.
They credited apprx 35.00 dollars with no explanation
I would not stay there again..Not comfortable with such practices.
