I booked this exact hotel for its pool for my daughter birthday present and when we arrived the pool heater was down and had been down for some time. There was not effort to fix it or no warning and or disclaimer. I realize this may seem small but when there are hotels everywhere the only reason I picked this one was for the pool for my daughter and family. The water was freezing and a warning would have been appreciated as we would have change hotels and rebooked . They obviously know they have a great pool as The pictures they use to catch your eyes right away in advertisements is of the pool. I spoke to multiple families who all felt the same way I did. I understand things happen, but the obligation you have to inform your guests should still remain.

I gave you a star below excellent as one of the days we were there our room wasn't cleaned and we didn't have enough towels for the next day. A couple of the nights (on the weekend) we had noisy people overhead that we had to complain to the desk. I felt the acoustics were poor as someone letting a door go one morning woke me up. I loved your plants out front. I loved the friendliness of your staff. Ronny went the extra mile my last day there. The breakfast was good and the welcoming water & snacks was nice. I am assuming that I now have a free room as I stayed 4 nights and the promotion said "stay 2 nights & get a free night?" loved the pool and liked the way there was a shallow area in case I wanted to bring my great-grandkids. Temperature was great on pool, but hot tub was not working. Temperature was about the same as the pool. In the fitness room I would suggest instead of 3 treadmills that you have one exercise bike with a back for those of us "less youthful" people. I know I sound super critical, but you asked about the stay. I would stay there again, BUT on the top floor.

The pool is AMAZING for small children .

Outdated hotel. Seems older than it should. Needs remodeling. One of the bath towels are is not clean. Found with lips stick and nose mucus. Not satisfied with the cleanliness. On the third floor, could hear foot step on an adult and children running around. Very thin floor. Staffs are friendly. Food is good. Staff are on top of filling breakfast. Clean dining area.

I was staying here because it was local to my doctors office and I was having a procedure with back to back appointments. They were so accommodating and helpful. They went above and beyond for myself and my family who were helping me. Would stay here any time.

The staff was so amazing! Super helpful and such a BEAUTIFUL hotel! I loved everything about it, we’ll definitely be back and be telling everybody about the great stay we had. The pool was so beautiful and perfect. The hotels decor was 5 star decor and the breakfast was really good, I loved their waffles the most, Coffee was A1 too and the staff was so nice and caring! BOOK HERE!!!! Tops all the other hotels. Thank you to the awesome staff! Our stay was perfect!

Fairly disappointing stay here. Our toilet made a super loud screeching/winding noise every time we flushed the toilet. It sounded horrible and last 45 seconds to a minute which feels like an hour when you are trying to sleep. That alone made this stay super miserable. When I mentioned it to the front desk they said we can change rooms. But the room will be on the third floor and that their elevators were under maintenance. Our room was on the first floor so we had to pick our poison.

Loved our stay. This is a very charming and welcoming hotel. The design, amenities, and decorations are clean, modern, and festive. I stayed just after Christmas and there were a ton of lights and decorations around the lobby. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
Loved the design of the pool with the fountains and beach-like area: very shallow and gently sloped which would be great for toddlers. The pool water was warm, but a little cloudy. It could have used a shock and/or clarifier.

The hotel was definitely experiencing some issues. The elevators were broken for what seemed like a few weeks at least since the out of service signs said, merry christmas. The lobby lost heat while we were there.
The staff was very friendly and accomidating. The room service wasnt actually room service. Its food that came from dennys and was left at the front desk. No body notified us it arrived so it sat there for over 30 minutes until i called the compaNy to inquire the foods whereabouts.

It was disgusting when we moved into our room there was a used bandaid on the top part of the wall and the room smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. The staff was nice and switched our room but still was a bad first impression

Check in was easy, however the coffee maker in the room was broken. There was a teenage party in the room next door banging doors all night, loud music & screaming kids. When i tried to go get in the hot tub there were kids in it. This did not make the pool relaxing at all. Overall this is just an average hotel. I have stayed in better.

I’d love to leave a better review as it’s probably a nice stay, but I’m currently sitting in the lobby for 3 hours until 10pm which is when they say they will have a room available for us; even though we booked the room a week ago and apparently they overbooked it since. Really disappointed, putting 3 young kids to bed (hopefully) after 10pm when they need to be rested for a state soccer tournament tomorrow.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were wonderful. We were on a delayed flight and didn’t want to rent another rental car so found the airport and nearby mall shuttle very convenient. Nice pool for the kids and big rooms.

Just ok. This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel because of location to fields. Rooms are ok cleanliness wise, breakfast was not great 2nd day. Potatoes were cold, only had hard boiled eggs which we thought was weird, especially when sports team are staying here. We were on the "quiet floor" but our neighbors were loud until 3 in the morning. We had to ask them to finally be quiet. Pool is really cool and we enjoyed the Christmas decorations in the lobby.

I probably wouldnt stay here again. The bed itself was hard and inflexible and felt "old." I woke up four times last night with back pain and arm pain, until i finally woke up an hour before my alarm because i just couldnt get comfortable.
Additionally, i don't think the bed linens were too clean. The sheet had crumbs on it and the blanket had some small stains-- I'm not certain they wash them between guests? I hope I'm wrong.
Lastly, there was a light thumping sound from the moment i arrived to the moment i left. I assume it was a machine doing something. Hot water heater? Ice machine? Who knows. It was aggravating like a dripping faucet would be, except i had no way to turn it off. It made an already difficult sleep even worse.
I've stayed at 3 hotels this week (business) and this is the only one I've had a problem with...

Good size and comfortable room. Had to call a couple different times to fix the toilet, but they finally were able to fix what was wrong. Sink water pressure is super low that it was very hard to use that faucet. I ended up using the tub faucet instead. Scheduled a airport shuttle pick up the day before I left and saw the front desk person writing all my info down, but when the day and time came, they said the shuttle left to pick up an airline crew and they had no record of anyone wanting to take shuttle to airport. Ended up calling a ride share. Front desk said to send them receipt and they can re-imburse so we will see if that happens. On the plus side, the 24 hour gym was really good to have, and the morning breakfast was very sufficient.
