Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great place to stay.

Checkin was quick and easy. The lady at the front desk was very friendly

Check in went smoothly. The room could use a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom has the patched spots where they haven’t bothered to repaint and the grout could be touched up too. The bed had dips in it but was otherwise comfortable.

Extended stay for parents while house being repaired. Was very accomodating and comfortable.

Clean facility. First weekend there, the air did not work. The room was hot and stuffy. Dogs barking which was annoying since the walls are paper thin. Returned the following weekend and the room smelled like a sewer. The manager was called to the room both times and confirmed both complaints. I could not get moved to another room due to hotel at capacity. I was handed a bottle of febreeze! It was midnight and i had other guest at the property so I was stuck. I received some off my bill which should’ve been free to compensate for terrible conditions. Nevertheless, we ended up determining that a chair had been soiled by a pet or human which was disgusting.

Very clean accomodations however there were issues. First, had to pay an "upgrade price" to get a shower/bath combo but no drain plug for tub. Second, the black out curtains did not span across the window. Had car headlights lighting up the room with just a thin curtain to block them. Continental breakfast was very sparse. Scrambled eggs and sausage that ran out and was not replaced. Juices were communal jugs of apple juice and orange juice. 2 types of cereal, again milk in a gallon jug and pastries consisted of 2 types of bread for toast.

The room had a musty humid smell when I opened the door, the carpet was heavily wet with water, so wet it soiled my socks, I called the front desk and the front desk lady attendant apologized and brought me three large towels to the room to place on the carpet to soak the water up, hair was on the Jacuzzi tub

After a long day my son was not feeling well. I tired my best to get him to our room bathroom. He end up vomiting in front Of the room opposite to mines. I tried to clean it up with some towels. I left it in a bag in front of my room. I called the front desk and told a guy about it. He was very understanding. And said it was to late to run the vaccum this late. The next morning when going out for breakfast i ask for some clean towels. I didnt get her name but she was indian and pregnant. She told me "Miss i got a nasty complaint about your room from housekeeping". So i said really i called and inform the front desk. And i didnt have lysol on me to clean it. She told me i could of ask for some. Her attitude and the way she said nasty to me. I would never want to go back to that hotel or recommend it.

Staff was friendly. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Breakfast was decent. Liked size of fridge, even had a small freezer compartment which is rare. Furniture & room decor definitely needs updating, including adding plugs/charging area on nightstand.

The room was fresh and clean at all times. The cleaning staff was very diligent. The receptionist was very helpful when we wanted a change of room because I do not like to sleep on the ground floor.

I think this is a great place to say. Almost everything was up to par. I’m not sure if it was just my room but there were about 6 lamps but still so dim in the room, they are no ceiling lights except in the bathroom. All lights outside the bathroom were very dim so maybe they need a different type of light fixtures/bulbs. The ironing board had visible stains and wear and tear. I also noticed a distinct smell in the room, which I believed to be the carpet. So maybe the carpet needs to be replaced. Other than that, pretty good.

Food choices were minimal. Reported bad smell coming from a/c unit but it was never looked at. Had to spray filter with air freshener in order to sit at the desk to work.
