I made the reservation the morning I was to travel and had until 6 PM to cancel when I tried to cancel. The website would not open until 6:03 PM and they would not refund my money because it was three minutes past the time. I explained the situation and they did not care. Don’t go there they don’t give a damn about anybody.

Everyone was kind and helpful! The breakfast was superb! Breakfast bar staff was on Day 4 and was super great!

Great location. Good access to the beach. Pool is big but it was clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Nice view.

Hotel is fine but reserved a room for 3 guests and hotel only gave us a riom with one bed. Had to fight with lobby staffer to get another room.

The Pros: We had a ground level room, in the corner so it was very quiet. The room. Had plenty of room to walk around as there were 4 of us. The Cons: The flood had not been washing in what I would say months. Although it appeared to be clean, our kids feet were literally black from walking on the tile. To make it worse, there was some sort of bug or rodent droppings on the a/c unit, which does not surprise me as there is a solid 1/2-3/4 gap under the front door, no telling what crawled in while not occupied. No way this room was worth what we paid. We were staying only a night to visit family in town for a cruise. Had it been longer, I would have demanded a different room.

his is the second time we stayed here. First tme prior to Covid. Hotel much better before, but has been revonated since. We arrived prior to check in time. Talk to front desk told them we were in town and knew we would have to wait for room. Requested rooms near each other was told was possible but would need to wait again no biggie. Checked back in about 5ish told had rooms ready but not near each other whatever, oh well so yes, was not waiting anymore. Guy at front desk was rude now, Nice before!! Passed us off to next guy who then put us together. Second gentlemaan very nice said couldn't understand why the first guy being a jerk to us. Beds comfortable, breakfest COLD!!!! Coffee cold!!! We stayed for 2 nights as part of our trip to the Kennedy Space Center. Only disappointment was upon arrival we were given a King room with Ocean/Pool View [could not see ocean] and I specifically booked a King room with an Ocean View. Showed the confirmation email but she did not care or agree and I had to pay extra for the Ocean View. !!! Perhaps it's an issue with the "description" but that is on them, fix it or honor it. Other than that, we were very happy with the hotel, it was VERY clean [inside of room and out] and comfortable and our small dog enjoyed it as well. Breakfast was not so good 1st day but good the 2nd so not sure what's typical, coffee was excellent both days! Nice outdoor area with waterfall, table and chairs. Restaurant called Fish Camp is just a block away and awesome, ate there both nights! Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Hope this helps.

The check in did not honor hotels.com King bed facing ocean, free parking I got two queens facing side $10 parking in a recently remodeled room with a chemical smell. He stated he didn’t have any king ocean facing but when I asked about changing rooms due to the smell he had ocean facing for $30 to $60 more.

The place was nice but the eggs in the morning were cold due to there being no heat under them. Nor was there heat under the meat part. Not one sterno!! Also, $10 to park our car over night was not appreciated since we paid over $250.00 for a room for one night. I could understand it if we were going to be leaving the car there while we went on our cruise but they never asked and charged the $10. The view we had was great though.

The hotel was better than I expected. We were admittedly nervous. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were super comfortable. The balcony was great as well. The bathroom was very very very small. There was nowhere to place any of your things. The shower was small as well. That said, it was quiet and again, comfortable. It was very good proximity to the pier and other parks. I would definitely stay there again.

The whole staff was very friendly and concise, and the ocean view room was beautiful. Right next to the pier that had dining and some fun stuff to do. We loved it!

Right on the beach. Can't get any better than that. Rooms are nice, breakfast was basic but good, pool with outside sitting area is fantastic, while being convenient to restaurants/shopping/cruise port/beach. Great place to stay, with a small fee for parking.
