Comfort beds, good quality for the price.

This place is a dump. Dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. The night clerk gave us rags and cleaning products and we had to clean the dirt ourselves. There was no manager on duty at the time, so in the morning I complained to the manager and asked for some type of pricing concession. She told me her boss would call me. That was over a month ago and I never received a call. Pathetic

One of the old school motels/hotels w outside doors no -interior rooms--good for travellers---decent for price,not a 5 star but not bad---not much riffraff around---generally clean and quiet----needs a hot breakfast---had the continantal which we needed to still hit Ihop across street

Hotel in disrepair and dirty. Carpet torn, dirty floors in bathroom, walls stained, paint dripped on hair dryer. People all over the outside of the room smoking day and night. Had to walk through clouds of smoke.

Nice hotel, as expected.. we could go there again . Clean and ok rooms.

Our purpose was to be in town a day prior to our cruise. The facility was clean and the staff kind, but the rooms could use some updating. We only needed a place to sleep & shower so it was OK. A couple of restaurants in walking distance and Walmart close by (5 minute drive).

Overall, our stay was very comfortable with no issues. The breakfast was pretty basic, no fruit or protein to speak of.

We seemed to come at the wrong timev to the front desk When we came in there was one person working and 3 moving around behind the desk. After aq few moments and more customers coming they decided to wait on me. After that everything went well.

Friendly staff

The new girl at the desk had a line of people, ringing phones. Apparently the manager was there but not of any assistance. Our room was wrong. The second room Keys didn’t work. We had 1 sheet and 1 pillow case. The sofa pullout mattress was disgusting and in poor repair. It was noisy all night. Breakfast was a nice benefit but it was busy and messy. Overall one of the worst stays:

The staff was great as I got help with the heater that briefly stopped working. The front desk was ok. I was in a room unfortunately that had several roaches. After the 4th roach, I left the property at 2am because I did not feel comfortable falling asleep. I have stayed there before, however, did not encounter the issue. They need to get pest control involved asap.

Stay there several times never been disappointed but the breakfast sucks.... Lol 😹

Double charged for the stay. When confronted they offered to refund 1 charge, but ran a 3rd charge overdrawing the account. After filing fraud with the bank they turned off our keys. Took 3 trips across the grounds to finally get access to the room we paid 3 times for. The breakfast was old bagels, stale cereal or a waffle with no butter, or syrup. Coffee was cold all day as was the staff. Never again will i stay at a UNQUALIFIED INN.

I get the fact that it is a two star hotel. But the bathroom was dirty and overall nasty. But very cheap

My guest and I were given the key to someone else's room when we arrived. We took our luggage up and walked in on a man in his bed. He was livid. Mad. Cursing and yelling when we walked in. He saw we were surprised. Had our luggage and that there had been a mistake at the front desk. I went back to the front desk and was given another room down the hall from this man and his wife/girlfriend. My daughter sat on the bed and started crying saying she did not feel safe. It was 9pm at night. We went back to the front desk to let them know we were checking out and wanted a refund because we felt unsafe. The front desk manager said he could not refund us money because we had gone through a third party. He was not helpful. Cold. I asked if he was feeling okay (I wondered if he was going through something with family, or had cognition problems). He said he was fine and thanked me for asking. At this point I asked for another managers email. I was given a card with wrong information and have yet to receive money back from corporate or the third party

Hotel was outside like a motel we got inside and the sink was full of someone's mustache hair shower was disgusting and the walls were all in need of repair remote didn't work and the complementary breakfast was bad

The hotel is older but comfortable. Bathtub had some stains on the outside but was clean. Front desk staff were very pleasant. Breakfast could have been a bit better ( not many choices).

The front clerk was a charm he made sure everything you needed was taken care of he was the best

Room was not properly cleaned. Bathroom mirror wasn't cleaned. Entire surface was covered with cleaner residue. Shower curtain bottom was moldy. Corners of shower and bathroom were dirty. Next door room played loud music. Tried to contact staff several times by phone and no one answered phone. Tried to checkout early and staff couldn't work computer and provide receipt.

Very convenient to Titusville and Dixie Crossroads. Heat in the room was ok but I couldn't adjust it so it was coolish;

Cleanliness is a fundamental expectation for any stay, unfortunately, during my recent visit, the state of the bathroom fell short of this standard and was quite messy.

Great place to stay and ease to freeways. Many spiders at night come out on walkways which were interesting to watch.

The front desk person was rude.. When we got to our room, the door had been left. Open. you could smell the odor from the hallway.There was there was no light. In the odor was so bad when I went to the front desk. He didn't even apologize. He just asked me if I wanted to leave. so I did. He actually double charged me for my room and is giving me a hard time refunding my money. I checked in to the hotel next door and I was happy. I suggest anyone stay away from this hotel.

It was a nice quiet place

The first room we were given had a broken cabinet, leaky refrigerant and strong musty, moldy smell. We immediately requested a different room. The cabinet was leaning and there was mold in and around the tub that we didn't notice till we were getting ready for bed. We decided to not shower that night and just leave in the morning even though we paid for 2 noghts

The front desk worker was very unfriendly and took forever to check us in.

The property met our needs for lodging and was convient to areas to eat
