The mattresses were hard, as were the pillows. The hotel hallways were dirty . The bathroom was a bit rundown and I had to fix the toilet because it kept running. The room itself was clean and tidy. It was easy to access from the 401. Breakfast was ok.

It's a very bad hotel with unreasonable charges. I went there at noon, but the manager wont allow me to check in unless I pay extra $20 per hour before 3pm. It's my first time to have so terrible experience. If you have no clean room, we can wait. But since you have clean room, why not let people check in and have good rest, even I said I will check out at 3pm, they can sell my room again. I pay one night fee just stay there 3 hours! But the manage was very serious and insist me to pay extra charges. According to your rules, maybe you are right, but you should remember that you are service industry and supply good service to customer as much as possible, even there is no any extra loss for your hotel. I will be never to live there, it is not the money, but it's service attitude and professional spirit.

The worse hotel and service i ever had

Booking was simple and the price was reasonable. We booked two rooms and both had ants. There were also stains on the sheets in one of the rooms. I'm not expecting anything fancy in a Super 8, but I do expect clean and bug-free.

Customer service at rhis hotel was awful. Miss information and completely rude.

Front desk guy , i believe his name was raj , was very helpful with hotel questions as well as giving directions to help us find the best ways to get to our destinations as we weren't familiar with Toronto much
