I really enjoyed breakfast, front desk clerks, and cleaning ladies. We felt safe and everything was comfortable.

Check in was easy breezy the rooms were clean extra towels were easily accessible

Outdated furniture and frayed linens. Bathroom smelled like cigarettes even though it’s a non smoking room. Hallway carpet was dirty and bathroom grout was grimy.

No hot water in room. We were immediately taken care of and given another room. Very friendly staff.

Close to the airport, clean rooms and pleasant staff. Would stay here again.

How unfortunate that this is a Choice hotel! The renovations are great but the customer service is terrible! They only have ONE… yes ONE luggage cart and I requested a late check out… Desk Rep: The best we can do is 11:30 AM… We have gotten at least a 1 PM checkout at all other Choice hotels in Texas. It’s unfortunate that money is being spent on renovations to “look like” a Choice hotel, but nothing else about this hotel reflects a “Choice experience”. Never again.

The staff (Isis) amazing! The walls around the trash can in the room need to be wiped down, but for the price, the location and staff made up for it.

Hotel was found to have an odor and I asked to cancel and hotel would but Expedia/Hotels.com wouldn’t. I did not stay at this hotel, ended up staying at another hotel.

Our room was clean, fresh, no odors. Bed was comfortable with several fluffy pillows.Bathroom was nice and stylish.

The location was close to family during the holidays. The room was large and divided into a sofa area. The TV was small. The bathroom was small and door could not fully open but rather hit the toilet seat. The elevator had the same Cheetos for 2 days on the floor. We delayed the housekeeper during the day with a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the handle. But the front desk ran out of shower soap and shampoo so we had to steal from a lobby bathroom with a paper cup to our room for next day. THERE IS NO POOL AS ADVERTISED! Indoor pool has boarded for past 3 years due to COVID. TAKE THAT OFF LISTING!!!

Our room smelled odd, the walls were dirty, and I just felt like this place was extremely dirty.

The Bad: parking was weird and hard to find a spot bc a bus took over several spaces. Back door of hotel never recognized our keys. The rooms were clean, but a hair was in the shower. The great: beds were very comfortable, it was silent in the hotel, everything worked from all outlets to lights and hot water. Staff was quick and friendly. Lobby was spotless. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is clean and surprisingly quiet for being so close to the airport, we never heard a single plane until we got up at 6am. Staff is very friendly, and the hotel is located many different restaurants within walking distance.

Checked into the room with little issue. Hotel looked clean with no concerns for safety. We left to go get food and when we came back we vdiscovered the room key didn't not work. We went to the front desk only to be asked if that was our luggage in the room; to which we confirmed. We were then told someone else was also checked into our room while we were out and they entered our space. After waiting several minutes for the young lady to find out registration again, we received new keys. There was no apology and no explanation except "the system didn't have anyone in that room" Even though the same young lady had just checked us in less than 2 hours earlier. Then the concept of strangers going into the room was minimized with "they were only in there for a few minutes". Completely ridiculous! Instead of waiting for us a guest to come to the front when we returned, they should have already gone through their checked in receipts and should have been prepared to discuss the situation with us. And this is why i travel with a hotel for lock as we could have easily been in the room when this happened.

Hotel needs maintenance. Pool closed, phone in room didn't work, and breakfest was minimal.

The staff was polite and helpful, however, the bed was not very comfortable, the water in the shower was only warm, and there were not many dining areas within walking distance of this facility.

The water pressure for the shower was horrible. The pool was closed. The breakfast was extremely lack luster. Furniture in the room in disrepair.

The room was warm, it seemed as the air conditioner was not working properly , and the pool was not available , I wish we would have known prior to booking since the kids looked forward to the pool .

Too many out of service signs. Brought swimming truks only to find the pool was closed no reason given. There was a beatiful mercedes van with the hotel name plastered but no shuttle service. In the gym the only treadmill was OUT of ORDER.

Room was spacious, but was not clean and smelled musty. Also, the beds were uncomfortable.

I was so disappointed. Hotels.com listed this hotel as a top pick. This hotel was very out dated and is in need of a refresh. The smell of weed and second hand smoke greeted us at the door. The receptionist was slightly friendly but the hotel was not clean. The carpet on the elevators were dirty, the furniture in the rooms were beat up by Mike Tyson and paint was chipped off the walls. Bathroom was small and the smell of heavy chemicals was overwhelming. I would not recommend staying here if you’re a person who enjoys hanging out in your room.

The front desk employee had great customer service. The first room my family had was hot and very uncomfortable. Guest services moved us to another room. The room could use better curtains to keep sunlight out. Breakfast was A1. The water pressure and temperature in the shower. Housekeeping should wear hair nets because there were strands of hair on the towels.
